I wanted to surprise my friend who was going through a rough time with some flowers. I paid extra for the next day delivery and so should have been delivered on a Tuesday. It's now Friday evening and the update from Yodel is... we have it. It's been like that since Monday midnight when I first got the email. Still not out for delivery after a few days. Tried to contact them but no luck there. Had to ask the florist for a replacement bouquet, I hope they don't use the same couriers because I will not order with that florist again then. And I had to ruin the surprise asking if my friend would still be working in the office next week as I don't have her new home address yet. So thanks Yodel for ruining the surprise and not even delivering!

AVOID THIS DELIVERY COMPANY! Absolutely appalling service. I've been home all day waiting for a delivery that was supposedly "out for delivery" since yesterday. They even had the audacity to claim they "missed" me today (13/12/24 at 12:44) when no delivery attempt was even made. I haven't left the house! This is a blatant lie. They keep pushing back the delivery with vague updates, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and use a different carrier. Here's the timeline of their misleading updates: 13/12/24 12:44: "Sorry we missed you." (LIE - no one came) 13/12/24 11:00: "Your parcel is with one of our drivers for delivery." (Doubtful) 13/12/24 10:59: "We have your parcel." 12/12/24 11:37: "Your parcel is at your delivery depot." 11/12/24 12:44: "Your parcel is at your delivery depot." One star is too generous.

Returned items — The Yodel app states arrived at hub on 6/12/24 — nothing since it is now 12/12/24. Live chat — 3.5 hrs waiting and no one responds Telephone once your through the is it this number oh no let’s try another !! Even though you have given the number . Then you wait and you wait to what must be the most annoying recording !! 20minutes the first time .23 minutes the second and 30 minutes the third and still no one picks up !! I have contacted their CEO in the hope he will direct someone to help me !! We will wait and see and I will be happy to update .

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I can’t get in touch with them. The phone number I rang just says ‘your parcel has been delivered, goodbye) the live chat is anything but ‘live’ it should be renamed ‘dead chat’

Got email to say parcel on way. Tried to check if it was being left in safe place. Said option not available. Tried to have it delivered at shop . Option unavailable. Phoned customer service number. Itvws robot who did not answer question. Went in live chat. Waited an hour for anyone to respond. When they did they said they couldn’t do anything ad parcel had not been delivered. 😂This company is a joke. I would never order anything thst would be delivered by them. Last parcel was taken back to depot although we were in house. He didn’t ring the bell and husband caught a glance of him backing down drive but couldn’t catch. Do NOT USE

I've been waiting for a delivery that say it is out for delivery 'today' since 3/12/24, it's now the 12/12/24....tried to livechat a few times and they cut you off as you are typing back to them, they don't give you a chance to answer. Very polite, but the staff are utterly useless and not pro-active at all. I will avoid this company at all costs.

5 parcel's sitting at local delivery depot.. mark as delivering today!! NO parcel's come... phone lines and web chat constantly closed... worst Christmas shopping experience ever... DON'T USE YODEL

I ordered goods ten days ago. 7 days ago yodel got it and since then, nothing. There is no human to speak to on the phone because they just say we are experiencing delays..... and webchat, where are they? you get to say hello ..... and no one comes? Honestly, its like dealing with a company who don't exist. They are a delivery company...in 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days, 7 days.... etc etc with no one being put up front to say we just aren't up to the job that other companies are or at least we haven't got the guts to have people available to explain and apologise. It's the absence of the latter that makes the company look worse.

If a company uses yodel don’t purchase from them. Scam company with the worst customer service ever. Got a card though the door saying they tried to deliver but and left it at 15, I live on a junction between 2 streets and my street itself runs across the top of multiple streets all have a number 15. Knocked on a few and they don’t have it and one i definitely won’t have it cause they work all day so aren’t in so where is the parcel. Probably stolen by the driver going off these reviews. No customer service at all disgusting customer service run for crooks by crooks by the sounds of it.

Very poor, been waiting for a parcel that says out for delivery since 5/12/24. Can’t speak to anyone and don’t respond on live chat. Utterly deplorable service.

Horrendous service, cannot speak to anyone, customer service number says office is permanently closed , live chat takes hours to answer & then just tells you the parcel is held at the sorting office. My parcel has been with them for 2 weeks & I have no idea if Im going to receive it or not!

I hope they get shut down, they obviously are inept and ill equipped to deal with the jobs they have. Paid for next day delivery and two weeks later they still haven't delivered. They have now shut there customer service so you are unable to talk to a human, only tracking is available. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN

Worse company ever! Another parcel not delivered. Can’t get anyone at Yodel to pick up my query on their chat line. Don’t bother with trying to call them, that’s a waste of time. Arranged to have it delivered today, no text from them, can’t speak to anyone on the phone and their web-based chat line is useless. Waited in all day AGAIN for a parcel which I especially arranged with Yodel to be delivered today. This is the fourth time I have arranged for the delivery on a certain date and there's been no update and NO DELIVERY. Please DON’T use this company.

After 12 days + nothing even thought idue a week past Friday. Useless company, can’t speak to a human The live chat no one replies after numerous attempts, why do people use a company that’s utterly hopeless ?

Delivery has not arrived yet ordered 21st November supposedly picked up by yodel tracking not moved in 10 days can't get live chat gave up after 15 mins at a time no reply from yodel absolutely hopeless
