Sent a parcel marked fragile (several times) it arrived at customer smashed as I believe your driver dropped it into a re cycling bin at customers address NOT HAPPY 🤨

Yodel sent me a email saying my parcel was delivered today and it's not true my package is worth more than £100 from Shein and never arrived I been at home all day🤬 i need those things because im going on holiday.. i want my package back I am fuming 😤

They don't tell you of they have an issue finding your address, you only find out through the parcels journey after it doesn'tshow up. They say update preferences but they ignore them. They say get in touch but no one answers the live chat or phone. The email address given for complaints doesn't take complaints and directs you back to the live chat option.

Such a silly delivery service, why email saying you will deliver on a Thursday then say Wednesday morning you will deliver on Wednesday between 1400-1600 making wait between that time so I can be there to collect. Tracked it the whole time, showed you were on my road then at 1700 go back to we have your package. Very dodgy and terrible service, I think the drivers or company are trying to get some bonuses.

Delivery was not even attempted, they sent it to a depot in London instead of staffordshire and then couldn't work out how to fix it.

You consistently lied for 3 days. Delivery has still not happened despite promises. Hard to imagine how any outfit could be worse.

Worst experience of a courier ever. Paid for next day and waited in all day. Then at the last minute they update the app to say delivery attempted. No calling card was left however and I live in a ground floor one bedroom flat...I would have heard the door because I have a telephone intercom. I now have only one option, to collect from 30 miles away despite living 1/4 mile from a yodel depot.

Absolutely a joke of a company i waited in all day was even watching the tracking map and all of a sudden sorry we missed you this is the third time. I will make sure from now on that any company I buy from doesn't use yodel or I'll not be buying from them. Completely waste of time

They didn't deliver my parcel or attempt to. They kept it for 21 days, losing it at some point. They queried my (accurate) address for days. Eventually to seller refunded bur I had to ask 5 times.

tracked my parcel all afternoon van past the store it was to be delivered too received a message to say they attempted to deliver but couldn't the store was open ?? so far waiting 5 days for delivery still nothing.

Yodel is probably an even worse company than Evri. I've been waiting for my parcel for so long - they've been holding it in the warehouse for at least 5 days. I haven't had any updates for 5 days. And Customer Service is probably a joke. You can't get through to them by phone - after 12 minutes of waiting - I gave up. Webchat - you also have to wait until you finally lose patience and give up. Horrible company. I don't recommend it.
