On my Yodel account (yes, sadly I have an account with these guys), it has my address. I just had to ring up the customer service and see where my parcel went. They said it went to a completely different address, luckily still in my town. How on god's green earth do you deliver a parcel to the wrong address? It's like Yodel themselves have forgotten that they have a website, an app, a system logged with people's actual addresses. Check your systems! I see these guys out of commission within the next year. Good riddance :)
