Terrible delivery service, waited 5 days for parcel to be delivered from Leeds,was loaded into van multiple times but wasn't delivered! I contacted yodel app help chat and was told they attempted to deliver but I can honestly say they didn't as I was in all day and received No card through door! Don't know how they can call them self's a delivery service !!🤷🏻

Beware ! They make fake deliveries. The parcel will never turn up . They took a picture of my front door but did not ring the door bell while I was inside. 3 times this happened I had to request a refund from vendor .

My recent encounter with Yodel has left me utterly dismayed. Despite entrusting them with the delivery of a parcel, it arrived in a compromised state, with items missing. What truly astounds me is Yodel's response to my valid concerns. Instead of addressing the issue with sincerity and professionalism, they chose to reply in a mocking manner. This level of disrespect towards their customers is absolutely appalling. Yodel's cavalier attitude towards their responsibilities reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. It's evident that they prioritize mockery over genuine service. I strongly caution anyone considering Yodel's services to think twice. Trusting your parcels with a company that treats its customers with such disdain is simply not worth the risk. Eduard

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Parcel was ment to be delivered by 3rd April....got an email on the 8th stating that they attempted to deliver...with no card left I contacted their awful webchat who then arranged for delivery next day which no delivery was made...contacted them again for to be told that the parcel is missing and asked what was in the parcel!!!....had to contact the seller via ebay and asked for refund....AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Awful company avoid like the plague. The have had my parcel since March. The said the attempted a deliver on the 29th and 3Oth March. They then said I said to collect from the depot which was a lie.Arranged delivery for the 11.4.24 no one showed up. My parcel was a birthday gift that did not arrive and goodness knows where my parcel is. I will not use this company again just awful. Oh you are not able to communicate with a human which is even worse.

Awful company. Twice used, twice messed up my delivery badly (left far from my house). Unfortunately it is then difficult trying to deal with customer service - the automated system at the end of their phone number asks for your tracking code, tells you it's been delivered and hangs up. The online chat is slow, quickly disconnects you (even as you're typing a reply) and suggests you trod around general area it's been left and knock door to door to find your parcel. They can't answer basic questions, instead they par you off to an email response "within 24 hours". It's not worth the hassle dealing with this company.

Absolutely dreadful company. Three days they have said my parcel is out for delivery but it has not been delivered. The tracking is a scam. They told me they were finding it difficult to find my address but four days ago they delivered half off my order so unless my property has disappeared overnight this is all a lie. They assure you time after time the parcel is going to be delivered but it doesn’t happen. Never ever buy from anywhere who uses Yodel.

Yodel were supposed to deliver on Saturday because I work Monday - Friday, for which I paid £10.95. Waited in all day no delivery. After chasing with RHS who the delivery was from I was assured Yodel would deliver today. The received an email from Yodel confirming but no time. Left work early. Tracking finally said parcel was 2 stops away at 18:00. I saw the delivery guy arrive and waited for him to buzz the buzzer. He didn’t and drove off after leaving the box at the front door. Even if he couldn’t be bothered to walk up to flights of stairs he could have buzzed. I then received a message that it was left behind a plant pot, which it wasn’t and if he had buzzed I would have let him in. Poor experience. The one star is because the package wasn’t damaged.

Shocking service Shocking service, parcel which was a computer chair so not small due to be delivery today between 10-31 and 12.31, tracking stated 1 stop away, I asked my hubby not to go anywhere until it was delivery. I rang him at 12.40 to be told it had not been delivered. I looked and the tracking info it states:- Sorry we missed you. Please manage your parcel delivery preferences. The driver didn't even attempt to knock on the door as this would have alerted our dogs. I went on the live chat and got this:- Please be assured that I've taken all necessary steps and your complaint has been raised. However, the information we receive after the investigation, we can't share with you as this is internal and confidential. Please be assured that we take this kind of concern in a very serious way. I paid extra for express delivery, what a waste of money

The stupidest delivery company in the UK Will never recommend to anyone and will never use again in my life. Stay away if you don't want headache and unhelpful people. You will regret using yodel for delivery services

Absolute joke of a company that should be shut down.parcel 3 days late now and still waiting, 2 days in a row and driver lied saying attempted delivery (I have CCTV and No1 from Yodel came to my door during either timeslot on both days)driver actually came today(3rd day) but was 1 hour late outside the timeslot.He went in back of his van for a minute, came out, took picture of my property and went to drive off.when I challenged him, he claimed another driver had my parcel and drove off.online chat is bullsh1t and you go around in circles with the dogsh*t customer service.Absoloute cowboys that need shutting down

One of the worst companies. First, there is no simple telephonic conversation facility available, and second, the CEO, management, staff, depots, drivers etc., are worse. They make you fake promises even after explaining the importance of the delivery (I was expecting my medication from them) and they gave me the worst anxiety ever. Businesses and customers avoid them.

Received an email to say my parcel was being delivered today . Had to go out to a meeting so gave them details of neighbours to leave parcel with. No delivery to my address or to neighbours. No missed delivery card, no photo to prove it’s been delivered.Tracking says parcel is still out for delivery ( at 22:45pm!). I don’t think so . They only deliver till 9am. Depot is only a few miles from where I live. If it doesn’t come tomorrow i will be getting on to their customer service although I don’t expect to get any level of service. Tracking app just sends you round in circles when you look for help. Flipping useless.

seven days for my item from Birmingham,been on multiple vans and yet still no delivery. Could have walked there and back on my buttocks and still have my item , in half the time,there that useless should be in government.

I'm in real trouble here, my order never arrived and Yodel's help chat employees have been kind and worked hard to resolve the issue, but the delivery-person interview that was arranged resulted in the delivery person reporting a delivery 'to the customer', with a brown door. My door isn't brown and now nobody has offered to help me anymore. The driver has delivered my product to the wrong address, a human mistake, but now I'm worried its lost! Yodel then just closes the issue, that's a really bad setup, now I don't know whom to turn to or where my parcel ended up, which isn't fair to the sender (Yodels customer) or me, the recipient. Never experienced this with DPD or other delivery service, really strange

Ordered a label and received a code. Spoke to the customer service online make a change in the address, and the whole process seemed seamless...until I went to scan in the shop and the label didn't work. Spoke to someone from Yodel.co.uk who said they only handled the delivery and to go back to Yodel direct as they issue the label. Wasted almost 2 hours back and forth on chat before getting a new label. The new label oddly, has the same code as the previous one, and the Yodel agent (Rob) assured me it'll be alright. Nope, I went to the shop and it wouldn't scan again. I contacted the Live chat again and spoke to another agent (Angela) and explained to her I needed a refund and to speak to a manager as she insisted that the code was going to work. While waiting to hear from her manager, she abruptly ended the conversation. No goodbyes, no explanation. I have all the transcripts of our conversation. Called Yodel on their hotline who said they can't help as they only deal with delivery. Went back to chat and told me the code should work when it doesn't. I have since requested for a refund and will go with Evri. Appalling customer service

I would give Yodel zero stars. I took time off to wait in for my delivery today only for the tracking to say "attempted delivery" which is a lie or the driver had gone to the wrong address and wouldn't be the first time Yodel has delivered to the wrong address. Its a very shady company who couldn't care less, extremely poor customer service. I will not be buying from retailers who use Yodel in the future.
