my parcel was in their delivery depot for 3 days before it got to my house, and still they couldn't provide an accurate time for when it was going to get delivered. their live chat support kept saying it would be delivered on the day it was meant to arrive, and when i contacted the day after the support agent literally said "wow thats odd" as if this doesn't happen to other people.

Utterly disappointed. This was my first time using Yodel Courier Service and it's safe to say I will never be using them ever again. The parcel was set for urgent delivery and yet when it arrived at the depot it had been sitting in there for 10 hours plus and turns out it will be delivered the next day and may not even be in time for when I need it. When I contacted customer service, initially I thought the service I was recieving was up to standard but I was sorely mistaken, when the person I was speaking to asked if there was anything else they could help with, I had given them a question after they answered it instead of checking I had no further questions they just shut the connection abruptly just like someone shutting a door in your face. Terrible service, I would not reccomend it to anyone.

Absolutely useless and full of drivers who lie. Apparently they couldn't find my address (all other drivers can find it) so couldn't collect the parcel and now I am expected to wait 2 more days until they can arrange collection again. Don't bother using this company, they can't even do simple tasks.

The driver pulled up. Tapped his screen and drove off he didn’t even make an attempt to deliver the parcel. I was watching from the window. Then the next thing I receive on tracking is “Sorry we missed you”. How diabolical. I am fuming. This delivery provider needs to sack their drivers if they can’t do their basic job! You wait long enough for your parcels then their is incompetent fraudsters as their drivers.

Extremely poor service. Yodel did not deliver on the day they said they would. If you cannot deliver on the day then make the customer aware - we had no idea where the parcel was and why it didn’t arrive! The company seriously needs better customer service eg. a real person on the phone rather than a robot. The live chat agents need to have improved access to parcel updates (we had numerous chat conversations and no one ever knew anything). And once the parcel finally went out for delivery, the live location updates didn’t update so we ended up waiting for hours. The delivery slot was 7-9pm, but the parcel didn’t arrive until 10:30pm. The whole experience was ridiculous - absolutely do not recommend at all!

"I’m extremely disappointed and upset with the delivery service. Not only was the package delayed, but it also arrived broken — despite the fact that it was clearly labeled as 'fragile'. This shows a clear lack of care and attention during handling. Such negligence is unacceptable and directly affects my business and customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and proper steps are taken to improve your service."

Customer service is one of the worst I’ve dealt with – slow, unhelpful, and rarely able to resolve issues. It feels like once your parcel is in their hands, you’re left completely in the dark. I now avoid retailers who use Yodel whenever possible. It’s simply not worth the stress or risk of lost items.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I stayed home from work three days in a row to receive a time-sensitive parcel, tracked the driver in the Yodel app (who was literally on my street), only for them to never ring the bell or leave a card. Customer service was useless—just an automated line giving incorrect updates. I’m furious and completely let down. Would give zero stars if I could.

This has happened with two different packages — both were delivered to the wrong address. Please do something to fix this issue and ensure that couriers deliver the packages to the correct address, as I am paying for this service

Yodel delivered my parcel to the wrong address in our street…. An unoccupied house, empty house 🤦🏻‍♀️. Package not retrievable and customer service love to gaslight you too!! The number on my house is huge and can’t be missed Careless rubbish delivery service They couldn’t give a damn

I ordered an item from Argos last week. Delivery was confirmed for Friday. I am still waiting, having been promised on three consecutive days that my order was on its way. Argos Helpline staff have been very sympathetic but there is nothing they can do. Argos, you need to change your courier urgently id you wish to compete with Amazon.

Parcel has been sitting at a depot for 4 days.Been waiting 6 days so far told it will be delivered in four days.10 days for a parcel is ridiculous. Never had this issue with Royal mail, DPD etc. Your customer service department was as much use as a chocolate watch. Embarrassing and a complete waste of time. Will be steering well clear of Yodel for my business posting needs.JUST AWFUL ......

Do not use their pick up from home service when sending a parcel. It is the only option Vinted gave me for a large parcel (travel cot). Booked a pick up day, they failed to turn up. I contacted them, they promised me an email which never arrived. In order to avoid an automatic negative review the buyer and I agreed to cancel the purchase and try again. Second time they turn up 2 days before I booked collection (as I knew I wasn't going to be home the day they turned up) and gave the reason 'the parcel wasn't ready'. Couldn't get them to even promise to pick up again so cancelled purchase again. Third time nobody turns up the day they were supposed to collect. I contact them every day and every day they promise it's definitely going to happen that day. Still waiting now... Day 4. Customer service is not able to do anything helpful. Don't go there.

Have had two recent deliveries both have taken for ever it took over 2 weeks for a parcel from Gateshead to Middlesbrough tracking was useless and the package was damaged fortunately it was steel car part I am still waiting for the other parcel been a week already And according to tracking hasn't moved since Sunday. Most other carriers deliver on time UPS delivered a package from Korea in under 48 hours. I will stop dealing with sellers who use Yodel its just not worth the stress.

Disgraceful company, shocking service. Messed up on Tuesday by failing to deliver the product. Said they'd be here today between 11.06am - 1.06pm and never turned up. Called Yodel at 3pm and was told the driver is on the way and would be here by 9pm. It's now 9.40pm and still no turned up. 2 days off annual leave used and they still can't even do the job they are employed to do. Will NEVER use these cowboys again. STAY CLEAR!

Terrible Service – No Delivery, No Evidence, No Help Absolutely awful experience with Yodel. I ordered a birthday gift which was marked as "delivered" and supposedly left by a back gate — despite me never authorising a safe place. The recipient was home all day, yet no delivery attempt was made, no card left, and no contact via text or phone (despite details being provided). When I contacted Yodel via live chat, I received no real help at all — just scripted responses and no actual investigation. Worse still, Yodel provided no photographic evidence or GPS proof that the parcel was delivered where they claim. The package is now missing, the birthday surprise is ruined, and I’m left chasing the retailer for compensation. Yodel shows a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise avoiding them if you care about your deliveries arriving safely or getting any proper support when things go wrong.
