“Delivered my parcel to the wrong house and took a photo of it at the wrong house! After 4 days of only being able to talk to an agent on chat an email came through saying our investigation is inconclusive please contact your retailer. They blocked the call system from me by automating the parcel had been delivered and hanging up! They are the worst! Would give no stars if possible.”

“I asked the sender to please not send by Royal Mail, I thought they where bad. They have sent by yodel and unbelievably they are worse. I got a time slot for 8-10pm. Im normally in bed for 9, with an early start. I waited up, constantly checking the tracker, which just stayed at a place a mile away. I presumed the tracker was broke. Never delivered. I called today to ask whats happening. Ill be given a new time, they dont know when. And I have to be in ti get the parcel. I have work!! What am I ment to do? Ill never use these again. Customer service is as bad as the delivery team.”
“Missed delivery on Tuesday informed delivery next day. Waited in all day, and the next day, nothing no parcel no information, sent two complaint texts, no reply. Probably the worst company I’ve come across. BEWARE”

“One star is being overly generous. The absolute worst experience from a courier company I have ever encountered, which is saying something. First they missed the delivery window, then tracking info disappeared on app, replaced by a message asking me to contact customer services, which I did, only to spend about an hour being parroted nonsense by a bot (or someone completely ill-equipped to do their job). Parcel never arrived and had to be returned due to containing perishables. Called customer service number, which is an automated service giving updates on delivery and nothing else. Totally incompetent, remote and unaccountable. Embarassing.”

“Yesterday, my parcel was due to be delivered, i was out of the house and i spoke to the delivery driver through the ring doorbell, he said he'd leave it behind a van, and i told him that wasnt my van, it was my neighbours and not to do that as it wasn't a safe place , if the van drove off the parcel would be lying on the drive for all to see. i asked him to leave it with the neighbour instead and simply refused, he told me he'd come back today as he is running behind on deliveries, before i could reply he walked off. if he'd given me the time to reply i would have asked him to put it in my safe place , but he was very rude. whilst i appreciate its a busy time of year, i have now tried to track my parcel and i am unable to see where it is . after spekaing with customer service i have been informed the parcel has now been returned to the sender. this is simply not acceptable. i now have to go back to the sender and sort this mess out all because the driver didnt even have the curtesy to finish the conversation with me. i would like to log a complaint on how this delivery driver conducted himself and i would like compensation for my delivery being returned and the inconvenience and unprofessionalism of your employee.”
“Yodel delivered a large LG TV I sold on Vinted and dented it due to careless handling. The box I used was a purpose-made heavy-duty TV box with padding on all sides. It had built-in carry handles clearly meant for a two-person lift. Yodel had the parcel’s exact weight and dimensions before collection, yet still sent a single driver.
The TV was fully working and photographed in perfect condition before shipping. Inside the box, it was padded and immobilised as seen in the video. On arrival, the outer box showed severe damage that only comes from rough, one-person manhandling of a heavy, awkward item.
Yodel’s inability to allocate appropriate staff for a clearly two-man parcel directly caused the loss. Their handling has cost me the item, the sale value, and £30 in packaging for the box, over £105+ of loss.”
“One of many unhappy experiences with YodelI, the most recent one: I made a purchase on Ebay. The seller indicated dellivery by 18 Nov. When Yodel finally sent me a confirmation email it indicated delivery by 20 Nov. It finally arrive 24 Nov. The status update feature never changed once it showed the package had arrived at their facility. I chatted three times for more information. Twice I was assured they would look into it and get back to me in 24 hours. By the way, their AI feature is pretty much usless. At least if you request to chat with a real person, it quickly transfers you to someone. Doesn't mean that someone actually does more than say they'll check and get back to you within 24 hours. So, no I do not recommend using Yodel at all.”

“Ordered on Sunday from Currys, every day since Sunday, Iv received texts, emails to tell me my order is out for delivery, we are now 21 Nov lol 😂 my head as come off.I thought EVRI was bad but Yodel take the ultimate out of you. You just don't believe them, When the item comes IF ! It will be going straight back to Currys.Even Currys are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard,no help either, they take the money and that's your lot, not interested once that's done, delivery is nothing to do with them.Then you end up with YODEL for future reference, what ever I buy if delivered from yodel it can stay there not doing it to myself, my money spends anywhere !!!!!”
