It’s rubbish they have a my parcel for 2 days and they just show me it’s on the way omg i hate that delivery service

would suggest avoiding this company or when ordering online try avoid them handling your order. If the online store show yodel, cancel the order or contact to see if a different courier can be used. On a previous orders they failed to deliver, truthfully they never tried we were in all day but their customer service insisted it had been attempted rather than get into a fight I opted to change the address from mine to their suggested inpost locker which is literally across the road from my house 😅 but This solved the problem, ok , perfect got my stuff. Then come to this order. Order was submitted January 1st 2026. 4th of January- item too big for locker failed delivery, returning to sender. Online store asked if i wanted it reshipped. Obviously yes. Spoke to yodel staff they requested I change the address back to mine. Ok..i gave permission ,did that. Then low and behold no delivery. They said failed delivery due to noone home. 😅 contacted yodel straight away after recieving that update asking how they came to that logic when again we are home. They said oh your address is still showing inpost locker, ill update it. the stupidity of this situation has been ongoing and to this day 14th of January i still do not have my item. Yodel customer service are no help with empty promises of delivery. Driving by my home does not count as attempting to deliver a package. 🤡🤡 The incompetence of the drivers that believe that they can deliver without stopping, off loading and ringing a doorbell is shocking. The village clearly has idiots. Long and short avoid the circus and try to keep to the more reliable services .

Awful, rubbish company. I was supposed to receive my delivery on the 9th, but their website shows they tried to deliver on the 10th — liars. We have a doorbell camera and everything is recorded; nobody came to deliver. For the last two days, their website has been showing that it will be delivered on the 12th, but again nobody came. Today I rang them and had to deal with their bot, which is even more useless than they are. After 30 minutes of struggle, I finally managed to get the bot to connect me to a human. The human said he couldn’t do anything except raise a concern and that I would get a response in 48 hours. Totally useless. 😡😡

I didn't receive my parcel, and your customer service is atrocious, with no willingness to find a resolution! Hope it never have to deal with you again.

They left my parcel on the court entrance which is a public area though there are TWO elevators available in the building if they feel lazy to come to first floor. Anyone could take my parcel. The customer service is out of date so it's a time wasting ti get in touch with them.

First attempt at deluvery they claimed not to be able to find the address even though according to the app they were 16 stops away. The redelivery was scheduled for the next day - they van arrived but the driver couldn't find the parcel - it was apparently still in their warehouse. Now awaiting next redelivery attempt - sometime to be determined by Yodal - with little hope of a satisfactory outcome

YODEL IS A RUBBISH COMPANY, THEY LIE ABOUT DELIVERING THE ITEMS, AND POST FAKE PHOTOS FOR THE PROOF OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MAINLY A CHAT BOT - YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO A HUMAN, UNLESS YOU'RE HAPPY TO TEXT TO AN OPERATOR WHO REASSURES YOU THAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THE CASE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT ... AVOID THIS ****** COURIER COMPANY !

Absolutely appalling service. Sent a photo showing my package has been delivered and left in the shed at 21:11 However, it wasn't there and after searching it turned out to be a photo of someone else's shed. But, my package not there and householder said there'd been no delivery there at all. Which he said was a change as Yodel are always delivering other people's stuff and putting the packages in his shed. I contacted Yodel customer service (a automated bot) and they then claimed it had been left on the doorstep of a house in other side if town and included a photo. I went there and spoke to householder and it wasn't there either. The door didn't match either and was completely different. I again contacted Yodel and they clsim they are investigating, but I am not holding my breath. This is not the first time they have done this and I have spoken to many people who have experienced similar problems. They are absolutely useless

Didn’t bother to attempt to deliver. Marked the address as “too difficult to find”, the following day the parcel wasn’t delivered either. Shocking customer service. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. Very unhappy with the service and I hope to never have a parcel delivered by Yodel again.

Appalling service and appalling customer service. Help desk is just remote chat. Remote chat assures delivery will be retrieved over and over again with no progress whatsoever. Tel number is just automated system no human. Most of time tel. Doesn't even understand the tracking number. Endless loop of doom with this awful delivery company

Very poor service – avoid Yodel I was supposed to receive my parcel today. I stayed at home all day waiting, but the Yodel driver never came anywhere near my building. After more than 2 hours, the tracking was suddenly updated to say “couldn’t deliver today”, which is completely untrue. To make things worse, trying to contact customer service is a nightmare. There is no real person to speak to, only an automated robot system that goes in circles and solves nothing. It is extremely frustrating and disrespectful to customers’ time. This is unacceptable service. Companies should seriously stop using Yodel as their delivery partner because it reflects very badly on them. I will avoid Yodel in the future whenever possible.

Despite waiting for this package at home all day, I just received an email with a blurry photo of the package under a fence (and it's not even my fence). And customer service has been driving me crazy for the past 24 hours, sending me standard messages suggesting I go look for the package among the neighbors and write to the sender! And they still insist that the package was delivered. Where? What kind of idiocy is this? This is the worst delivery service imaginable! I wish companies like this simply didn't exist! If you want to be walked all over, contact them.

Worst courier ever! Ordered a pair of boots and trainers before Christmas. They were supposed to be delivered by 23rd December but never arrived. No one could tell me what had happened to the delivery. Was refunded by the online store and I reordered the same items on 1 January. Unfortunately they used Yodel again. The boots arrived on 8 January but the trainers were missing. The package had clearly been tampered with. Absolutely disgusting.

Very poor or no last mile service capability for shipments from aliexpress. 8 out of 8 shipments in the lsst 6 weeks failed to reach me. 100% failure rate well done yodel inpost

I've been batting the same email back and forth for days, each reply comes from a different person/robot and it seems non of them have actually read my complaint. Each reply says ' sorry you're having problems with your delivery please wait another day as it is still within the expected time. Well, I HAVE received my parcel, thanks only to Ebay. Yodel said they had a failed delivery. Like most people these days we have cameras & no one tried to deliver anything, in fact, it would be impossible as the address on the package was a drop off shop. What a useless complaints service, if human staff, then they need further training and if robots they need dismantling and recycled! What is it with logistic companies, are they all as useless when dealing with customers?

Parcel left in damp conditions by front gate in view of anyone passing, all they had to do was lean over and take it. I asked for the parcel to be left in the porch. The person who delivered it ticked the box to say that it had been left in the porch, which is just not true. Yodel is the only courier that delivers to me and leaves parcels in full view of the passing public, it is the worst courier ever.

Because my parcel was sent 'non attended' by the sender they left it on my front door step in plain view of people walking past. They didn't knock the door but left it at the door. How does that even make sense ?! However they did send a pic of it which probably took longer than knocking on the door. Just idiots !!

They said they tried to deliver 3 times.inwas here all the time then I get message 2 weeks after to say my parcels damaged.i rang yodel.ask what the damage was.apparently there's nothing in my parcel only the package and to contact the seller.so were did my items go
