Title: Extremely Poor Service – Avoid Yodel I had one of the worst delivery experiences with Yodel . I was expecting a parcel last week, but they claimed they couldn’t deliver due to the weather and rescheduled for Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery, no message, and no update. To make matters worse, I later discovered they had returned my parcel to the sender without leaving a note or attempting to contact me. There was no communication or effort to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable. Yodel are unreliable and completely unfit for purpose. I would strongly advise others to avoid using them, as they are a waste of time and cause unnecessary frustration.

I thought it was my bad luck but obviously some serious problems going on with yodel. Eventually the company ive ordered from are sending via DHL. Very strange. Out for delivery twice, never to actually arrive.

Absolutely ridiculous. Guy pulled up in white van . Gave me two parcels and asked me to read the names & addresses on each parcel . He said is this your parcel . I said no another part of Widnes these need to be delivered too . He said well I don’t know where your parcel is . Left me in disbelief. I’ve tried tracking it just gives me a longer delivery date. Absolutely RUBBISH company. They are employing people who can’t read properly. I feel sorry for these drivers not from our country and are being exploited. I will never send anything by YODEL. I notice a lot of Vinted customers use Yodel. It will put me off purchasing from Vinted if they are delivery company.

I’ve been sent a picture of where Yodel delivered my parcel to. I have no idea where it is, certainly not my address.

i've recently had two parcels sent through Yodel. Both have yet to arrive though they have both been out for delivery twice. Both parcels were taken back to the depot within the time slot given to me for delivery. live chat gave me a scripted reply and said my parcels could arrive by 9pm. neither parcel did arrive. i've had one refuned by seller, waiting for another. why do businesses use this service? it will be bad for them in the long run.

The app tells you delivery today and then half way through the day it gives you a time slot. You track it on the app and the van doesn’t move for 2 hours then it tells you it’s not working and use the web. You do it on the web and that says there is another issue. How companies can trust these is beyond me.

I have never had a delivery from YODEL in a reasonable time the last 3 delivery,s by them the items have been with them 5 or 6 days at depot WHY . Vendors on eBay tend to use them I can only assume that the price is less than other couriers. But in the long term business might drop for them for SLOW delivery

Liars! "we attempted to deliver, but you weren't home" (or wording to the effect of). We were in on both occasions, taking time out of our lives for the two hour window and no courier ever came. No wonder the rating is 1.1 out of 5. How is this company still trading?

If you want a company that misses delivery times and dates every time? If you want a company that promises a delivery time and then fails to meet it? If you want a company that expects you to wait in until 9pm every day for a delivery? If you want a company that it is impossible to speak to a person, or chase a missing delivery? If you want a company that has a tracking system that does not work? If you want a company that has zero customer service? If you answer yes to all these questions then Yodel is the company for you!!! Shocking!

The scenario is as follows: this has happened twice, with two different parcels. First, your parcel is delayed. Then, when you contact them, they assure you it will arrive shortly. After several days, you contact them again, and they open an investigation. Eventually, they inform you that your parcel cannot be located — and suddenly, you find out it has been sent back to the sender. You need pills to deal with them

Where do all the parcels go that aren't delivered? Are they kept by Yodel? They must be stacking up quite a few. My parcel hasn't arrived as yet, even though the app states that three attempts to deliver have now been made, and cards left. This info is completely false, however, as I was at home during the times the alleged attempted deliveries were made and no cards were left. Attempts at rectifiying the matter through Live Chat on the app was fruitless clearly. It took ages to get on to the Chat then it replied with a load of pre-written excuses and apologies. The last piece of advice was to contact the person who sent the parcel. They aren't the problem. Yodel is the problem. I doubt this parcel will ever arrive. I will attempt a refund from the seller who sent it, advise them never to use Yodel again. Yodel will keep the parcel, I expect and sell it on? Who knows? Someone out there is rolling in other people's parcels and having a great laugh. Theives.

My parcel did not arrive. YODEL said they lost it during delivery. No apology or offer of refund. WORST couriers in UK.

The air fryer arrived broken, even though it was well wrapped with bubble wrap. The Yodel delivery driver literally threw the package at the door instead of placing it down carefully. Really poor handling, they clearly don’t care.

Liars! Never deliver on time! Also my Virgin Media equipment return seems not to have arrived at the Virgin returns depot. Virgin are now warning me of a possible £268 fee. Don’t use this company

Well if I could I wouldn't give any stars, I can honestly say I've never had a good experience with yodel unfortunately had 2 deliveries by them this month, first one took ages had to complain they had my parcel for 8 days before I got it and today waited for parcel was out for delivery but now its not, I wish sellers on amazon and other sites would state who is going to delivery your items because I would chose to order with someone who didn't use yodel absolutely a shambles of a delivery company

Absolutely useless. No parcel, no tracking update, and the ‘help’ centre just keeps saying it’s on its way. Save yourself massive headaches and just pay the extra couple of £ and go with a reputable company like Royal Mail, DPD etc.

I honestly would give this company a zero star rating if it was possible they are useless. They never deliver on time, always delays or late, never contact you and then they lie to say you were in where there was someone at the property all day and non one arrive at all. They are not to be trusted, why any company would use them is beyond me.

Useless company. Told next day delivery and 3 day later still nothing. Get given a 2hr time slot just for the delivery van as shown on provided map to sit outside inpost shop for up to 2hrs and fail to deliver package. DON’T USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE IF POSSIBLE
