“ Disgusting delivery people. They run ober your garden, jump over your fence, ruin your plants then throw your parcel at the door and then they confirm" left in safe place" Total disregard of your property and your valuables. Wish nobody uses them for deliveries! ”

“ Absolutely shocking not only did i not receive my parcel it appears to have been stolen by the courier! . I would suggest if you are online shopping and they use this company shop somewhere else if they can not off an alternative delivery service. If you live in the Blackpool area and Yodal is set to deliver becareful because at least one of the drivers are a theif . It shouldn't even have 1 star its ashame there isnt -1 ”

“ It is hard to give this even 1 star, because the delivery is aimed at you missing it. It offers services which ONLY allow delivery to your hand. You cannot pick it up anywhere even if it is quite cheap things that fit through letter box. 3 misses and you drive across the country to collect it, if the parcel has not been stolen or vanished. ”

“ BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced anything like this delivery company! Apparently they can’t find my address no other company has had this issue? They then told me it would be delivered the next day great 👍🏼 they never did!😡wasted a lovely sunny Saturday for my item NOT To be delivered!!! Two weeks later 20-30 minutes each day contacting them and still nothing!!! They don’t even know where my parcel is or if I’m ever going to receive it!!! THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!! ”
