Item late and item shows as a missed delivery even though I tracked the van driver who's nearest point was 10 mole away

Horrendous experience with Yodel, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Never received parcel after weeks! Tried so many times calling during office hours to automated message stating office hours then phone goes dead. Web chat a joke no one responds. Spent so much time getting nowhere!

The worst delivery company ever, i have had emails for 4 days saying your parcel will be delivered today so ive waited in every days but no delivery. There live chat is a joke as they just read from a script and are no help at all, if i could i wouldn't even give them 1 star

Package sat in the local depot for 7 days and Yodel kept making excuses for non delivery. I contacted the retailer and asked for my money back. I said I wouldn’t order from them again if they used Yodel and was told other customers had said the same.

I was told my parcel was ‘delivered’ to my house on the 23rd November. However, ‘ no image was available’ and no sign of any attempted delivery on my cctv. I was later informed they told Very that there was no further tracking available , so Very are not sure if my parcel has been lost, stolen or misplaced . They are now investigating what’s happened. I don’t trust this company parcels always go missing towards Christmas and this hasn’t been the first time parcels haven’t been delivered and disappeared. I don’t understand why Very still uses them. I contacted the company but they never get back to you with the live chat etc or always busy. I cannot get replacement items until my money is refunded . Avoid if possible!!

Yodel have lost 3 of my parcels, sent separately but collected by the courier the same day. They seem stuck. There is no customer service at all. Phone lines off and no response via email. A useless company. No one to speak to, and no resolve.

received a message saying 'Delivery attempted, please webchat us'.tried calling and gave up after 35 mins of holding..managed to chat after 25 mins wait and the person confirmed the address and promised Delivery would be made today..been waiting for this Xmas present for 2 weeks..Just received the message saying parcel is being returned to sender..Unbelievable. Thanks for ruining my Christmas

Still waiting for my parcel ordered it on the 6th dec they said it’s out for delivery the driver drove past my house and still have not been rearranged to deliver it

Pathetic service. Parcel sat in depot for days. Live chat are unhelpful, impossible to speak to a human and they don’t even respond to complaints. When they finally get around to “delivering”, they claim to have attempted delivery and to have left a card but no card left and no attempt was made. Avoid at all costs

Still waiting a month later for my parcels. Paid for next day with the company I ordered with. Yodel is the worse delivery company out there, even worse than Evir which is saying something.

Said they attempted delivery, never did ,rearranged delivery never appeared, arranged to drop at local store never happened parcel sent back 🙄 merry Xmas

Booo.. pretended to deliver parcel I was in and can see the door, no card left anyway so total lie. On the 'APP' states still in transit then on a diff page tried to deliver well make your mind up it was either TRIED or still in the van hmmm. Then a SMS code got sent saying you have 30 mins to use code! Where? Where do I use the code within 30 mins? Space? The public toilet? What is that code for? (obviously to collect something somewhere that is still in transit). Apparently I have to wait upto 25 days according to another page on the app. Just use Royal Mail as I doubt very much I will ever see this parcel in this lifetime.

Parcel was due 9th December still not here, the company I bought the item off gave me a number of Yodel at Lincoln Depot where my parcel was apparently held up. Rang number given got an automated service which asked for ref which I gave them they then said my parcel will be delivered tomorrow..?

Yodel say they have delivered a parcel on two occasions, with photogs showing where the parcels were left, except the photos were ñot of my property. No card through the door or doorbell rang. Do not use.

After working for yodel as self employed delivery driver, they don't want to pay me for the job I have done, they said their payment is after 4 weeks but now is more than 7 weeks I have not been paid. I went to the office they started saying I have not completed background checks, if I haven't done my background checks how then did you employ me and gave me parcels for delivery, they are there looking for all avenues to be taking people's money after working for them. But they must pay me my money. I spent money to buy petrol and went for the delivery.

What’s the problem with this company?They’ve got my parcel stuck in their collection centre,was supposed to be delivered on 12th Dec,no updates since then,impossible to get through or through to live chat,so can’t check,I would be scared to order anything again from a supplier who uses this courier

Absolute disgraceful company. I’ve been waiting on my parcel from Office Shoes online since 5/12/24. I’ve been tracking a watching 3 attempted deliveries. After 5 days of trying to make contact via phone email and live chat I eventually stopped a driver for yodel in the street who gave me a “ direct contact number “ . A girl eventually answered the phone asking me if I wanted to make an 80 mile round trip to collect the parcel in Omagh. When I made my feelings known about this she hung the phone up. I’ve been sitting now another hour but she’s not answering the phone - totally shambolic service

Absolutely appalled, disgusting the way I have been treated, got a email last night say I will get my parcel on the 17th December, took a day off work, NO parcel no driver, contacted yodel spoke to JAI, told me basically tuff luck and to wait, could be tomorrow or when ever, took absolutely ages to reply to me and then rudely and abruptly ended the chat. I feel so angry and cheated. Avoid yodel at all cost.
