Bought a 14 by 10 trampoline for my daughter for Christmas.
There was a problem with delivery the driver left it somewhere else and didn't tell me.
Customer service was excellent I was stressed to the max as it was only a few days before Christmas.
They managed to track down the trampoline for me but they were also willing to send out a replacement if it couldn't be found.
