I placed an order on eBay and expected 3 - 5 day royal mail delivery, but I received a text from Yodel letting me know my order would be delivered the next day, providing me with a tracking number. I was pleasantly surprised. A quick google search led to a lot of negative reviews, so I wasn't feeling too hopeful about receiving my order on time, or in good condition. However, the next day, as promised, my parcel arrived intact at around 11am. Good service. Hopefully this can provide some hope if you're expecting a Yodel delivery and have heard bad things.
