My last purchase was totally for Christmas presents. Accordingly, I can't really review them until the recipient opens the gift. As far as service is concerned, I received the parcel within four days of placing the order and it arrived undamaged. I have never had cause to ring Yellow Octopus so as fas as service goes it was excellent.
