Why are large companies like Argos using a company like Yodel that has such a poor track record? This will eventually have a knock-on effect and people like myself will use companies that use delivery services that deliver without problems so we don't spend hours waiting for items that don't arrive and spending more hours phoning and emailing customer services.

why is it everytime yodel is used .and a safe place is mentioned .ends up parcel being taken back .how is a back garden shed not safe enough ,plenty of places to hide parcel as well ,utter useless

I have received order No.2826937 today, on checking this found the incorrect items, so have spoken to age uk incontinence.co.uk and the advised that I return them. The have already taken payment for the correct items and are arranging delivery, but I do not know if you will be collecting the returns?

Wheres my gate got to I am told by the person who sent it it's on it's way now that was in December on 21 so wheres it got to my reference number is jj0002249459770728 I was told by them to call yodel on this number +44(0)8457877877 this is discusting sevice and very disappointing shame on you not only that I can not pick anything up as I do Not own a car this too is an iron gate that I would not be able to lift and you have now said you dont know where the hell it is I am disabled I need better sevice not only that I need my gate as I have a sevice dog that will get run over as I dont have a gate I am not happy at all sorry to say

Good evening, I was told Yodel couldn't gain access today to deliver my parcel, which is not true as I have not left my flat for weeks. I live in a block of retirement flats - all delivery people have to do is buzz on a panel through the first door, l speak to them then press on my panel in flat to buzz them in through the main door then they deliver to my flat number on the parcel. There are security cameras here so please tell me what time the delivery person came to my door today?

THis is not a question but an answer, if your package fails to arrive or they cause damage during the delivery, you sue the person who sent the package. They employed this shower to deliver the package and therefore they are responsible and have to compensate. If they pass the buck go to citizens advice who ahve a teomplate letter informing them of their responsibilities and the fact they failed to honour the contract you had with them! Do this and Yodel will stop getting used

I was in the front of my house all day today, the first message was that my delivery would be between 4pm and 6pm, but at 5.30pm they changed it to 7pm to 9pm, but at 9.02pm, a message came that they attempted delivery but couldn’t access my property, well this is a massive lie because my is a detached house with a massive drive and my sitting room window looks directly out unto my drive. Moreover, the tracking showed that the driver still had 5 stops before mine at 9.02pm, how could the driver have attempted delivery when they haven’t even reached my street? Yodel is the worst delivery company ever, where is my parcel number: JD0002248805139977

Can your drivers actually read address labels? I was ‘told’ that the driver had made an honest mistake when he apparently delivered my parcel to another address that had a two digit number, my number is 100. I was waiting on the doorstep when said delivery was one stop away and no one came near my house!

How do we affect change and put Yodel out of business? By checking with the seller before buying and if they use Yodel, finding another retailer. Companies are failing miserably to respond to customer feedback and their own financial losses (making refunds) for Yodel's inept systems. If sellers won't stop using them because they are "cheap" then as buyers, we have the power. DO NOT buy if the company uses Yodel. Period!

The blame is fully on the retailers that hire Yodel, because they categorically know the abysmal service Yodel provide and yet continue to pay them to deliver YOUR purchases. Effectively, the retailer is causing you, me and anyone that has the misfortune to experience Yodel's service - stress, stress, stress. The retailers know the exact quantity of stolen AKA "Lost" shipments each month. They know the number of customers contacting them to find out where their purchase is and why it's late or "lost". Yet they fail to respond positively by ripping up Yodels contract. The retailers are not forced to hire Yodel, they choose to because they are dirt cheap. It's profit vs. customer satisfaction. The power is with the buyer. STOP buying from retailers that pay Yodel to "deliver" your purchases. It is the only way to change the outcome.

where is my parcel. it says it has been delivered but it hasn't. I ordered 4 items from Argos, 3 on one order and one on another. Yodel delivered part of one order and the other one item from the other order. I am still waiting for my duvet. My order number is AS108778880. CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE MY DUVET IS PLEASE.

This company needs new drivers with a satnav, had a text to say my parcel has been delivered...hmm news to me, so I ring only to be told it's been delivered to 94 strange as I live at no 2! Then asked if I know anyone called jenkins? No! Well I've found the house and no one is home. I'll inform the driver she says so he will go back and pick it up when he's finished his delivery, it could be up to 9pm! Total rubbish!

Mine is the usual complaint of receiving a card saying DELIVERY ATTEMTED. My wife is disabled and we have a dog so always someone here, I rang the Complaints number but was told PARCEL RETURNED TO DEPOT>THERE ARE NO OTHER DELIVERY OPTIONS There was no Customer Service or Complaints Service. What can I do now?

I paid for nominated day delivery friday .Stayed in all day no parcel.I need parcel ASAP please inform me this morning as early as possible. please no lies as I have read of the lirs you tell.Will not be using H O Fraser on line as long as Yodel peferred delivery company

Yodel, must be close to being the worst courier service, should have had a parcel delivered Wednesday, this was my fault I wasn't in. Rearranged delivery for Thursday, had a time slot of 16:11 to 18:11 at 17:04 received the update Your parcel is on its way, but we are experiencing a delay in getting to you. Waited 2 hours and nothing. So I have another re-arranged delivery time slot 15:37 TO 17:37. Have just received the update Your parcel is on its way, but we are experiencing a delay in getting to you.. Don't think it is coming today. Spoke to Yodel online chat and it will be either today or tomorrow.. I WORK 7MILES FROM THE YODEL DEPOT. Is it so difficult to get a package 7 miles.

The drivers are as I understand it self employed. They probably get paid for a delivery by just saying its delivered. ISN'T THIS FRAUD it is the companies that employ Yodel to deliver. So as long as the supplying company pay a refund the customer has no loss. Except for the hours wasted waiting for delivery and the stress of dealing with Yodel and then the supplier.

Why does your company say they've left a card when they have never been near this address. Parcel was due to be delivered Wednesday in good time to take with me on my holidays, now it's Friday night going on holiday 4am tomorrow no parcel been delivered sick of this incompetent company
