If I could give zero I would constantly just leave packages at wrong address even with instructions to leave in a safe place they leave in full view of busy road and often at wrong building

i had a parcel which was shipped on time and reached yodels depot, and my parcel was showing as delivered but nobody nor my neighbours had had anything, i contacted yodel and they told me “keep an eye for an email.” then i never received any email. it was changing dates and times it was delivered at so clearly it hasn’t been delivered. i emailed and it’s weeks after now and i have been patient and heard nothing. still haven’t had my parcel either luckily had a refund from the brand but i do not recommend yodel and i’ll be making sure none of my parcels come with them again.

Ordered some car parts from ebay with their 48 hours delivery service. Tracking updates were terrible. Items were shown out for delivery after 48 hours. The day came and went and I was unable to contact anyone from Yodel so I wasted a whole day waiting for a parcel that was never out for delivery. I made contact with Yodel daily for another week and was promised every time that it would be out for delivery within 24/48 hours then it switched to 'it will be delivered today.' Eventually I contacted them via webchat and told them to cancel the parcel delivery and send it back to the sender. I contacted the seller who agreed to a refund as it was car parts and I had already lost loads of money and was unable to get into work due to the delay. I went and had my car repaired at extra cost and despite agreeing that they had cancelled the parcel it was dumped on my doorstep the next day. The drivers dumped it and ran knowing that I would have to deal with the issue. Also they said it was in my safe place but they dumped it on the main road outside the front of my house. All on video and left me with a package that was insecure and that I had to carry indoors when two of them dropped it off. Yodel have lied and lied at every contact. It is no surprise that they went into administration in 2024 and I can only assume that they will be going under again shortly. This is by far the WORST COMPANY I have dealt with in a long time.

My parcel came all the way from China successfully and is now lost somewhere between Yeovil and my house about 15 kms apart . No reply to my email and my web chat to a robot “ I presume “called Anjali who said they would look into it . Not the first time it’s happened but I now check when I buy who the courier is . If it’s Yodel I go elsewhere .

I received a text yesterday saying that Yodel was delivering my parcel, but not which company the parcel was coming from, so I didn't use the link. Today I went outside and discovered Yodel had delivered my parcel by abandoning it on my drive behind my car - no attempt was made to come to my front door or ring the doorbell. Fortunately it didn't matter that it was soaking wet, because it was compost. I had only bought compost online because I can't move heavy weights far at the moment and didn't want to bring compost up from my car. Thanks to appallingly lazy Yodel, I had to do that anyway! Terrible.

On my Yodel account (yes, sadly I have an account with these guys), it has my address. I just had to ring up the customer service and see where my parcel went. They said it went to a completely different address, luckily still in my town. How on god's green earth do you deliver a parcel to the wrong address? It's like Yodel themselves have forgotten that they have a website, an app, a system logged with people's actual addresses. Check your systems! I see these guys out of commission within the next year. Good riddance :)

Absolutely horrible experience. They left my parcel at the front door which is not way a safe place. I can find my parcel and the customer service so awful no one is willing to help. On of the worst delivery company's

My parcel never turned up. To add insult to injury I had days and days of continuous lies from the Indian call center staff. I suppose that they have no choice but to tell the company lie if they want to keep their jobs. But I doubt that their parents would be proud of them. Every day for a week I was promised an update, but it never came, just like my parcel didn't. This company is an utter disgrace, as are their staff.

I have never experienced a delivery company as bad as Yodel. I waited two whole weeks for my parcel, and it never even arrived. Every single day, the company kept making excuses, promising that the parcel would come the next day but it never did. The customer service agents were completely useless, offering no real help or updates whatsoever. This company’s service is absolutely disgraceful, and it’s shocking that they are still operating. Yodel needs to be dissolved immediately an awful company with awful service and even worse people running it.

I don’t know why everyone leaves bad reviews. They update you …send emails when your parcel is due to arrive. Usually they deliver on time! They are polite and honest.

Every item that has been sent through Yodel is over 5 days late, sent back to sender, or totally missing from the system. How the hell can a company continue in buisness when everything they do is of a very poor standard. Customer service tells more bare faced lies than the US president. I have now started to check with sellers before purchasing items to see which delivery company they are using. I will not buy from sellers who say they use Yodel. What a complete shower of poop..

Driver claims to have left my parcel in a safe place, the porch he says, Except we don't have one !! We do have a front door step that sits directly onto the pavement on a very busy street in one of the poorest parts of Bristol.. SO, either a person whould have to be stupid beyond words to try and call that a safe place, Just no care, OR.. be a thief and pretending it's a safe place so they can get away with taking the parcel home with them.. Either way,, I don't have my parcel and Yodel Couldn't give a monkeys.. And please dot tell me to contact you..i've try that.. live chat hangs up.. and calling your phone number as some bot says tracking shows as delivered and hangs up.. WHY DO PEOPLE USE THESE FOOLS ??

For the last 3 days they have failed to even attempt to deliver, firstly tried to claim that I wasn't in but when I produced my ring camera footage of the time they claimed they quickly changed their story and promised to deliver the following day. 2 days later and still no delivery while my package is left sitting in their Cardiff delivery depot. DO NOT USE YODEL, ONLINE WEB CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, THEY KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING EACH DAY The only reason I'm giving 1 star is it won't let me do anything lower

I am absolutely disgusted with Yodel. They are the most dishonest and unreliable courier I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had multiple parcels marked as “delivered” when nothing was delivered at all, and the so-called “proof photos” are completely fake — not even close to my address! This isn’t just incompetence anymore — it’s fraudulent and deceitful. Their customer service is a complete joke — no accountability, no help, just empty responses. Yodel has caused me endless frustration and financial loss, and I’ve had enough. Shame on this company for continuing to operate like this. People deserve honesty, not lies and fake delivery photos.
