“ Given a delivery window so stayed in to receive it. Checked the live map tracker and no movement all day. No live chat available (despite it being plastered all over their website) and no way of chasing the delivery. Also, because it is now "out for delivery" (despite no movement in over 12 hours!), I now cannot update the delivery option to leave with a neighbour as I will not be available tomorrow. Horrific service ”
