“Second day saying my parcel is being delivered first day the driver couldn't find my address why did he/she use sat nav so I gave them more details where I live. Second day saying it's out for delivery no parcel can't contact very poor sevice”
“I agree with all people who gave one star, my parcel was posted through yodel direct from store to store . The parcel meant to be delivered on 26th of October, now is 31 and still I am chasing up the customer service for my parcel . Apparently the delivery store refused to accept parcels and they returned my parcel to the sender store , awful, avoid yodel and inpost”

I am beyond frustrated with Yodel’s service. Yet again, a driver was supposed to collect a parcel from my address — and once again, no one showed up. Despite this, the tracking falsely claims that an “attempted collection” was made. That is simply not true. I have door camera footage proving that no one came anywhere near my property.
I’ve been at home for three full days in a row waiting, and this isn’t an isolated incident. It has now happened four times in the past month with four different parcels. Every single time I contact Yodel, I get the same useless response: “Please wait for an update” — but nothing ever happens.
Because of these repeated failures, I now have an angry customer expecting their order, and I’m facing a £60 loss. Who is going to cover that? This kind of incompetence is completely unacceptable and is seriously damaging my business.
To make matters worse, Yodel’s customer service has been totally unhelpful — no accountability, no real solutions, and no urgency. All they ever say is to “wait for recollection,” which never actually happens.
At this point, I’ve lost all confidence in Yodel. I’ve asked to drop off my parcels at a local depot instead because I can’t waste any more time waiting for drivers who don’t even bother to show up.

Once when at father in law's, paid extra for next day delivery, app said two stops away then said failed delivery "need more information".
This week at home same happened again.
The app on my phone said again "more information needed".
There is no way to give this information to anyone to enable the driver to come back the same day.....or have I missed something. You just go around in circles with chat bot.
Today it was delivered, driver said he was in the area but his app said my parcel was the last to be dropped off -his depot is about 15 miles away. Does not make any sense. They need to overhaul their system. Wouldn't it be lovely to actually speak to the driver or at least message him.😡”

“Shocking company with disgraceful bad habits. Having had non-existent "failed deliveries" before, I paid extra to stipulate the day of delivery and then spent this afternoon in my yard, even sitting out there to have my supper, was still sitting out there when I got the "sorry you weren't in" text message.”

chatted to live chat early morning to explain parcel was urgent, due to being batteries for my 92 year old mothers stair lift.
no response that day.

“Don't bother using YODEL. they say they will keep you up to date re collection but don't so the first pick up was missed. I paid extra to ensure my parcels were delivered to an actual person and signed for - instead they dumped them outside the warehouse and were lucky to be found. "Your fibre was dumped unceremoniously on our doorstep without the courier even notifying us that he'd done so 🙄" email from the recipient. Yodel Customer service want nothing to do with sorting this out. An apology and a refund for the extra paid for the signature was all I wanted but they dismissed this. I'll never use them again and will advise others not to as well.”
“Said they had delivered parcel showed a picture this was not my houseI chacked the neighbours none of them had the parcel I even went into the next street and asked still no sine of the parcel.
I went on to web chat that was a complete waste of time, The person on the other end ended the conversation have way through my complaint.
If this is yodel run a business they should give it up.

“My package has still not arrived been waiting for a week been following up every single day and no sense of urgency from Yodel. I was asking for the reason why my package was not delivered and they kept saying the driver cant find my address although they verified my address with me multiple times already. As someone who works with delivery you should know how to use sat nav! Who doesnt know how to use maps with all these technologies. Such a lame excuse to hide incompetence. Disappointing! Avoid at all cost”
“Yodel delivery driver drops packages at a different block, the flat numbers are completely different. They just leave any package on the floor, unsafe. Packages are often stolen. I have had one stolen this week and luckily found another. Don’t have this issue with any other courier.”
“If I could give no stars I would, state a parcel was delivered, showed photo of a porch with white door, i don't have either. They suggested I walk the length of my road almost a mile long looking for a white door. I use two walking sticks and can't walk that far. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A PARCEL TO REACH IT'S DESTINATION.”
“Further to my review below re delivery driver refusing to bring my parcel to my back door and instead drove off with it, the same delivery driver turned up with it again today.
He ignored the large sign on my front door directing all deliveries / visitors to my back door. He said he wouldn’t take it to my back door as ‘it wasn’t on his sheet’. I explained to him that I was disabled and couldn’t lift anything heavy. He didn’t care. He just dumped the parcel inside my front door, partially blocking access to my room. I now can’t move it, it is too heavy. I am a disabled, single person. What do I do now?
I can’t get through on any phone line to complain. The ‘Live Chat’ takes you to some unsecured dodgy site which flags up a warning against using it.
This driver is a disgusting human being who doesn’t deserve to be employed. He should be ashamed of himself.”
“I asked the delivery driver to bring the parcel to the back door instead of the front door because it was too heavy for me to carry through to the kitchen (I am disabled). The driver refused to being round to the back of the house. Gave me a load of verbal abuse, put the parcel back in the van and drove off. I have phoned to complain and apparently the driver has put ‘customer refused to accept’ order. They claimed that they couldn’t contact the driver to bring it straight back which I don’t believe for a second. This was on the Saturday. I now have to take a day off work for the parcel to be redelivered on Monday. Absolutely disgusted with this company and judging by the number of bad reviews on here so are a lot of other people.”
“Yodel failed to deliver my parcel, lied about making an attempt, and have now "lost it" (I assume deliberately after I made a complaint about the driver). Absolutely the shittest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I had had a choice in the courier that was used.”
