Zero stars.
Yell.com vandalised my advert by telling anyone seeing it that my business was "Permanently closed". After 2 months eventually, someone offered me more advertising for more money.
I asked for my money back and I was told I was being deluded.
I don't know what happened to this company. It has gone really downhill. Value your sanity and your money and don't bother.
