“On my Yodel account (yes, sadly I have an account with these guys), it has my address. I just had to ring up the customer service and see where my parcel went. They said it went to a completely different address, luckily still in my town. How on god's green earth do you deliver a parcel to the wrong address? It's like Yodel themselves have forgotten that they have a website, an app, a system logged with people's actual addresses. Check your systems! I see these guys out of commission within the next year. Good riddance :)”

“Driver claims to have left my parcel in a safe place, the porch he says, Except we don't have one !! We do have a front door step that sits directly onto the pavement on a very busy street in one of the poorest parts of Bristol.. SO, either a person whould have to be stupid beyond words to try and call that a safe place, Just no care, OR.. be a thief and pretending it's a safe place so they can get away with taking the parcel home with them.. “For the last 3 days they have failed to even attempt to deliver, firstly tried to claim that I wasn't in but when I produced my ring camera footage of the time they claimed they quickly changed their story and promised to deliver the following day. 2 days later and still no delivery while my package is left sitting in their Cardiff delivery depot. “Yodel has had my parcel for 3 weeks and still not received, when tracked it hadnt moved from the 18th sept until the 4th oct then everyday from then it kept saying received into van...then they try saying attempted delivery which is a load of bull. “They frequently deliver packages late and their customer service does not help at all.
Even today, I stayed all day at home just for the delivery but my package has not been delivered yet and it's over 2h past their delivery window. On their tracking I can see the driver hasn't moved for 3h now. The driver clearly decided to just stop working and not complete their delivery route.
When this happened in the past they returned the package back to the depot so I'm certain they will do the same this time too. It's not a one time occurrence, it's a pattern.
In the past they also delivered damaged items.
I will be raising a complaint with the retailer about Yodel and I will continue doing so every time there is an issue with Yodel delivery. I just can't wait at home every day until Yodel is in the mood to deliver packages. I won't be home tomorrow when they will claim to deliver the item. I waited all day today already for them.
There wouldn't be a need to write negative reviews or raise complaints if Yodel's customer service was helpful but they just say "wait" when I know the driver won't deliver the package. Just contact the driver, find out what's happening. If the driver is not moving, they're able to answer the phone. Honestly, most of their customer service people don't even fully read my messages and give out of context replies. I told them the driver missed the delivery window, they proceed with telling me that the item will be delivered within the deliver window.
Yodel will most likely reply to this review asking me for delivery details so they can "investigate" . I provided tracking number with this review, they can investigate what has gone wrong if they really want to.”

I had one of the worst delivery experiences with Yodel . I was expecting a parcel last week, but they claimed they couldn’t deliver due to the weather and rescheduled for Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery, no message, and no update.
To make matters worse, I later discovered they had returned my parcel to the sender without leaving a note or attempting to contact me. There was no communication or effort to resolve the issue.
This level of service is unacceptable. Yodel are unreliable and completely unfit for purpose. I would strongly advise others to avoid using them, as they are a waste of time and cause unnecessary frustration.”
