“It has been over a week and I still do not have my parcel. Drivers do not even come near my address, as I sit looking outside waiting for them. They lie, saying I wasn't in, despite having special instructions for the driver to call me when they arrive, along with my phone number. I was told it will be delivered, so I can only hope it actually will be. I want my mail.”
“If I could give 0 stars, I would! Yodel is a joke! They have incompetent drivers. I paid for a next day delivery, here I am, a week later, still waiting for my parcel. I placed an order consisting of 2 items. Funny enough 1 was delivered and the other one was marked as The driver was not able to locate your address! How the hell can you not locate an address when you have delivered 1 item??? Talk to some people in chat, they reassured me it would be delivered the following day. That is today. I have waited and waited, guess what? Again, the driver was not able to locate the address! Although when I talked to them I left specific instructions, even a 2 year old could follow! Again, they reassured me I would get it tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath! The driver doesn't seem too bothered to deliver the parcel! They take your money for next day delivery, but never ever deliver the next day! It's the worst company and I will make sure I will file a complaint, this is absolutely unacceptable!”

“A disaster, avoid at all costs!! Booked for a parcel to be collected on a specific date. Waited in 7am-9pm, no updates and no collection of said parcel.
Got in touch via live chat early the next morning, useless, was told I could drive the parcel to a depot which I did, parcel scanned, failed parcel, drove the parcel all the way home.
Decided to call this time, the live chat person misinformed me and I couldn't take it to a depot after all as the shipping label was for door to door. Was informed it would be collected between 1-3pm, surprise, surprise nobody showed to collect.
Further calls and emails (we are now on day 3), parcel is still with me and the service being received from Yodel is extremely poor, 3 different people have told me they are dealing with my case so far 🤣 person 1) standard apology told my parcel would be collected today, person 2) my tracking number is not recognised, person 3) Dear Name🤣, I am dealing with your case, I have forwarded it to the escalation team....all standard templates, time wasting nonsense and not one of my questions have been answered when I have replied.
The service is the worst I've experienced from a delivery company.”

We have been in the whole day with 2 cars in the drive, so the delivery driver lied. Contact via web chat, the usual lame apology with no guarantee it won't happen again tomorrow. Shocking customer service, and I hate liars!”
“Yodel is by far the WORST delivery company ever. Do NOT use their door-to-door service — it’s an absolute joke.
I’ve sold items on Vinted several times and when the buyer chose Yodel, they NEVER showed up to collect the parcel. Not once! They completely waste your time and only tell you at the very last minute that they’re not coming.
Then you have to try and call them to rebook, but of course, no one ever answers the phone. You just get some useless automated message telling you to check the website — and then it hangs up on you. The chat is just as pointless; they never have a clue what’s going on. They always say you’ll receive an email within 24 hours, but that email NEVER arrives.
It’s an absolute disaster. Don’t ever use this service.
And to make things worse, after you leave a bad review, they send you some pathetic email saying they’re “investigating your case.” It’s all fake — they don’t care at all. It’s a complete waste of time and money. Avoid them at all costs!”
“Absolutely the worst delivery company on the planet. Ordered something from Zara (who are just as guilty for using Yodel and haven't been any help whatsoever) which they said they'd delivered. No sign of it. They sent a picture of where it had been left. It wasn't my front door, can't find it along the street. Their response 'our co-ordinates show it was delivered correctly, end of'. Don't ever use them!”

“Three failed deliveries over eight days. Each time with zero communication about what went wrong.
On the third attempt, I explicitly told their escalations team not to deliver that day as no one would be home. They ignored this and attempted delivery anyway - completely predictable failure.
Their live chat initially refused to give me complaints information until I threatened regulatory escalation. Then just kept saying they’d “opened an investigation” while doing nothing.
After ignoring my instructions and failing three times, they returned the parcel to the sender without asking me. When I requested compensation for wasting over a week of my time, they told me to contact the sender instead.
Zero accountability. Pursuing through small claims court now. Avoid Yodel - if a retailer uses them, shop elsewhere.”

- awaiting delivery - details on their app said it would be delivered 4 days ago but no attempt was made, now the parcel is missing.

Yodel's customer service is dire, the details they provide in their app is unhelpful and the delivery service just does not work.
If you have the choice of not using Yodel in a delivery service then I would always avoid them.

“A group of dishonest people working as yodel. My parcel was stolen for 19 days, after many attempts I made for collection from the store, half of content , was missing. A torn box was handed over to me. When I claimed for compensation, I was told I am not entitled because content was walnuts, smart thieves”
