Ordered on Sunday from Currys, every day since Sunday, Iv received texts, emails to tell me my order is out for delivery, we are now 21 Nov lol 😂 my head as come off.I thought EVRI was bad but Yodel take the ultimate out of you. You just don't believe them, When the item comes IF ! It will be going straight back to Currys.Even Currys are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard,no help either, they take the money and that's your lot, not interested once that's done, delivery is nothing to do with them.Then you end up with YODEL for future reference, what ever I buy if delivered from yodel it can stay there not doing it to myself, my money spends anywhere !!!!!

Nothing but liars and thieves! Apparently they posted a parcel of clothes through my letterbox. Fair play! Houdini woukd be impressed!

Horrible experience. Avoid if you can! Even with proof of postage they will do nothing about lost parcels.

Everything about yodel is a complete joke No customer service or contact despite multiple emails No responsibility and an unbelievably and incredible incompetent delivery service with most likely thieves operating within the company stealing valuable goods and passing this off with ignorance to the customer

The driver took a picture of delivering the parcel to my front door..said it was left just by the door but there was nothing there!! There was clearly someone home and they didn't even knock ...if they had my parcel would not be missing!! Not sure why companies use Yodle. Looking at the reviews im surprised they are still delivering!!

They have had my parcel for over 8 days, every day an agent promises that it will be delivered tomorrow and it never comes. They just said failed to deliver and promise to sort it and never do!

Consistent may deliver to wrong address. No response from email. Telephone customer support as helpful as talking to a turd. Worst of the worst.

I only give one star because I cant give 0. Unfortunately this courier company has lost three packages in three months. In the first two cases they were able to find it over 7 days later. The third time, it is still missing after almost twenty days. They have no idea where my coat is. It was not exactly a small package, but the photo provided is blurry and does not show where the package was left. Still waiting for an answer. Please avoid

They are absolutely useless! They’re a scum! Ordered something from Vinted, delivered my parcel to a different address with photos to confirm. Filed a complaint, but nothing happened as they insisted to Vinted that they’ve delivered the parcel.

They have had multiple parcels arriving to them at different time over this month and they haven’t mange to deliver a single one to me. They update their system saying we weren’t in, but no attempt has been made, we have cameras all around our property. You can’t ever speak to a person, the customer service is awful. You get told it’s been escalated, but don’t receive any communication and they can’t tell you where they have escalated it to. Very poor.

Despite the picture showing delivery to an unknown destination they insisted it was delivered to me. They repeated that and did nothing to find the parcel and insisted to the seller I had it. Absolutely useless

They are scum!!!!! They chuck parcels away and you never get them OR throw them at you if you’re lucky! MAKE THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS! AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL AND COMPLAIN!!!!!

Easily the worst delivery people I have ever had to deal with. I got a message from them yesterday that they attempted delivery and had left a card. Lies! I was home all day, sitting by the window, and no delivery attempt was made and no card was left. They made sit around again today, waiting for them; and just minutes ago, they sent me another "delivery attempted" message, while I was literally staring out the window waiting for them! Someone just sits up in their office sending "delivery attempted" messages to people they are not even making any attempt to deliver their parcels to! And this isn't even the first or the second time I am having this experience with these guys. The absolute worst delivery company in the UK. Avoid them if you can.

Yet again another delivery carried out with Yodel that leaves me stressed. You can't talk to a real human at Yodel and my delivery hasn't changed for 4 days. Unless courier firm shouldn't be trading considering the problems I've had with them previously.

Terrible service, my parcel said it was at the local yodel sorting office in my area and took another 5 days to arrive, and they say delivery will be 2-3 days and it took 7 days, rubbish and you cannot get the company on the phone , beware!!!!!!
