Said they had delivered parcel showed a picture this was not my houseI chacked the neighbours none of them had the parcel I even went into the next street and asked still no sine of the parcel. I went on to web chat that was a complete waste of time, The person on the other end ended the conversation have way through my complaint. If this is yodel run a business they should give it up. Terrible service and web chat employers.

Item left by front door on a busy main road item stolen as they did not knock door contact them they say contact seller seller says contact them so there not interested

My package has still not arrived been waiting for a week been following up every single day and no sense of urgency from Yodel. I was asking for the reason why my package was not delivered and they kept saying the driver cant find my address although they verified my address with me multiple times already. As someone who works with delivery you should know how to use sat nav! Who doesnt know how to use maps with all these technologies. Such a lame excuse to hide incompetence. Disappointing! Avoid at all cost

Yodel delivery driver drops packages at a different block, the flat numbers are completely different. They just leave any package on the floor, unsafe. Packages are often stolen. I have had one stolen this week and luckily found another. Don’t have this issue with any other courier.

If I could give no stars I would, state a parcel was delivered, showed photo of a porch with white door, i don't have either. They suggested I walk the length of my road almost a mile long looking for a white door. I use two walking sticks and can't walk that far. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A PARCEL TO REACH IT'S DESTINATION.

Further to my review below re delivery driver refusing to bring my parcel to my back door and instead drove off with it, the same delivery driver turned up with it again today. He ignored the large sign on my front door directing all deliveries / visitors to my back door. He said he wouldn’t take it to my back door as ‘it wasn’t on his sheet’. I explained to him that I was disabled and couldn’t lift anything heavy. He didn’t care. He just dumped the parcel inside my front door, partially blocking access to my room. I now can’t move it, it is too heavy. I am a disabled, single person. What do I do now? I can’t get through on any phone line to complain. The ‘Live Chat’ takes you to some unsecured dodgy site which flags up a warning against using it. This driver is a disgusting human being who doesn’t deserve to be employed. He should be ashamed of himself.

I asked the delivery driver to bring the parcel to the back door instead of the front door because it was too heavy for me to carry through to the kitchen (I am disabled). The driver refused to being round to the back of the house. Gave me a load of verbal abuse, put the parcel back in the van and drove off. I have phoned to complain and apparently the driver has put ‘customer refused to accept’ order. They claimed that they couldn’t contact the driver to bring it straight back which I don’t believe for a second. This was on the Saturday. I now have to take a day off work for the parcel to be redelivered on Monday. Absolutely disgusted with this company and judging by the number of bad reviews on here so are a lot of other people.

Yodel failed to deliver my parcel, lied about making an attempt, and have now "lost it" (I assume deliberately after I made a complaint about the driver). Absolutely the shittest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I had had a choice in the courier that was used.

Yodel were given a week to deliver a next day service. No communication. When the supplier contacted them the following week. They had no luck. Trying to escalate this issue was useless. The bots are useless. Never again

No contact to say parcel out for delivery. Then had msg to say parcel delivered. I had been in and close to front door when they said they'd delivered. Nobody knocked or rang bell. Said it was left in safe space. Checked all around ..nothing. Rang Entertainer who I'd ordered from. Said they'd look into it. Then sent me email telling me to download app to track parcel. Duly did that and checked photo . Absolutely not my house!! Second time Yodel has done this n no idea where my parcel is. Absolutely useless company. Used to be good n had same driver regular never a problem but now dreadful. Don't use them

They take photos of parcels that they do not deliver. very useless indeed. even with collection points, they give collection codes when the parcel is not even at the collection point. very very very extremely useless courier.

Will not be using Yodal ever again! Showed delivered at shop, went to collect, no sign of it, barcode scanner didn't work, so I was told. Looks like the delivery woman, thought she just take photo of it on counter and then leave shop with it, never to be seen again, bloody thief!😡

Yodel claimed to have attempted delivery last Friday. They did not. People in the house and ring doorbell evidence shows no Yodel. Tried every day since to get this parcel. Told the same mantra every single time. Shocking.

Yodel said they could not find my house. My house is on a street in the middle of a city. They asked me to name any landmarks nearby. A delivery company! A total joke. The chat "help" said that them not being able to find my address counts as one of my delivery attempts!! We paid for named day delivery!

Title: Second Parcel Stolen – Courier Ignored Delivery Instructions Again This is the second time my parcel has been stolen after being left in the lobby by Yodel. I clearly stated in the delivery instructions that couriers must not leave parcels in the lobby area, as it is not a secure delivery point. Despite this, the driver ignored the instructions again and left my parcel unattended in a communal area, where it was taken. It is unacceptable for couriers to ignore security guidance and put customers’ property at risk. As a visually impaired and registered blind resident, I rely on responsible deliveries being made securely — not abandoned in public areas. Yodel needs to take this issue seriously, retrain drivers, and ensure parcels are handed to residents or concierge only. Customers deserve better protection and respect for their delivery instructions.

Friend walked past the driver who was delivering packages and had my package and didn’t even bother to leave it in my mail box or come up and leave it on the doorstep as told but instead they just sent me a email saying the will re deliver it

Ordered 2 bags of compost on the 4th October. Courier received the parcel on the 5th. Delivery date was between 9th -15th. Problem with delivery.will be delivered by 21st. Got a message on the 21st. Delivery by the end of the week. Is anyone going to compensate me for the plants that have not made it? Great job Yodel.
