I have waited in for the last 2 days for my parcel. Driver shown on tracking app as arriving. When he gets near our address - the website mysteriously tells us that the driver cannot deliver our parcel. Also, customer services have closed for the day and we will now have to wait for a 3rd day. Not good enough

Lost my parcel despite having it tracked into their depot for nine days. Abysmal. Adding the chat with Yodel.

Yodel consistently deliver my parcels to wrong address despite a very clearly addressed label. I live on the Close not Road a decent walk. I constantly have to run around trying to match the photo of a door. Now the delivery notice saying delivered to safe place, shows a parcel on the wall of my house, never to be seen again. I will NEVER knowingly buy anything if I know Yodel are the carrier's. The drivers have no regard whatsoever for their customers. Evri used to be just as bad but they seemed to have turned things around and are now one of the good ones. Come on Yodel get your act together.

My experience with Yodel has been frustrating and disappointing. The most glaring issue is their inconsistent and unreliable collection and delivery times. On multiple occasions, they’ve either failed to turn up entirely or missed agreed time slots without any clear communication. Their customer service is poor, often providing generic responses that don’t resolve the issue. Even when I’ve spoken to someone via live chat or on the phone, the outcome rarely changes — parcels go missing, get delayed, or are delivered to the wrong address. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. If a mistake happens, they’re quick to pass the blame elsewhere instead of resolving it. I had a parcel picked up incorrectly, and despite me locating it and explaining everything, I was still left chasing them around for days with no action. If you’re looking for a reliable courier that respects your time and takes responsibility when things go wrong, Yodel is not it. Avoid if possibl

I have to say that this was the worst delivery service I have ever seen! The chat and customer service agents are there for nothing! They cannot do anything when you need them. The fact that the map doesnt update and it has been showing 1 stop until we get our pacel for the last 3 hours does not help at all. I could see the driver just behind our house on the map delivering to some other people and instead of coming to us, he went to a different town to do some more deliveries. This service is an absolute joke and do not take people's time into consideration when they ask you to be in to receive it or else you dont get it. I have had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend it at all. It's a shame we can't pick who delivers our parcels or else we would be far away from YODEL!

NO notification of delivery to InPost locker - Yodel had an ebay package for me, delivered it to an InPost locker, and didn't send me any type of notification at all. The first I knew was that InPost were sending it back to the sender as I had not collected it within 48hrs. Yodel's LiveChat was evasive and combative, refusing to accept any responsibility and had a 'that's just how it is' attitude.

I was given a delivery slot for Friday 25th July and nothing arrived, in the slot. Said no one at home absolute lie my husband is retired and door bell working!!, they advised me that they would deliver Saturday gave me a slot but nothing delivered again my husband was in as before, again they said no one at home. Today I rang Vans customer service as have heard nothing from Yodel. The customer service person assured me they will be delivered today between 4-6pm let’s wait and see!!! Won’t hold my breath. Never use this company absolute rubbish

My parcel was out for delivery and I was given a time frame, I was in all day and my parcel was not delivered. I got an email saying its been delivered when it clearly hadn't. I complained to the seller and they said Yodel have a picture of parcel in doorway but its not my doorway or the doorway of the block of flats i live in. Total BS that they can deliver stuff to wrong addresses and crack on they've delivered it. I'm now waiting for the seller to get back to me now about a replacement....

I was given a date and time of delivery and waited in all day. The package was not delivered. When I enquired as to why not, I was told that I had refused to accept the package on the doorstep and that it had been sent back to the sender. Blatantly untrue!! Yodel are telling me that the sender is responsible for the non delivery and that I should take the matter up with them!! They allege that they are still making enquiries with the local depot but I am not holding my breath.

Never experienced such a bad delivery. Of last 3 deliveries everyone has not been delivered on the day it said it was due and have had to contact yodel via online chat to track down my parcel which always seems to default on tracking to Selby van then fails to update any further. Seem to only succeed when collect from a store rather than home delivery but even they seem to be delayed.

Absolutely appalling delivery company. Just drop parcels where ever they like and take a picture your expected to argue with the people who signed for it although they deny having it or contact the police. No notification of delivery with any options to divert. Customer services basically not our problem we have a picture

Absolutely terrible service. They failed to deliver a photo montage I needed for my father’s funeral. They said the driver couldn’t find the address (big block of flats with a main entrance) .They admitted driver error and this happened 3 times. I was told today it will definitely be delivered today. I then receive an email from the senders saying yodel have the package at a depot and I have to collect it (400miles away!) I get in touch with yodel and they won’t deal with me saying the sender needs to get in touch. What a kafkaesque nightmare and to top it all my mother is so upset by not receiving the photos of her dead husband in time for the service.

Worst delivery company ever. App has remained on we have your delivery since the 18th July. I have been 3 different delivery dates since then with no one showing. The order was a urgent delivery but l am still waiting for yodel to locate and deliver my order. Customer Service mostly unhelpful, patronising and the communication tone of one of them was rude.

One of the Worst Delivery Experiences – Repeatedly Let Down by Yodel I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Yodel, but this latest one takes the cake. I waited all day for a parcel collection. The driver showed up at the building — confirmed by CCTV — but instead of ringing my intercom or coming up to my flat (I’m on the 13th floor with a working lift), they simply took a photo of the front entrance and left. No attempt to contact me, no knock, no intercom buzz — nothing. Just a staged photo so the tracking shows they “tried.” This has happened to me three times now. In previous instances, drivers didn’t even bother to stop — they just drove past, again so the tracking shows a failed attempt, (with some random picture shown of Yodel web site that I don't even recognise) I know the game they’re playing, and frankly, it’s dishonest and lazy. Had the driver actually called or rang the intercom, I would have gladly brought the parcel down myself. But they didn’t. It’s clear they just want to tick boxes without doing the job properly. I now check who the delivery company is before placing any online order. If it’s Yodel, I cancel immediately. I refuse to deal with them anymore. This company has shown a consistent pattern of poor service, no accountability, and zero customer care. Avoid Yodel if you value your time and sanity.

incorrect item delivered to my home and dumped outside my house. Not even my address on the parcel. THREE WEEKS on and item still outside of my house waiting to be collected, numerous emails about this to Yodel. The parcel i should have had from You Garden via QVC was never found, disgusted.

Dreadful communication took a week to Arrive from the midlands and when it did arrive it wasn’t even delivered to my house porch as requested I had to go and look for the parcel which was like guess the location from a ridiculous photo which included the courier’s shoes.

Vinted order door to door not collected. Yodel said they had tried to collect, but I was in during the collection window and received no phone call at all. Worse still, Yodel’s customer service tried to gaslight me by insisting that the delivery person had tried to collect but that I was unavailable which is a lie. They even sent me phots of my front door (from some distance) which only proves that their driver was there, but not that they actually tried to collect. Why not show a photo of the driver’s phone log showing that they tried to call?! Because they didn’t! Now Yodel are saying that I cannot reschedule with them and Vinted are saying that I can only reschedule with Yodel. Yodel are useless and not to be trusted with your parcels.
