Ordering was very easy and package arrived very quickly.
I received email notifications throughout the whole process and an Australia Post tracking number.
My only criticism is the website. When scrolling through categories if you go to knew category and want to go back, the products are in a different order. This makes it difficult to show someone what you were looking at. But I am a first time user, so probably "user error".
