Vinted order door to door not collected. Yodel said they had tried to collect, but I was in during the collection window and received no phone call at all. Worse still, Yodel’s customer service tried to gaslight me by insisting that the delivery person had tried to collect but that I was unavailable which is a lie. They even sent me phots of my front door (from some distance) which only proves that their driver was there, but not that they actually tried to collect. Why not show a photo of the driver’s phone log showing that they tried to call?! Because they didn’t! Now Yodel are saying that I cannot reschedule with them and Vinted are saying that I can only reschedule with Yodel. Yodel are useless and not to be trusted with your parcels.

Yodel has to be one of the worst delivery companies I have had to use. I ordered a packed with next day delivery and 5 days later, I am still waiting! When using the live chat every day for the last 5 days, I have received the same generic answers with no further follow up information even though I had been told I will receive an update within 24 hours. Conflicting information given between agents and I have had to physically go to the depot to see where my parcel is, only to be told it is lost as it is not at the depot. I have attempted to make a claim to get my money back but apparently my reference number is invalid/not recognised. If you can help it, avoid Yodel at all costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was listed as 10 stops away from delivery when suddenly I received a notification stating there was an "issue with my address." No explanation was given. I was told to contact Yodel directly — which turned out to be a dead end. Calling customer service led to an automated message that simply hangs up. The live chat was equally unhelpful, offering nothing but copy-and-paste responses and refusing to provide any meaningful assistance. At no point could I speak to a real person or get a clear explanation of what went wrong. Yodel's customer service is, quite frankly, the worst I’ve encountered. No accountability, no support, and no actual answers — just blame shifted back to the customer. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dont ever use yodel. They don't deliver during the day but at night. And I you ever missed the delivery, your package is gone forever.

Useless customer service that cannot locate a parcel although they marked it as delivered. Cannot provide proof, cannot contact their drivers for further information, all they keep telling me for a week now is ‘rest assured our team is on it and it has been marked as priority’. It’s been a week now and ZERO info about parcel. Utterly useless.

Absolutely useless, Yodel had package at thier depot for 5 days, delivered on 6th day. Delivery person couldn't even be bothered to knock at the door.

Do not use Yodel! They overload their vans making it impossible for their drivers to complete rounds and have zero regard for their audience.

One of the horrible delivery partners. The first time has been delivered at other adress and now driver said the street was blocked( it wasn’t true).

Had 2 separate two hour slots for delivery 3 days apart parcel never turned up now I see on tracking it has been returned to Bristol hub.Total of 13 days passed since I ordered the parcel on eBay. Before I buy anything else on eBay I will send message to seller to see what courier they use and if it is yodel I’ll purchase elsewhere with a reliable courier.

Terrible customer service, they just put you with some ai on the phone no real person to speak, order was to arrive yesterday, never came, i changed the delivery date, still didn’t arrive if tho they’ve been saying they had for 3 days now, i still haven’t received my order, no update or anything

95% rate of misdelivery. I would give 0 stars if possible. 6/7 parcels in two weeks have been misdelivered. I have been denied a refund from the seller as Yodel claims they've been delivered based on GPS. (GPS is not conclusive, only indicative) This is DESPITE MY 'SAFE SPACE' PHOTO INCLUDING A PHOTO OF MY ACTUAL DOOR AND A NOTE TELLING THEM IF THEY DELIVER TO A BLUE DOOR THEY ARE ON THE WRONG STREET. Absolutely ABYSMYAL.

The most terrible courier company i have ever had to deal with. Customer support is a disgrace. Parcel was delivered to an address 2.1 miles away from me which i had to go and find the door of the photo they produced to me via web chat to personally collect and they argued that it had been delivered to the exact location WHICH IS A LIE. I even produced photo evidence that they were DISHONEST. I will NEVER buy from any company who send parcels via yodel. It was the first for me and the LAST!!! Parcel has been outside someone else's property for 2 days in the rain.

Absolutely appalling service with no resolution. Part of my parcel was delivered to a customer the other part has to be in the warehouse . The two emails one headed greetings brigette and the other David .. my name is Sharon . You cannot contact via phone it’s automated and live chat is next to useless . I’m surprised this company is still in business. It certainly will NOT get mine in future . 😡

Hahaha.. Absolute joke of a company.. So far I've had 3 excuses on 3 consecutive days why they can't deliver.. Locker out of order, vehicle broken down, access issues.. Wonder what the excuse will be tomorrow.. Will not buy anything off any retailer who uses yodel in future.. Had similar issues with them a couple of months ago with another delivery.. Stay clear..

Parcel was to be collected from my house. I stayed in all day and no-one arrived to collect. I went to live chat and was told that the someone had called but there was no answer...ABSOLUTE LIES!! Also I made a complaint using email regarding a broken item. I was asked to provide photos etc which I did. I have since been ignored after sending a further 2 emails. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I shall not be using this delivery service ever again. I would give NO stars if the option was there.

Would give no stars- ordered a live aquarium plant. Was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. The driver has now lied- 96 hours- that I was not home! They never even rang my flat number! If they even actually came. Atrocious- I am sure my plant is now dead. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Everything that was delivered was broken. When I tried to contact the customer services, I had to go through the automated service which I then asked for a human to call me. I am still waiting for that call. The computer kept telling me to go back to the supplier but the supplier was a Vinted seller who had wrapped everything well but Yodel had smashed the box. I received a message to pick up the parcel from the shop and it wasn’t there so I had to keep going back, three days in a row, for it to show up, even though it had been marked delivered by their driver. Nobody from Yodel has contacted me, and all of the products were broken and can’t be replaced as it was from Vinted. Horrendous delivery company. Horrendous customer service. Just horrendous in general. Will never use the service again.

One of the horrible delivery partners I have ever seen until now. They have no value for your parcel and will just deliver wherever they want and leave. They never called me before they left the parcel near my house. As a result, the parcel was stolen and it had valuable items in it. The customer care is more so horrendous. One can never connect to a team member and their email responses take ages to come through. By then you would forget what the issue was. In a nutshell, if Yodel is delivering your parcel- either Pray it delivers into your hands or just forget it that you will receive .
