Terrible customer service, they just put you with some ai on the phone no real person to speak, order was to arrive yesterday, never came, i changed the delivery date, still didn’t arrive if tho they’ve been saying they had for 3 days now, i still haven’t received my order, no update or anything

95% rate of misdelivery. I would give 0 stars if possible. 6/7 parcels in two weeks have been misdelivered. I have been denied a refund from the seller as Yodel claims they've been delivered based on GPS. (GPS is not conclusive, only indicative) This is DESPITE MY 'SAFE SPACE' PHOTO INCLUDING A PHOTO OF MY ACTUAL DOOR AND A NOTE TELLING THEM IF THEY DELIVER TO A BLUE DOOR THEY ARE ON THE WRONG STREET. Absolutely ABYSMYAL.

The most terrible courier company i have ever had to deal with. Customer support is a disgrace. Parcel was delivered to an address 2.1 miles away from me which i had to go and find the door of the photo they produced to me via web chat to personally collect and they argued that it had been delivered to the exact location WHICH IS A LIE. I even produced photo evidence that they were DISHONEST. I will NEVER buy from any company who send parcels via yodel. It was the first for me and the LAST!!! Parcel has been outside someone else's property for 2 days in the rain.

Just had an email to say the parcel I had sent to my friend via a company was left in 'front porch'. Now worried where it might be as they don't have a porch!

Absolutely appalling service with no resolution. Part of my parcel was delivered to a customer the other part has to be in the warehouse . The two emails one headed greetings brigette and the other David .. my name is Sharon . You cannot contact via phone it’s automated and live chat is next to useless . I’m surprised this company is still in business. It certainly will NOT get mine in future . 😡

Hahaha.. Absolute joke of a company.. So far I've had 3 excuses on 3 consecutive days why they can't deliver.. Locker out of order, vehicle broken down, access issues.. Wonder what the excuse will be tomorrow.. Will not buy anything off any retailer who uses yodel in future.. Had similar issues with them a couple of months ago with another delivery.. Stay clear..

Parcel was to be collected from my house. I stayed in all day and no-one arrived to collect. I went to live chat and was told that the someone had called but there was no answer...ABSOLUTE LIES!! Also I made a complaint using email regarding a broken item. I was asked to provide photos etc which I did. I have since been ignored after sending a further 2 emails. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I shall not be using this delivery service ever again. I would give NO stars if the option was there.

Would give no stars- ordered a live aquarium plant. Was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. The driver has now lied- 96 hours- that I was not home! They never even rang my flat number! If they even actually came. Atrocious- I am sure my plant is now dead. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Everything that was delivered was broken. When I tried to contact the customer services, I had to go through the automated service which I then asked for a human to call me. I am still waiting for that call. The computer kept telling me to go back to the supplier but the supplier was a Vinted seller who had wrapped everything well but Yodel had smashed the box. I received a message to pick up the parcel from the shop and it wasn’t there so I had to keep going back, three days in a row, for it to show up, even though it had been marked delivered by their driver. Nobody from Yodel has contacted me, and all of the products were broken and can’t be replaced as it was from Vinted. Horrendous delivery company. Horrendous customer service. Just horrendous in general. Will never use the service again.

One of the horrible delivery partners I have ever seen until now. They have no value for your parcel and will just deliver wherever they want and leave. They never called me before they left the parcel near my house. As a result, the parcel was stolen and it had valuable items in it. The customer care is more so horrendous. One can never connect to a team member and their email responses take ages to come through. By then you would forget what the issue was. In a nutshell, if Yodel is delivering your parcel- either Pray it delivers into your hands or just forget it that you will receive .

I could see from my tracking information they had my package for over 10 DAYS, where it just sat in a sorting centre before being delivered. Absolutely terrible couriers. Will actively avoid any retailer that uses them in future.

Driver just decided to skip me even though I was watching his route. Now they’re saying I have to wait until tomorrow, I paid for next day delivery. No help, terrible service. The last time I used them the driver nearly broke the glass on my front door by throwing the parcel at it. Never using them again. Customer service is no help.

I switched to Yodel after extremely poor service from Evri but it’s like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire! First collection the driver photographed the open porch door and left the parcel, snifter hours to get it rebooked they sent me a new label (why!) Second collection 7am-9pm, just a small window! Not collected, I drove 30 minutes to the nearest drop off shop location at 9:30pm only to be told they couldn’t take it as drop needs yet another type of label. Today I’m sending it by DPD, hopefully they will get it right!

my parcel was in their delivery depot for 3 days before it got to my house, and still they couldn't provide an accurate time for when it was going to get delivered. their live chat support kept saying it would be delivered on the day it was meant to arrive, and when i contacted the day after the support agent literally said "wow thats odd" as if this doesn't happen to other people.

Utterly disappointed. This was my first time using Yodel Courier Service and it's safe to say I will never be using them ever again. The parcel was set for urgent delivery and yet when it arrived at the depot it had been sitting in there for 10 hours plus and turns out it will be delivered the next day and may not even be in time for when I need it. When I contacted customer service, initially I thought the service I was recieving was up to standard but I was sorely mistaken, when the person I was speaking to asked if there was anything else they could help with, I had given them a question after they answered it instead of checking I had no further questions they just shut the connection abruptly just like someone shutting a door in your face. Terrible service, I would not reccomend it to anyone.

Absolutely useless and full of drivers who lie. Apparently they couldn't find my address (all other drivers can find it) so couldn't collect the parcel and now I am expected to wait 2 more days until they can arrange collection again. Don't bother using this company, they can't even do simple tasks.

The driver pulled up. Tapped his screen and drove off he didn’t even make an attempt to deliver the parcel. I was watching from the window. Then the next thing I receive on tracking is “Sorry we missed you”. How diabolical. I am fuming. This delivery provider needs to sack their drivers if they can’t do their basic job! You wait long enough for your parcels then their is incompetent fraudsters as their drivers.

Extremely poor service. Yodel did not deliver on the day they said they would. If you cannot deliver on the day then make the customer aware - we had no idea where the parcel was and why it didn’t arrive! The company seriously needs better customer service eg. a real person on the phone rather than a robot. The live chat agents need to have improved access to parcel updates (we had numerous chat conversations and no one ever knew anything). And once the parcel finally went out for delivery, the live location updates didn’t update so we ended up waiting for hours. The delivery slot was 7-9pm, but the parcel didn’t arrive until 10:30pm. The whole experience was ridiculous - absolutely do not recommend at all!
