“ Never had a good experience with Yodel but this is by far the worst! Waiting for some runner trainers that were not cheap, were supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days but were stuck at the ‘arrived at delivery depot’ stage for 10 days! Constantly contacted the live chat and was told I would be emailed by the ‘relevant team’ within 24 hours and have never had any communication from them - I keep going back to the chat but they’ve clearly lost my trainers! ”
