INCOMPETENT! Yet again, Yodel have proved they they are completely unreliable. I received a notification yesterday saying that my parcel would be delivered today (16th). I checked again on the tracking and it said "arriving today". No time slot was given. Due to the delivery drivers completely ignoring my instructions to leave in a safe place, and instead, leaving my parcels on the front doorstep in full view of the street on four seperate occasions, I was very reluctant to go out today but I had to. I had to check my phone every 10 minutes to check the tracking and make sure my parcel wasn't sat on my doorstep. I was out from 12pm - 6pm. It's now 10.30pm and my parcel hasn't been delivered. So, tomorrow, I'll have to check my phone every 10 minutes again. Even though I will be at home, they never knock on my door. They just leave the parcel on the doorstep. I only know it's there because I check the tracking. I have complained 4 times now on live chat and just get an apology and get told they can assure it won't happen again but it does, always. Someone from Yodel replied to my last post on here saying the same things but nothing changes. Unfortunately, some items I order don't say which delivery company they use. If I knew they use Yodel, I wouldn't order. If anyone from Yodel reads this review, I suggest they look into to the delivery driver for my area. Maybe teach him how to read instructions. How he thinks it's ok to leave parcels on a doorstep, a few steps away from the street for any passerby to take really puzzles me. I'd best put my phone on charge now ready for the every 10 minute check on the tracking tomorrow (if it turns up atall) so I can run out and grab my parcel before someone else does!!

Absolutely dreadful. They have lied to me all day saying my parcel will be delivered today and they are that thick they do mot know if its at the Warrington or Stoke hub. Will be putting a clsim in. Waited in all day. Tracker not updated. Liars

Label swapping parcels swapped my office shoes worth over £100 for 2 items from Shien! The label underneath the one they’ve re printed claiming to be my parcel clearly shows the intended customers name and address!! Customer service is terrible basically told not a yodel problem take it up with office shoes!!

Constantly losing parcels. Never using them again. Worst customer services I've ever dealt with promise to investigate cases, then eight calls later find out that the case hadn't even been escalated for investigation, and there are no notes or rec ords of my previous calls- just constant lies and lost parcels- that's all you get with them.

Dreadful is an understatement. Their customer service gave me coordinates to an address they claim it was delivered to ((round the corner from me)) and they hadn't gotten it in their green bin either! Thank god their son checked the nearby flat bins as their driver dumped them on some random flats on an entirely different street. Awful, their customer service could only tell me to wait 24hours for an update!! What update!? That the bins were taken out!?!? Photos conviniently didn't show the flat or house number either so it it wasn't for the neighbours kid this would6 have been lost.

Item given to them on 4/09, received email they will deliver 8/09. Today 15/09 , still noting. Agent advised no update on their system. Sender contacted them, they claimed they attempted delivery on 08/09 , absolute B/S as I work from home. No card left, mo email received to say they attempted delivery, all Lie and giving conflicting info.

Promised delivery 2 days a go, Not delivered. When on Web chat agent says they couldn't find my house, that they didn't have my correct address...it is on my parcel ! Rubbish service

On tracking my parcel it states we’ve got it. That has been the case for 6 days. I contacted live chat and a representative tried to tell me that they haven’t received it. I e planned that is most likely the other parcel I have unfortunately being delivered by them. They asked for my parcel no. again and left the chat I now can’t send a message as it doesn’t allow me. Their delivery service and customer service/support is horrendous.

They employ incompetent and untrustworthy drivers who will either dump your parcel on the step where anyone walking past can steal it, or the driver will open your parcel and steal the item if it is valuable. Avoid this company like the plague.

'Unable to gain access to the property', was the sole explanation I received from Yodel for their failed delivery. Incompetent delivery service and lousy customer service. What is difficult about accessing this property???

Yodel driver took wrong parcel I checked with him what he was collecting When I said amazon he said yes It was for perfect draught. They wont help. Ive asked to speak to a supervisor. For 5 days . Not one available Staff close the chat on you of you ask for supervisor The phone is as bad .. no supervisor available and none can call back Im now out of pocket as I cant get package back .. And yodel dont do problem solving

Every time a seller uses this company it's a nightmare. They never deliver to my address properly - they always leave it at some random address a few streets away without even attempting to find my address. Their customer service agents don't understand a word of what you're saying and just give you copy and paste answers. Their automated help line can't understand anything and just ends up hanging up. I even e-mailed their complaints team video evidence that the photo the driver had taken as "proof of delivery" was nowhere near my house resulting in my parcel being stolen on multiple occasions. They don't claim any responsibility nor acknowledge wrongdoing. Their response is simply "it's been marked as delivered have you checked around your house or with your neighbours?" without even reading what I've explained to them, or looking at the evidence provided.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong house by Yodel, the courier company. As "proof of delivery," they attached a photo of a random brown door, even though my door is white. Despite this clear evidence of their mistake, they are refusing to contact the seller and have completely ignored my complaint. ​After 12 days with no parcel, the seller has also refused to issue a refund. It's shocking that both the courier and the retailer are avoiding all accountability. Avoid them both.

tracking showed my package was out for delivery then the next update 5 days later said return to sender. Hopeless and their support just says contact the sender to raise a claim. They didnt lose it...you did. incompent support and drivers

I'm not going to order anything from any company that uses yodel. They have lied about delivering my parcel 4 times already. I have no parcel and no idea when it will turn up.
