Email 7.54 sorry we missed you. Whistl website (Yodel) no one in to receive parcel, card left. No card left, I was sitting by door, no one entered gate. Friday out for delivery. 7 stops before me, driver`s tracking ended 3pm. Whistl website, bad address. Saturday no delivery. Contacted customer service Friday, heard nothing more to date. Plants will be dead when/if they arrive. Yodel always brilliant, but acquired by InPost this month and gone downhill. Avoid at all costs.”

“They sent me a parcel 10th ,today is 26th and the parcel is still in depot. Because they can't find my shop that is the most central shop, we redirected it in a spot to go to collect. I have taken all of my listings off vinted and put on another site, there's no point selling items if they cannot get delivered by yodel. Don't waste your time or effort using yodel, they literally don't deliver.”

“as PER USUAL yodel FAILED to deliver my parcel, I was advised that delivery would be between 15:20 and 17:20, Yodel tracking website at 17:30 showed that the driver had 19 deliveries before me, I followed the driver for 3 hours and the deliveries were down to 9 before me at 22:15 when tracking stopped, it was if the delivery person was walking!!!!!, at lease 15 minutes between deliveries within a 1/4 mile zone. either the driver was walking or had NO IDEA on how deliveries should be made. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.”
“This is the worst delivery service ever, I don’t understand how some amazon items use these lot. They are always late and add another 5 days after your due delivery, customer service is awful and don’t give you a single solution nor update.

“Waited in all day for a parcel only to have the delivery driver turn up and drive off. Support said that he'd tried to deliver but no one was home. I was watching him and waiting for him to knock on the door. He didn't attempt to deliver anything. Support just said for me to wait for the next delivery slot (Who knows when that will be, they never said), and sorry for the inconvenience. Lazy delivery driver, and help from support is non existent. I will avoid any company that uses Yodel from now on.”
“I dropped off several parcels at my local drop off point seven days ago, Yodel have still not collected them from the shop + my local shops have so many parcels uncollected by Yodel that they have had to stop accepting them, Live chat just fob you off, Totally useless.”
“Failed to deliver on 4 different dates (still not delivered), tracking is abysmal showing little to no movement and not where it shows to be. At 6pm I was supposedly the next stop but never appeared, was still the next stop hours later but driver had left the area (according to tracking).”
“Useless, the tracking website says "Left in front porch" - I don't have a front porch, just the front door on the side of the road, no sign of a parcel outside. Either it has been stolen or the blind driver left it at some other address.
There doesn't seem to be a photo so I can't even post a picture on my local Facebook asking if anyone recognises the "front porch".”
