No customer service or contact despite multiple emails
No responsibility and an unbelievably and incredible incompetent delivery service with most likely thieves operating within the company stealing valuable goods and passing this off with ignorance to the customer”

The third time, it is still missing after almost twenty days. They have no idea where my coat is. “They have had multiple parcels arriving to them at different time over this month and they haven’t mange to deliver a single one to me. They update their system saying we weren’t in, but no attempt has been made, we have cameras all around our property.
You can’t ever speak to a person, the customer service is awful. You get told it’s been escalated, but don’t receive any communication and they can’t tell you where they have escalated it to. Very poor.”

“Easily the worst delivery people I have ever had to deal with. I got a message from them yesterday that they attempted delivery and had left a card. Lies! I was home all day, sitting by the window, and no delivery attempt was made and no card was left. They made sit around again today, waiting for them; and just minutes ago, they sent me another "delivery attempted" message, while I was literally staring out the window waiting for them!
Someone just sits up in their office sending "delivery attempted" messages to people they are not even making any attempt to deliver their parcels to! And this isn't even the first or the second time I am having this experience with these guys.

“Yodel inpost this is the worst company i have ever had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with i had a parcel arriving on the 13th november however the driver couldnt be bothered to deliver so this day was skipped appologys from there customer service were prompt but they meant nothing .
Friday 14th november parcel due as i was at work i arranged for my parcel to be left with a neighbour or re-delivered on the monday the 17th this was confirmed however (apparently) the driver turns up at 16.53pm and dumps the parcel on my porch (even though i dont have a porch) then i have to leave work early finding this out to safeguard my parcel no photo evidence of delivery was provided either so no proof of delivery !!! When i got home there was no parcel i checked with my neighbours they hadent seen it and it was knowhere in sight ive reported this to thd seller and yodel inpost but it looks like either the parcel has been stolen or misplaced or given to the wrong person address all i can say to anyone is (AVOID) using yodel inpost at all costs !!!!!!! They are lazy unproffessional dont care about your parcel and customer service is abismal iam left now claiming the money back £165.00 through my credit card on a section 75 which could take weeks it a cruel process but one that could have been avoided if only thr seller hadent gone for the cheapest poorest last mile post company (Yodel monkey inpost)”
