Very happy with the product but also with the customer service. I needed the item urgently and paid extra for express delivery. It didn't look like it would arrive into time due to Covid delays so I bought the same item again for same day delivery. Of course, both items arrived on the same day so I paid extra for nothing. However I explained the situation to Yellow Octopus and they were very understanding and fixed everything. Great experience overall.
