The item I purchased was great, exactly what I ordered, good quality and thankfully not damaged. The outer packaging arrived a little worse for wear, ripped open along an edge exposing the inner packaging and item. Since the item was a little expensive my only suggestion to make this a 5-star review would be if you would look to invest a little more money into packaging.
