“I don’t know why everyone leaves bad reviews. They update you …send emails when your parcel is due to arrive. Usually they deliver on time! They are polite and honest.”

“Ellie delivered a package today to an address in Bingham. She was charming well spoken and an undoubted a credit to herself and also the company she represents. Her polite approach and a warm smile made the whole experience one of the best I have ever had.”

“I have been reading these poor reviews with mounting horror. However I speak as I find and my Vinted parcel ordered 4 days ago arrived this morning with no issues. So here in Peterborough a happy bunny. The lady driver was polite and cheerful so a great experience.”

“I received no time location for my parcel and it arrived past my bedtime. I tried to leave a review on the email sent and couldn't. I tried to contact the company but no response. I will be asking the company I ordered from why they would use a company with such a bad reputation. This is supplements and medication I am ordering for years. Not good enough. Obviously cost.”

“Unfortunately missed my parcel however, Clare (Kingswinford) left her number for me to rearrange the next day. She messaged me the next morning with a rough time so I could make sure someone was in. Absolutely wonderful lady to go above and beyond offering a superb service! She is a credit to yodel!”

“I got my delivery at 4pm, post code M8 9BP with a wonderful delivery driver that he delivered to me many times and he’s always ponctuel and honest, I just forgot to ask for his name that’s why I wrote my post code.”

“So many 1 star comments, many of these contractors are overloaded to meet demand and keep prices down, so I have no complaints on the service I receive from this company, not perfect but do get the job done. My local driver is had working, and late hours to complete his round just to provide for their family, and each time he drops off he has a smile without complaint :)”
