Failed to deliver on 4 different dates (still not delivered), tracking is abysmal showing little to no movement and not where it shows to be. At 6pm I was supposedly the next stop but never appeared, was still the next stop hours later but driver had left the area (according to tracking).

Useless, the tracking website says "Left in front porch" - I don't have a front porch, just the front door on the side of the road, no sign of a parcel outside. Either it has been stolen or the blind driver left it at some other address. There doesn't seem to be a photo so I can't even post a picture on my local Facebook asking if anyone recognises the "front porch".

Parcel send back to sender without warning a day after requesting to sent it to a locker. I don't even know if they even tried to deliver it to the locker to begin with. What a joke.

Useless service. Tracking on my parcel stalled last Thursday night (18th Sept) and it is now 23rd. I went in person to the delivery hub where the parcel was stalled (Huyton) but they advised that parcels for my postcode should come through Warrington and blamed the merger with the new company’In Post’. They told me that the parcel had been scanned out of Huyton and sent to Warrington on 19th but there was no corresponding inward scan at Warrington. They further advised that Warrington was ‘inundated’. I then went in person to the Warrington hub and (guess what) they told me it was still at Huyton. When I challenged them further they conceded that, due to the backlog,it was still probably in the back of a trailer with thousands of other parcels waiting to be off loaded. This parcel has now taken longer to cover the last 12 miles than it took to come to the UK from China having been made to order. The on-line and telephone communication options are a joke and the in-person customer facing operations are no better. I had placed two separate orders and both were dispatched from China using different carriers on the same day. I received the other order (via Orange Connex and Royal Mail) over a week ago so the moral of the story is never use Yodel/In Post.

What went wrong? Everything!!! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service is absolutely useless, they do nothing but sending automated apology messages then cut the chat, like talking to the wall.

Joke of a company ! If you want a load of grief get your parcel sent by them !! Lost parcels ,useless app ,webchat might as well talk to yourself ! Zero customer service !!

I have been waiting for parcel from 2 pm until now 8 pm. Delivery slot was between 14.46 and 16.45 hours. Contact yodel around 17 .30 and was reassured it will be delivered today. Now nolonger coming as per tracking Question- Why do drivers hoard lots of parcels that in the end fail to deliver. It's not like I have nothing else to do than to wait all hours for a parcel.

Yodel are the worst delivery company, while customer service try their best to apologise, the drivers are consistently lying stating they ‘tried’ to deliver but were unable to..to a 24/7 site! No attempts made at all and my parcel is currently 3 days late and counting!

The worst of the worst .Last 2 episodes of incompetence and negligence were leaving items in a neighbours hedge and leaving on a step in a busy street. They are not fit for purpose

Delivery was originally 16 /17th Sept when this didnt arrive , i contacted yodel who gave me a new delivery date of the 18th Sept when that didnt arrive they gave me another date of the 20th Sept that also didnt get delivered , so its getting delivered today 22nd Sept not holding up much hope of this taking place BTW . however i did contact Yodel to express my concerns over the bad experience thay asked me to contact the sender of the item for any further updates . below is a copy of the reply sent by Yodel Greetings of the Day. P.s even the chief executive complaints team are refusing to help me quite upset about it and Terrible service refusing to answer me about my delivery i was expecting to receive it 17th September and today 22nd September meant to arrive but told it might be today or tomorrow even though I was promised on 17th there refusing to answer me on there online customer service rang them having different stories worried whether there damaged or missing im getting quite annoyed terrible company be making sure to take it further if nothing is done

They are becoming the new EVRI of the delivery world. Disgraceful service, can't even find an address (in truth they never even attempted delivery), and I went on live chat with them and gave them clear instructions how to find my address (not difficult) and yet days later they said for me to collect from their depot even though I paid for delivery. I have given them clear instructions, yet they have not even taken on board my instructions. Absolutely diabolical service. Why have staff on live chat that do not pass on clear instructions, or if they do, it is then ignored. Aren't customers important to Yodel? I have given one star to this company, but in truth that is one star too many. Disgraceful service. Will NEVER use their service again

Is it just me or is Yodel getting worse??? They said the person wasn’t in to collect the parcel but the app still said it was in transit. The person is adamant that they never even heard from them. They then said 7 days ago they were returning it to me and again it is just showing as In transit. Won’t answer messages or chats.

I will not use a business that dispatches its products using Yodel by InPost. Won’t go into the multitude of failed and infuriating details but honestly just take a general overview of customer reviews, tells you everything. As customers we rarely observe the courier before making the purchase but please do check if it’s Yodel as it’ll be hi thou likely you will not see your purchase… 0 out of 10 for this shambolic company..!

Wish there was a Zero star for ratings They must be cheap because I don’t know why people would use them otherwise. As a delivery company they are unbelievably shocking. Doesn’t do what it says in the tin… ie deliver! They keep saying my parcel was delivered on 18th August, and oh how grateful I should be. When I raised a complaint they repeated it’s been delivered, and if not should take it up with the supplier. The supplier engaged THEIR business services NOT me. I was promised a reply within 24hours …that took 12 days, with guess what ….yes “it’s been delivered” NO IT HAS NOT. The proof they’re using is not my house. Any advise on where to go from here ? I’d love there arrogant non existent Customer service to contact me but I guess that wish is somewhere in the ether with my parcel

Hello, I didn't receive my package. Yodel is a terrible service and didn't deliver my package. Never send anything with Yodel; they don't deliver packages! Contact this terrible service yourself and tell them to deliver the package to the nearest branch because they don't deliver to addresses!

Disgusting company. Everytime some retailer decideda to use them I get a feeling of dread and yodel always manage to mess it up. No sign of delivery, online tracking not updated. Live chat never connects, phone line you can never get to a human to speak. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company

This company deserves a negative rating for just how completely terrible they are. I am genuinely shocked that a company can be so completely and utterly incompetent at their main service and still be in business. I ordered an item through eBay, the seller left it with Yodel in good time on the 10th. The item was moved to a distribution centre on the 11th. This absolute joke of an excuse for a delivery company then spent more than a week not delivering it (I'm writing this review on the 19th and still haven't received my item), just holding it at their local distribution centre and apparently, according to their tracker, putting it in a van every day but making no attempt to actually deliver it. Part way through this godawful experience with a company that needs to look up the defintion of what a delivery is I messaged them to see what the problem was, they told me (and this is 6 days after they first had the item at their local delivery centre) that apparently the item had been put on the wrong van that was on a different delivery route. Was this being done every day? Was this done on the first day the item was in a place to be delivered? HOW DOES IT TAKE 6 DAYS FOR YOU TO JUST REALISE YOU'VE PUT AN ITEM ON THE WRONG VAN? How is this company even functioning? How are is Yodel so completely incompetent at their main function? The worst part of this whole experience? Yodel actually lied on their tracker and said they had attempted to make the delivery once part way through the week, yet (given I was at home) this was a complete fabrication. So not only are Yodel incompetent, they're flat out liars. I am still waiting for my delivery. Yodel should be utterly ashamed of just how completely and utterly useless they are, you should honestly just pack up the company and stop. You are a net-negative on this planet.
