“Utterly hopeless, they said they tried to deliver, they didn’t we were in. They said they left a card, again they didn’t and trying to contact them is impossible. If Yodel have no intention of delivering I wish they would just say so from the beginning it would save a great deal of wasted time.”

“Rubbish company. Have got two non deliveries by them at the moment. One saying nobody was in when in fact we were in all day and the other saying it was left on the back porch - we don't even have a back porch and the photo taken wasn't even of our house. Not had any reply from them still waiting. Do not deal with this company”

“Yodel couldn't deliver to their own front door! I mean the layers of incompetence are astounding. Delivery that just don't show up and lie about it. I have waited around across 3 days for an item that i was told is being delivered, or someone has tried to deliver it...where no attempt has been made to deliver it AT ALL!!! They seem fine wasting people's time. Live chat staff...yes I'm taking about you Reubent and Jai, who apologise and then do things to literally not rectify anything, and in fact add to the problem. Yodel you suck.”

“Awful service from yodel in post Received 4emails from eBay saying parcel arriving today but didn’t, chatted to yodel and updated delivery with extra directions flat above a shop. But still no sign of delivery the directions I gave honestly, ?were to say the least very very easy to find Parcel still not delivered.”

“Three days they pulled the "we missed you" trick with no attempt at delivery. Ended up just returning to sender to get a refund. If I knew they used Yodel I wouldn't have ordered with them”

“Two deliveries in 4 days by this company have both arrived late wasted 2 afternoons waiting in at my expense and cost for them not to arrive. No updates, location coincidentally stops working for where the driver is. Cannot get through on the phone and live chat is as much use as a chocolate teapot!. If they give a delivery date and time, dont believe it....”

“The package was supposed to be delivered on April 2, 2026 between 14:58 and 16:58 and it has not been delivered to date on April 13, 2026, I have also not received any notifications or updates and I have not received the package. The attitude of the staff is 0, I am very disappointed. I will never use Yodel services again in my life”

“Yodel do not "deliver" they drop things at your door( quite often in poor weather) and leave without ringing or knocking at the door. Their delivery ethos? Cheap and nasty.”

“Third time I have bought goods to be delivered by Yodel (through Ebay) and the third time the delivery has sat at a depot less than an hour from me for a week or moved around various depots steadily getting farther away from the final destination. All deliveries were consequently delivered long past the anticipated delivery date. I will now not buy from anyone who uses Yodel and have made a complaint to Ebay, who I have suggested stop promoting them as a preferred carrier. No carrier is perfect, but in my experience Yodel are the worst in the UK by far. The only way they will improve is if people boycott them, but I'd prefer they just went out of business.”

“Tracking of my item from Yodel states it was delivered to my property and left in a safe place ( Front Porch ). My property does not have a front porch since the property is a Victorian terrace ! Consequently the item has not been received despite my partner and myself being present at the property all day to take delivery! Useless company.”

“Given a delivery window so stayed in to receive it. Checked the live map tracker and no movement all day. No live chat available (despite it being plastered all over their website) and no way of chasing the delivery. Also, because it is now "out for delivery" (despite no movement in over 12 hours!), I now cannot update the delivery option to leave with a neighbour as I will not be available tomorrow. Horrific service”

“Very bad The worst delivery services ever I have waited the whole day for an Argos parcel with a time window 12-2 and it did not come Very hard to be able to talk to a human on chat Very difficult to talk to them on phone The agent I talked to was very unhelpful and not understanding or supportive at all. “Absolutely dreadful....2 days in a row i got a load of lies saying why it hadnt been delivered....first saying delivery attempted nobody home.....second day they said i refused delivery.....utter lies.....ive now directed them to deliver to a locker....at least they cant use those excuses,but god knows whats next.....save yourself a headache and use a different courier....these guys are cowboys”
