Notified them of a fake business at my home address. I've been in contact 3 times. They have proof that I really do live here. No action.
Any scammer can put a business ad up with them. Apparently (and quote from Yell!) they take the advertisers "word" ... not to mention only a mobile phone number.... My actual proof is not taken as anything.
Conversation on chat solves nothing. And they haven't got back to me.
