No sign of it anywhere after searching many times in this complex of flats with no front door. Just an atrium which is entered by calling manager.”

“Yesterday I was informed that my delivery was two drops away, this was in the morning but my parcel still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried to call them but it’s a complete waste of time. In my experience and therefore my opinion, I wouldn’t use them for delivering anything even remotely important. I gave them one star but that’s over rating them by at least one star. “4 failed deliveries and counting saying they need more information to access the address. Have given them full instructions and What3words details multiple times but nothing changes. Useless customer service in an Indian call centre that can't help at all. The worst delivery company in existence. I try to avoid any company that uses this incompetent mess of a service.”
“Lied multiple times they had attempted delivery. contacted yodel customer services who confirmed the driver was no where near my address when photos were taken against a pinned address that wasnt anywhere near me Shocking. Cant meet targets so say delivery attempted and dont even turn up. In 2025...we have cameras Yodel

“Brilliant service from Yodel today. Sat in all day for a collection, only to watch the driver sail past without stopping, then mark it as “parcel unavailable.” Impressive — apparently parcels now vanish if you just drive fast enough.”

“Yodel have had my package at their Wrexham depot for six days as I write this. Why they are failing so utterly to deliver my package is a complete mystery. I can only put this farago down to complete incompetence. I tried phoning them only to find myselfvspeaking to an automated voice that gave me zero opportunity to express my distain for this awful company and to try to rectify the preposterous situation that is completely their fault. Avoid them like the plague.”

“My parcel had an incomplete address on it, rather then contact me or return to sender this morning, the courier just put it through any letterbox going by sallatite lol. How can he possibly know that this house made the order. I have tracked the house down at the beginning of my road and they told me that they dont have my parcel, even though i have proof of photo of the door. Your courier should be spoken to. I am expecting more parcels that will probably end up there again,and i wont get them. Bad service.”

“Worst service driver drives past past parked up 3 cars away didn’t get out of his van and then drove off saying unable to deliver. Customer service is appalling can’t talk to anyone and they just give lip service on review sites will company’s please stop using these people”
“Still waiting on drawers ordered on the 8th for next day delivery, ended up cancelling on the 22nd after endless telephone calls, giving them the benefit of doubt thinking these drawers were mixed up with my communication and Very who I’d ordered off and was also wanting information from yodel as to were these are , I reordered on the 27th next day delivery and here we are again still waiting, looks like they will be cancelled again and ordered from someone who doesn’t use yodel for delivery”
“Hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are rubbish at communicating and barely ever deliver on time and that’s if they don’t lose the parcel altogether.
My most recent experience, as shown in pics, parcel with them since Sunday, delivery slot for Tuesday (doesn’t arrive), delivery slot for today (Wednesday) hasn’t arrived.
I shouldn’t be surprised, it’s exactly what I’ve come to expect from this horrendous company.”
