“Along with Evri they are the worst couriers in the country. But the reason for 5 stars is that when I did eventually get my parcel, the driver "LANILSON" went one step further to get it to me and communication with him was first class.
More than i can say about the company who you never get hold of anyone and the online help is useless.

“Absolutely shocking. I have no words to describe this Company. They lied when they said that it was at the local depot. Then they lied further when they said they couldn’t deliver it. I then received an email from the Company I ordered with, to say it was being returned to them I have now confirmed they got it back the day after they were supposed to deliver it to me. As if they can move parcels that quickly! I cannot understand reputable Companies continue to use such an abysmal firm. They must lose so much business but when asked to review a product (even if it was never received) they will not allow any comments about the delivery…. Companies need to wake up and change their couriers.”
