I agree with all of the complaints yodel delivery service is shocking..item.out for delivery 24th December no delivery as of yet on the 28th apoken to customer service to be told yodel has been closed...im sure people have paid companys for prompt delivery service and not received this i suggest everyone getting in touch with companys whome ordered from and asking for there prompt delivery payment back and telling them to boycott yodel

When I say I hate yodel I do not mean it lightly. The hatred I have for this monstrosity of a company can not be described. If you want your parcel, do NOT choose yodel as your courier. They will do absolutely everything but deliver your parcel I’m surprised they even call themselves parcel carriers as they don’t deserve the title. Avoid at all costs .

I arranged for my parcel to be delivered to a parcel shop that was open until 9pm each day. Twice my parcel went out for delivery and each time at 7pm the tracker said delivery attempted, could not access the store. I watched the tracker on the second delivery attempt and it reached the 22 stops before me stage and then tracking disappeared and was replaced with a message the delivery had failed as the driver could not access the store. The driver was no where near the store. I rang the store and they were definitely open. Only conclusion is that driver had too many parcels to deliver and was running out of time so just made up an excuse that the shop was shut, never even attempted delivery. No update on the tracker now since 13 December, so parcel is now lost, thanks yodel for ruining Christmas.

24 stops before my delivery. No problem, I'll keep checking the tracker. 2 stops before me, yay, it's nearly here. NOPE! No calling card, nobody rang the door bell or knocked. Again no problem I'll do live chat. NOPE they don't operate Wednesday to Friday.

Been at sorting office since 22 December 2024, and still no movement. Next-day delivery you must be joking. Why still accept parcels when you can't cope ?

Came to collect package. Refused to take it since it was not in a box. Said he would return the next day and failed to do so. Yodel then keep revising the date for collection and not turning up on that date. This happened multiple times. Obvs they are never going to collect it. Tried to get a refund but this is refused as they are claiming it was collected

I believe the package was never delivered to the designated pick up store. Long story short, Yodel notified me on the 7th of December that the package is ready to collect. I checked on the 9th and 11th, the store assisstants searched thoroughly for the package, but it was simply not there. I contacted Yodel but they were quite useless with the help and eventually I got an automatic message that I didn't collect the package and it was being returned.

This is my first time having a problem with Yodel - it was shown to be in the local depot for a week and then suddenly it's being returned to sender!? According to Yodel, I failed to collect the parcel despite not getting any indication it was ready for collection nor did I ever receive a collection code. And also I'd moved house - utter b*lls.

It would be nice if Yodel even attempted to deliver my package instead of keeping it at their warehouse for 4 weeks and then sending it back to the seller with absolutely no reason given! Every other courier manages to delver without a problem but Yodel are useless.

There should be an option here for zero stars. My best advice would be to avoid this 'shower' at all costs. Any business thinking to involve themselves with this sham of a 'courier' service, think again. They will drag your business down with them. Drivers have no integrity. Complaint route is non existent. Comms are all Ai. They have ONE JOB - 'to deliver' ...and yet it seems to be an unachievable target for them. The sooner they go into liquidation, the better for us all.

package is a week late. gift receiver leaves tomorrow, didn’t come on time for Christmas despite being at the local depot for the past 10 days. terrible service.

Didn’t receive my parcel would like to know were it is as got a message saying it was delivered wasn’t in was not on front porch no photo from yodel saying it was delivered this has happened in the past that Is why I don’t trust yodel all other companies take photo of proof when handing parcels over to owners leave card to say were it is or put it in safe place or give it to a neighbour

Just been to collect a parcel from King Edwards store in Basildon the Asian shopkeeper is extremely rude and offensive and basically hates you picking up parcels. He doesn’t want parcels in his store so I don’t know why Yodel don’t bother to collaborate with him. He basically told me we don’t want parcels so go away Absolutely disgusting rude vile man in the evening there really nice English guy who’s very professional and Scottish because he does a great job but this other person who’s obviously the shopkeeper and probably the owner of the shop is vile. I would highly recommend nobody goes to that store. Get to another store with any pack or any products that you want to buy because he’s vile I’ve put in a complaint to yodel and I’ve also got reviews. Just don’t want anyone else to experience.

Seriously the worst customer service ever. Parcel was supposed to be delivered today. Waited in during the two hour delivery window. Then received an email saying sorry they missed us! No evidence even on the ring camera recordings… Can’t speak to anyone a yodel as it’s all AI and it never gives you the help that you need. Disgraceful!

I'm absolutely annoyed that I have to give 1 star i wouldn't give any stars at all this is an absolute joke of a company don't even know why they're still in business been waiting now 5 days for a next day delivery every time I go on live chat I'm waiting 30 mins+ to chat to someone who is absolutely useless may I add keep telling me my parcel is at the depot waiting to be delivered as they are in high demand at moment I really couldn't care less as to what their excuses are I'm fed up with being fobbed off and now that I've actually came on here to read the reviews I'm more disgusted and frustrated as to why they think this is acceptable what a despicable company should be ashamed of themselves leaving ppl in distress like this especially for those poor ppl who have ordered bday presents etc it's outrageous 🤬p.s sorry ppl for my rant but needs must!!

Most of my updates for parcels I have been waiting to receive from yodel have either been delayed, cancelled or returned to the sender. I’m so frustrated that I can’t speak to a human customer service representative about this. I have had several updates which have said my parcel was refused at the door, this is a lie. They are large household items that I need and have been excited about receiving the. The delivery drivers lie and are playing with peoples precious items. They are the worst shipping company I have ever experienced and would never use them by my own choosing. I don’t recommend
