“Claimed they attempted delivery last night, they did not. Cctv does not show them 'attempting delivery' at the time claimed. Dreadful delivery company. Not the first time this has happened”
“Their drivers are a bloody disgrace. Three times they claimed they couldn’t find our house, and they even claimed this on the third attempt when they had another parcel to deliver at the same time….but they managed to deliver the other parcel…explain that one Yodel. They are the disgrace and basement of the UK carrier industry- a shambles with a pathetic customer service chat facility and a telephone number which cuts you off after it has told you go online. I steer clear of any retailer that uses them as their carrier.”
“Absolutely no tracking information at all. From 7am when yodel ‘had my parcel’ to mow, 7pm, no status updates have appeared. I’ve used the web chat and got absolutely nowhere. Answered security questions, was told I didn’t answer correctly so they couldn’t help. Answered the same again and got told to wait for my 2 hour window. It’s 7pm now, how late can this possibly be delivered if I haven’t even been given a slot yet? Why couldn’t I be told at 7am that it wouldn’t be a morning or afternoon delivery? How can anyone be expected to sit in for 15 hours on the off chance it might arrive, in this day and age? A total waste of a day with very unhelpful Yodel employees on the Web chat and absolutely no information still on the App.”

Why did they change their company name a few years ago, because they are incompetent and they will be changing there company name again. That's how operate.

“Terrible service they failed to Deliver with their usual excuses. In the end they sent the parcel back to the sender.
Everyone needs to Avoid this courier they are still bad if not worse.Ive spoken to other suppliers who have had problems with them and the problem lies with Named properties the Drivers are to lazy or cannot read them and prefer numbered ones instead, they also get overwhelmed with work and make no attempt to make a delivery and then blame the property as not accessible.
STAY AWAY from them especially with Xmas coming up.”

“Absolutely AWFUL delivery company. Package was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I was sent a 2 hour delivery window. So changed my day around to make sure I was in as they said it could not be left and had to be signed for. Well the 2 hour window came and went. I went onto live chat, what an utter waste of time that was!!!! Long story short I spoke with 2 different advisors promising me that the item was just delayed and would be delivered by 9pm that night, I knew they were lying but nothing I could do about it. Supposed to be delivered next day, same thing happened, given a 2 hour window, no apology or explanation given. Their tracking App is an absolute joke and goes from 14 stops away, to 1 stop away back to 12 stops away and your parcel never arrives. Utterly awful company who could not careless about its customers!! Avoid like the plague if you have any sense!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!”
“YODEL is the WORST courier service I have ever seen. They loose your parcels and never drop on time. Then, they lie saying ‘we tried to deliver your parcel’ such a lying company.”
“On 1st November 2025 I saw a Yodel driver taking a picture of the front door and walked away. I opened the door but there was no sign of Yodel van. He just walked down the pavement. I ran up to him and he stopped. I asked ‘Are you a Yodel driver?’ He said ‘yes’. Well I need my parcel and my name is __________ but he said he can’t give me the parcel! I thought it was ridiculous. He showed me the phone with details of houses he’s going deliver the parcels down the road. Just down the road but he refused to give my parcel. The Yodel is from Gatwick Depot.
I went on live chat with Yodel about this problem and he advised me to contact the seller, in China. I argued back and then he stated they will deliver 2nd attempt the next day but that didn’t happen. I contacted them again but he was unable to help me and brushed me off. Then I discovered they deleted my tracking number! I wouldn’t be surprised if they opened my parcel and take it home. Yodel is a cowboy courier. Don’t trust this company at all.”
“My parcel was out for delivery 30th October, the app just kept saying my driver was 29 stops away which never changed. I did a live chat where I was told the vehicle had been impounded, WHAT, are they using unsuitable vehicles or dodgy drivers? Eventually evening the app said sorry we couldn’t deliver but no further update. Not the first time I have had a problem, last times they ‘lost’ a parcel for weeks. Bloody useless company.”
“Yodel have had my parcel since Wednesday , it’s now Saturday and still not received my parcel , customer service very poor , they just give standard reply of download yodel app and track it from there”
“Yodel emailed to say it was delivered to my porch it wasn't. Tried phoning Yodel but got an AI which kept saying it was delivered. Parcel arrived 2 days later in a Tesco bag with the original packaging all torn off. The parcel must have been delivered elsewhere and they decided after tearing all the packaging to deliver it 2 me in the Tesco bag, 2 days later. Shocking service from Yodel. I have filled in an online form stating all this to Yodel but have had no reply and I doubt I will get one.”
“I have only given 1 star as you can't give - 10, I ordered a christmas present and it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, there was a photo if it going through the door, it was a cd boombox, how the hell can you deliver that through a letterbox, 2 different order numbers, 2 photos exactly the same. I went on live chat with yodel and omg that was an experience, I explained what had happened only to be told the satellite tracker said it was at my address, well no it wasnt, we checked around the house, asked the neighbours, nothing, then he told me to contact the seller, in China, I told him the problem wasnt with the seller but with the delivery firm, them. He then went on to say he couldn't help anymore and basically brushed me off. I am absolutely raging, how the hell can they blatantly lie when I know for a fact the item wasnt delivered, I would urge people to NEVER use this company as the delivery service is absolutely rubbish”
“Parcel arrived. Damaged left by the roadside entrance to my property. Soaking wet in the rain.Contacted Yodel .
Guaranteed would not happen again. Driver would be reprimanded etc.
Very next day parcel arrives left by roadside soaking wet through.

“This cowboy courier firm delivered my item to the wrong address and even took a picture which was only given to me two days later. Yodel don't contact you in 24hrs, they only pretend to be concerned. Try getting a simple acknowledgement of you're item being misdelivered for a refund from the retailer, how are Yodel still trading?.”
“I was not delivered the last 4 parcels from Ali Express. One of the sellers agreed to return the money, the other three believe that the parcel was delivered, because the courier marked the delivery (although it was not). He wrote that he left it on the porch (we don't have a porch, it's an apartment building), while the delivery photo was taken from the car's interior and not from the porch. Does anyone know what the "front porch of the Glasgow service centre" is? I don't know either, I have a completely different address. There's no place to leave a message on the site!!! It's difficult to find an apartment in our house, it's true, but other companies delivered everything perfectly, the Royal mail also always found our apartment.”
