Shocking service. The courier does not collect parcels from the collection point for many days, and even when they come, they only take part. For this reason, one of my parcels is on its way after 3 days of waiting for the courier and another is still waiting and it is not known when it will be collected because even after contacting Yodel on the chat they are not able to give me information. It is a miracle that this company still exists. An absolute disaster.

Worst delivery company I've ever delt with. Failed to deliver my parcel because apparently they couldn't find my address which is funny because every other delivery firm finds it. They then ask me to choose somewhere else for my parcel to go so I choose the local shop and they also failed to deliver it there and sent it back to the sender I disputed it with the customer service team who are absolutely shocking a child could do a better job then them. Worst courier service around!

If I knew the seller was using Yodel I would not have placed the order. I waited in as the parcel was shown out for delivery in a 2 hour window. That time came and went and tracking showed the driver 3 stops away. Nothing arrived and this same situation has happened before but only with Yodel

In 5½ years, my neighbours and I have never yet had a Yodel delivery brought to the right address. Everybody else can get here—Royal Mail, DPD, even Evri! Coal lorries, oil tankers, fire engines, ambulances: they can all get down our lane when needed. It's only Yodel who can't manage it. And Yodel's complaints team is just a waste of time. Not sure they're even real human beings. The messages seem to be generated by AI, you can never get a straight answer to a simple question, and after 5½ years of these robotic apologies and promises, nothing has actually been done to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the local Yodel service centre manager (Stockton) has ignored all our attempts to communicate directly with him. It seems the Stockton service centre manager is happy to let Yodel drivers continue dumping parcels in the rain and the mud, in the middle of nowhere, instead of coming to the actual property where parcels can be left under cover in a clearly signposted safe place.

I sold an item on eBay and shipped it the next day with Yodel. The buyer was supposed to receive the item within a few days but it never arrived. After 2 weeks of not receiving the item, he canceled the order and refunded the money. I corresponded with Yodel for several weeks and got nothing, they apologized that the item was delayed for several weeks but claimed that they would later deliver it to the customer. It's been 2 months now. Due to the delay of this horrible company, I lost money, the customer and the item. The customer service is terrible, they write the same sentences, it feels like a robot is answering. They don't take responsibility. Avoid this sender, they lose the item and don't compensate, they don't even refund for shipping the item.

Never had a good experience with yodel but this is by far the worst! Waiting for some runner trainers that were not cheap, were supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days but were stuck at the ‘arrived at delivery depot’ stage for 10 days! Constantly contacted the live chat and was told I would be emailed by the ‘relevant team’ within 24 hours and have never had any communication from them - I keep going back to the chat but they’ve clearly lost my trainers!

Well this is yet another Yodel delivery not received, they couldn’t find the address this time they said. Well no other delivery company has ever had a problem. A delivery a few months ago they said they had attempted 3 times but no one was in, a lie. In future when ordering I will check how items are being delivered. If it’s with Yodel it will not on your life and no order or immediate cancellation.

Yodel are rubbish, had a delivery for my son and he took day off to be in for it.The driver knocked and didn't even wait , by the time my son got to the door he had gone. It also had instructions to leave with neigbour if weren't home and didn't even leave with neighbour. Phoned them and complained they said it would be delivered again next day and my son told them to leave at neighbours. That's did the same again didn't leave it. Now son had to go to depot to collect it . Very very unhappy

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a delivery that was scheduled for the 22nd and due to the gate being closed in the evening, I had to change it to collection. The delivery couldn't be completed even on 24th April. It has now been over 48 hours since the change, and I have not received any updates. This situation was urgent, and despite my requests, their service has not provided any assistance.

worse company ever...parcel wasn't delivered so put a leaflet through door with no tracking number, so couldn't track or even talk to customer service as cant even talk to customer service without a tracking number. I had to drive to the depot!

worst customer service. Vinay did nothing to help me after waiting over 2 hours for a package that never showed. And on top of that the driver wasn’t even in my area. Complete joke

Parcel at hub for over a week. I tried Yodel chat but after initially getting contact had no reply to my question on the whereabouts of my parcel. I note others are dissatisfied with the yodel service. They are obviously not meeting the needs of their customers. Yodel is it wise to continue operating this way and further damaging in your reputation?

Don’t know where to start I had an order that was expected to be delivered today I got a email to advise that the parcel was at the shop as I changed the delivery option. The email did not include a barcode for collection but when I tracked the parcel it was delivered at the shop at 09:51. I decided to go to the shop to make enquiries and the shop owner advised that she could not release the parcel without the barcode. I then went on the Yodel app and the bot did not understand my question, the other option was to search and I found a option that stated my query ‘parcel delivered but no barcode’ the response from customer service was that I should go back to the shop and explain that Yodel did not give me a barcode and ask them to give me the parcel. I went back to the shop a second time and the shop owner advised that the process does not allow him to release the parcel to me even though I produced my ID. Yodel then requested my email address to send me the barcode, I’m still waiting. Common sense would have been for them to contact the delivery driver and advised that the package cannot be delivered to the customer as the procedure that allows the customer to collect the parcel was incomplete. I’m hoping they send the information tomorrow so that I can collect my parcel.
