“Well after reading all these 1 star reviews and obviously that is only because you cant leave a review unless you give 1 star, I have sold an item on vinted and now reluctant I said I would post it , its already cost me time and money to pack ( 2 rolls of duck tape ,) plus the poor buyer must have paid quite a lot of money for large item delivery , New year's eve , with a 2 hour collection time slot , 3 hours later and still no collection, I wish I'd have read these reviews earlier, I'm furious as I can see most of you are , obviously I'll never use this company again and reading reviews I'm sure they won't last long”

“Worst deliver I've ever had. My parcel was delivered to a wrong building that's 45 meters away. It was not even delivered inside that building but was left outside where many people were passing by. Because of that, I had to walk around to locate the building - which was really hard to do because the "image" of proof of delivery only shows the wall brick and the floor :) so I had to walk to several different buildings to search for my parcel like an idiot. Mind you, the names of the 2 buildings are not even similar, one starts with R and one starts with M. Absolutely the worst, would never recommend.”
“Absolutely appalling service! I was home waiting for Parcel door didn't even knock door bell wasn't even pressed so had no idea it had been delivered.
Called customer service once had email to say it had been delivered and they stated it had the image showed my drive way not my porch which is the safe place I had requested!
When explaining this they took no responsibility and kept repeating it had been delivered to location when it had actually been stolen due to being left on the drive way.”
“The goods I ordered had my phone number as well as the delivery address on them. No one called me and checking my cameras no one attempted to deliver it however, I received an email saying that I had refused delivery as apparently I said I hadn’t ordered it. Then next I get an email saying it’s been delivered to some random address the other side of the country and it’s asking me if I’m happy with my delivery. Trying to contact Yodal is a nightmare just an automated system with no option to register my challenge. Absolute rubbish company”

“Never have I had a parcel delivered to my own house. Its ALWAYS dropped off somewhere random. This time it was dropped off 7 miles from my house. Luckily they were honest this time and brought it to me this evening. When I contacted Yodel they told me they had proof of delivery and if I couldn't locate it from neighbours, I should contact the sender. Absolutely no accountability, zero help or customer care. Would never recommend this company ever.”
