“My parcel went missing, the driver dropped my package in a public passage and claimed my package was delivered to a safe place. I made complaint, I was told to revert to the store, the store said they can’t refund that my package as been delivered.”

Waited in all day and then I checked the yodel app to see a message saying it was delivered and a blurry picture of a parcel outside someone's door as it certainly wasn't my door !! Suspicious how there was no picture of a door number isn't it ???? And surprisingly if it was left somewhere nobody came with it.
This is not the first time a parcel of mine has gone missing with yodel. I wonder if they do background checks on the delivery drivers???

Scheduled yesterday between 19.00 - 21.00 Hrs it never came the the tracking showed the delivery driver 9 stops away then showed it going to what I can only think was its depot !
No notification no call no email nothing !
It now says being delivered today after I contacted the live chat but I don’t think it will be

After Yodel notified me that they had received my package from the seller, I did not receive any news about the package for three weeks. The tracking did not move. I looked for Yodel, they directed me to InPost, I looked for InPost, they sent me to Yodel. After many chats and exchanges of messages, the message came in the big week that my package had arrived at the InPost locker. However, there was only ONE TORN, EMPTY bag in the locker. How stupid can the courier be to put a torn and empty bag in the locker??? I reported this immediately to InPost with photos, but they said that they could do nothing, I should contact the seller with the problem.”
“Lousy experience with this company. They have had my parcel since 10th September, it's now the 29th. Live chat is useless, so I escalated it to a complaint. Software problems is their excuse, but still no updates on where my parcel is in the system or when it will be delivered. Shocking!”

Yodel is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. They never collected my parcel despite multiple promises. Their “door to door” service is a complete joke — they lied and claimed they attempted collection, which never happened. I spoke to live chat seven times and called five times, only to be told someone would come the next working day. No one ever did.
The level of incompetence and dishonesty is staggering. You’re left chasing them endlessly, with no resolution and no accountability. Avoid Yodel at all costs — you’ll never get your parcel, and their customer service will only frustrate you further. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear.”
“This is THE WORST delivery service ever... the delivery is 4 weeks late ..means i missed show casing in an important show for my career .
Take note: they deliver late without Ny care the huge box is absolutely trashed showing it has been kicking around their depot for ages... they just threw it under the car. No door note..
Oh yes because it was delivered so they try and avoid paying compensation.

“Yodel is the worst delivery company I have ever encountered, you can’t get through on the phone, live chat are useless, I went up to collect myself, I was told it was on the van for delivery, I’m still waiting, if it doesn’t come today I will be back up there tomorrow, I would Never use them again, and advise anyone to use other couriers, they give you a date for delivery and a week later it’s still in their warehouse up to the point of you having to go up there yourself, why pay delivery omg don’t use yodel they are simply not reliable at all.”

“I ordered live plants. Seller dispatched them on Monday. Out for delivery Wednesday. 7 stops before me, 1.30pm, driver`s tracking ended. Out for delivery Thursday. 5pm driver`s tracking stopped. Email 7.54 sorry we missed you. Whistl website (Yodel) no one in to receive parcel, card left. No card left, I was sitting by door, no one entered gate. Friday out for delivery. 7 stops before me, driver`s tracking ended 3pm. Whistl website, bad address. Saturday no delivery. Contacted customer service Friday, heard nothing more to date. Plants will be dead when/if they arrive. Yodel always brilliant, but acquired by InPost this month and gone downhill. Avoid at all costs.”
