Ordered early as part of a Christmas present , I live in Melbourne and expected to get my purchase pretty quickly, but unfortunately it was sent interstate, why I can’t explain. I understand that once the product has been shipped it is out of yellow octopus control, you guys have been very good at giving me a refund , but was so looking forward to being able to give this as part of a present. Disappointed but not your fault.
