“ I ordered something from Robert Dyas. I got an email from Yodel saying it was out for delivery when I was at work, so rescheduled it for delivery today (Saturday). The Yodel app says contact retailer for information there's been a delay. Spoke to Robert Dyas customer service who said parcel is due to be delivered today. No idea whom I'm supposed to believe!! ”
