I ordered something from Robert Dyas. I got an email from Yodel saying it was out for delivery when I was at work, so rescheduled it for delivery today (Saturday). The Yodel app says contact retailer for information there's been a delay. Spoke to Robert Dyas customer service who said parcel is due to be delivered today. No idea whom I'm supposed to believe!!

Appalling service and appalling customer service. Help desk is just remote chat. Remote chat assures delivery will be retrieved over and over again with no progress whatsoever. Tel number is just automated system no human. Most of time tel. Doesn't even understand the tracking number. Endless loop of doom with this awful delivery company
