Along with Evri they are the worst couriers in the country. But the reason for 5 stars is that when I did eventually get my parcel, the driver "LANILSON" went one step further to get it to me and communication with him was first class. More than i can say about the company who you never get hold of anyone and the online help is useless. Well done LANILSON

Absolutely shocking. I have no words to describe this Company. They lied when they said that it was at the local depot. Then they lied further when they said they couldnā€™t deliver it. I then received an email from the Company I ordered with, to say it was being returned to them I have now confirmed they got it back the day after they were supposed to deliver it to me. As if they can move parcels that quickly! I cannot understand reputable Companies continue to use such an abysmal firm. They must lose so much business but when asked to review a product (even if it was never received) they will not allow any comments about the deliveryā€¦. Companies need to wake up and change their couriers.

Iā€™ve never had a problem with any of my Yodel deliveries. Iā€™m emailed with tracking and can update to a safe location. Every time I do this my parcels tucked away. I donā€™t think people realise that how hard delivering parcels can be especially if addresses arenā€™t clear and easy to find.

Ordered a jacket on next day delivery from Tu. 3 days later no sign of it. The useless tracking system just says incomplete. Phoned Tu and cancelled the order. Top marks to Yodel for incompetence..

6 parcels been at my local depot and out for delivery for 7 days. Web chat is rubbish , tried phoning and was told to go to web chat . My deliveries go to safe place so whether anyone in isnā€™t a issue . Iā€™ve stopped using yodel to send my own parcels as takes days for collection from parcel shop . Avoid rubbish

Yodel delivered my parcel 1 day early which is great, thank you. On the other had there track dose not work as I tried several attempts to track my parcel but on the yodel tracking site it stated it that they hadn't received it yep, funny that is as we already have it.

Our delivery driver is amazing heā€™s always full of beans and makes our day his name is Ian but I call him Jocken as thatā€™s his German name he is inspiration and a gentleman

Didnā€™t ring the bell left card no number to phone. I keep my car in the garage maybe thought we were away. I never had a problem with other carriers. Used tracking number but no use.

Yodel made me very unhappy and angry. My package was delivered at 08.46 this am. No card was left, the Jiffy bag contained the delivery note order summary, but the closing flap was 3/4 unstuck and the contents missing (a box of nutrient tablets). I spent hours trying to speak to someone, the driver was no help at all. I tried several different tel nos, but only got automated voices who avoided any relevant questions. Given E mail address was not recognised - so another dead end. ā€˜Customer Serviceā€™ is a joke - worst service ever. I would NEVER use again šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž

This is the worst company ever. I will never use their delivery service again. Paid for next day delivery two days ago and now their app and tracking services are unavailable. Disgusting.

Yodel attempted a delivery of flowers to a relative after 6pm to Barry Downs Carnoustie on Tuesday 19th May. Unfortunately the delivery was unsuccessful as the reception point closes at 5 pm. I missed a phone call from the delivery driver informing me of attempted delivery and a message was left for me. I phoned the driver the following morning and he immediately said he would ensure the flowers were delivered before 5p. He again phoned me to say that the delivery would be in the next half hour. I received a phone call about 20 min later to say the delivery was completed and flowers beautiful. A massive thank you to Robbie Smith the Tayside delivery driver who went out of his way to ensure the flowers arrived at their destination. Robbieā€™s customer service was excellent and I was most impressed with Robbieā€™s drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks a million Robbie.
