Bad customer service a nd still no further forward in finding out where my parcel is

Yodel has by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered something recently and missed the first delivery — fair enough. But they never left a note. Then, they claimed they attempted a second delivery, which is simply untrue — I was home the entire day and no one ever came. I redirected the order to be delivered to our local store, and for days, the tracking just said “on its way.” Then out of nowhere, I received a message saying I failed to pick it up and it’s being returned to the sender. I never even got the chance to collect it! This whole mess was created by them. I wasn’t made aware of any updates, and trying to get support was a nightmare. The automated phone line didn’t recognise my tracking number, and there was no option to speak to an actual person — it just hung up on me. I tried the online chat, and while they kept apologising and saying my parcel was “on its way,” it never showed up. They promised someone would contact me — no one ever did. I get that people deal with worse issues, but I just had to share how frustrating this was. It’s truly horrible service. I honestly wish I could avoid ever receiving anything through Yodel again, but I’m not even sure if that’s something I can request. And it’s not just me. My husband ordered a pair of shoes once, and the package never came. He actually went to their office in the nearby town, only to be told the parcel had just “disappeared.” I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still operating

Waited since Monday, now Wednesday for them to collect - lied to me continuously and my parcel is still in my porch (as it's a return). Can't get out my house with it there - live chat don't want to help and continuously lie - now have to wait 48 hours for it to be investigated. Awful service !

Marked as delivered when it hadn't been. Random photo taken of some sorting office as proof of delivery? An hour waiting on the phone to be told 'We'll investigate and our team will get back to you within 24 hours' and that was now 4 days ago. Live service chat just told me it's still being investigated after chasing up. Asked for some kind of complaint or incident number only to be told they don't do that lol. Wonder why! Truly terrible company, avoid like the plague.

Not a great experience. They will say delivered but you will not have your parcel. They will not provide you with proof of delivery!! They will say find it find it, in my case, they said it was on a green box and we don’t even have a green box! Crazy

My parcel has been swapped in yodel network. Expensive printer went missing and small box off stroberry plants has been delivered with label and tracking nr off printer stuck on top orgonal label. Customer support not care . Been told to wait until 9pm next day still nothing happened. Can't contact anyone to resolve the issue. Live chat and phone line not working next day . Still waiting for response. Not recommend to anyone.

Courier marked package as delivered took a picture then picked it up and walked away with it (yes I have it all on cctv and ring doorbell) I will be contacting the police as he clearly nicked it!!!

For 11 months Yodel have been leaving parcels right outside my front door instead of in my safeplace which is clearly described, with a photo in the YODEL app. The CEO team is a joke and all they do is send stock responses and tell me to contact the sender even though the problem has nothing to do with the sender but their depot and drivers.

Lost my parcel, and before they confirmed that, they made we wait for the estimated delivery date, while they had no updates on the tracking for days. Very rare item is lost due to their incompetence. Avoid as the plague, if you value your items.

HORRIBLE! Delivered to an entirely wrong address and left outside a 24 hour fully manned concierge building! Did not even bother to drop it off properly.

They must employ the worst drivers ever. He nearly ran over my feet as I waited for my wife's parcel. Drove straight past and then sent her a message 'sorry we missed you' Lying towrag.

The worst delivery experience ever and trying to get hold of their customer service on phone doesn’t even exist. Their live chat is useless. Been waiting for my parcel for 4 days and no update. Pathetic. Not sure why sellers still use this company.

Parcel never arrived, I got no updates and they make it impossible to speak to anyone. I tried to agent updates repeatedly but they kept redirecting me to their queries pages Genuinely disgraceful and pathetic

Rubbish Had 2 parcels delivered to the wrong addresses over the last 2 weeks. When I queried this they sent me photos of where the parcels had been left, which have been impossible to identify. Neither of these places were my house. 2 missing parcels and counting. So unprofessional I wish seller's would use a more reliable courier.

Ordered a parcel from Shein weeks ago. Received one parcel but not the other. I have been totally messed around by Yodel who send proof of delivery to Shein but it was somebody else’s front door. The Yodel Webchat told me it had not been delivered due to “unforeseen circumstances” and the driver would be delivering again until I sent him the pic of the wrong front door and told him to stop lying to me. I even went to the Yodel Mitcham depot yesterday morning and was told it was out for delivery today (yesterday) as the driver brought it back to the depot because it didn’t look safe! This is an absolute joke. These are my holiday clothes. Why can’t you actually speak to anybody anymore? I will never ever order anything from Shein ever again as they have been no help, either. Yodel, how on earth are they still allowed to trade?

I submitted an online order from Shein two weeks ago, my parcel was out for delivery on the 9/4/25, I was given regular updates in regards to recieving my parcel which was brilliant, however, just before 8pm, I received a message saying 'sorry we couldn't deliver to you today, please check back for updates'. I was sitting at home waiting for this parcel and they didn't show up. I contacted them by live chat and I was told that my driver ran out of time to deliver their parcels for the day and this will be investigated. So I have had to reschedule for my parcel to be redelivered even though it was not my fault. My next delivery date available was 3 days after. So here I am.. 12/4/25.. I have yet again been waiting for my parcel to arrive today, I haven't received any updates all day but my app states that they will be delivering my parcel today.. It's now 10:30pm and still my parcel hasn't arrived. I've now rescheduled my parcel to be dropped off at my nearest depot so I can collect it myself, but I have no further information as to when they will receive my parcel! What's more frustrating is it's a big order from Shein for new holiday clothes and I go on holiday in less than a week! Very poor service and a very angry/upset customer!!

My parcel sent 9 days ago ,it has been to 3 depots and still not out for delivery. Contacted them 3 times now and had someone wait in everyday as item needed for this weekend, also contacted twice by the seller. Ordered something from another seller on Ebay was delivered in less than 24 hours royal mail. Yodel biggest cowboys going avoid them like the plague.

The tracking keeps saying that they need more information to deliver my parcel, it's been 3 different days that they'd said they'd deliver, and yet when I go on live chat they say they have the address and everything is fine!!! Make it make sense.
