Beyond useless. My heart sinks when I realise Yodel will be delivering my package. The tracking is useless - shows the driver in the same spot for hours on end. Two days now they have failed to deliver when they said they would and absolutely zero communication from them as to why.

Absolutely useless. After I hadn’t received any tracking updates on the day the parcel was due, I used the webchat and was assured it would arrive today.. It hasn’t and now they are closed tomorrow and on Monday I can’t sit at home all day waiting for delivery. I don’t know why companies use these awful delivery companies

My item never arrived purchased from the seller on 4th may given this tracking number 87RKK3790663A008 Never kept up to date, spoke to live chat first they said arriving on 9th never came then they said coming on 10th never came. Tried to ring customer service stupid automated response no human. This item was for a 70th birthday so had to buy something else. Will have to request a refund from my seller and cancel my order. Would never use yodel for my parcels and would certainly not recommend them to anyone . I sent a complaint to eBay customer services. I’ve also emailed ceo @ yodel

Parcel delivered to the wrong address and they said they were unable to help and that I was to contact the sender.

Yet again, Yodel has sent me a message saying my parcel is out for delivery on a Friday, but 17.45 on Saturday and still no parcel. This always happens on a Friday. Last time it happened I discovered that my "local" depot is 45 miles away in Warwickshire. I live in Nottinghamshire! Having spoken to a driver, it seems that on a Friday the last parcels on the van often end up going back to the depot. What a terrible way to run a delivery company!

originally scheduled for delivery last Saturday. As I wasn’t available, I rescheduled it for the following Monday. That was over a week ago, and since then, there have been no meaningful updates on its status. Every time I speak to someone, I’m told a delivery attempt was made but the driver "couldn’t find the address." This is highly confusing and frustrating, as this address has been used successfully many times before without issue. My location is easy to find, and there have been no changes. It now feels as though my parcel is being held indefinitely, and I’m left afraid to leave the house in case I miss a potential reattempt and get stuck in this cycle again. It's a very important parcel and needs to be stored properly so it has probably spoilt the contents!! The WORST delivery service, it appears they have a very common issue of not knowing where people live, in a world of Satnavs it's just so bewildering

Worst delivery service ever with the most unhelpful customer services team who are totally incapable of confirming if a parcel is coming. Two days on the trot not turned up as couldn't find the address, we live on an estate that isn't hard to find. Now got to see if they turn up at attempt 3. No option to choose deliver to neighbour or leave in a safe place so expected to stay home for a third day. Having been able to track the van, it came nowhere near our house and at a guess just decided to knock off early. If there is an option for another courier, always take it.

Yodel have given me a time frame between 7pm and 9pm which is super late for a weekday. I have children and a job which I have to get up early for instead I’m staying up late due to yodel driver not being able to deliver my parcel in time frame. The yodel driver was near my house so many times and decided to at the other side of my city instead of going to mine which I find very much unacceptable. It’s currently 2 hours later after my delivery time frame and my parcel still hasn’t arrived and it is actually starting to annoy me very much. I do NOT recommend this company they take forever to deliver a simple small parcel! If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give 0 I would. Dreadful firm and totally unreliable - my parcels are repeatedly out for delivery and end up back at the depot. No excuse for this

The box was opened and the Ipad was stolen thanks to your courier, thanks to your service for the empty package you brought, I will never use your services and will not recommend to others.

Dreadful courier and I will never use them again. I left clear instructions for the driver to collect a parcel from my front doorstep. He totally ignored these, walked down my driveway and took a brand new item from my property worth £126. I have reported this to Yodel via their online chat, which was hopeless and all they do is copy and paste a script. I then reported it to their CEO complaints team, along with CCTV images of their driver removing the item, and again they couldn’t care less. They didn’t even bother to address their response to me! I have since had people try to buy items from me wanting to use Yodel and I cancel their orders as I refuse to use them ever again. Worst customer service I have ever known and I don’t know how they can get away with blatant theft.

Every time yodel delivers my parcels they have either been weeks late or have gone missing. Terrible company and lie about delivery. They even lied saying my mums large parcel was posted through the letter box even though they did not even get picked up on the ring doorbell and has still not been delivered 2 weeks after they were supposed to deliver it. Awful service.

My step daughter ordered a union jack dress for her daughter for v e day for school the courier drivers they had delivered the parcel outside main door of the wrong flats and drove off the dress wasn't cheap either when we tried sorting it out with Yodel it was a complete and utter waste of time

I had three items 'delivered' yesterday to what the driver recorded as 'your safe place; front porch'. For that read propped against the front door in full view of anyone walking past, in anything but a safe place. The suggestion was 'my' safe place and yet it wasn't nominated by me. Sadly I have no choice about the use of Yodel as this was arranged by the sender of the item(s), but I would not trust this carrier.

Yodel is terrible sent me 2 hour slot in the morning and never arrived. Changed to a 2 hour slot in the evening and still hasn't arrived terrible couriers companies need to stop using them absolute shambles.

One of the worst delivery services in the UK. I had very bad experience receiving parcels from Yodel. Delivery guy not finding the address, missing parcels and parcel delivering on a wrong address. As a delivery person one should take at least some efforts to find a address instead of delivering a parcel at wrong address. A one star review even not worth to give. Delivery guy delivered the parcel on someone else's front door and posted a picture on Yodel Tracking App.

I accidentally paid twice to send a parcel ..filled out a refund request form Thinking it would be sorted easily. Heard nothing back sent many emails all ignored tried calling could not speak to a human. Really bad experience and out of pocket.
