I understand the delay in postage given the current restrictions in Victoria. However, the personalised card I purchased with my gift did not arrive. Instead someone elses's card was included in the gift. I have phoned and have been assured that the correct cards will be sent express post. As this was a gift, its quite embarrassing to have the wrong card arrive with the gift. Also be offered to either be refunded or resend the correct card seems insufficient for a pretty significant error. Im not sure that I would recommend this service or use it again
