Recently online purchased a jellycat bunny for my granddaughter in Melbourne. Cannot fault the service, it was amazing. So easy to purchase and we were kept informed every step of the way. We are in NZ and it’s always a worry knowing if something has been lost, not this time. Regular updates meant we knew within half an hour that she had received the gift, and that she loved it.
