My experience with Yodel has been frustrating and disappointing. The most glaring issue is their inconsistent and unreliable collection and delivery times. On multiple occasions, they’ve either failed to turn up entirely or missed agreed time slots without any clear communication.
Their customer service is poor, often providing generic responses that don’t resolve the issue. Even when I’ve spoken to someone via live chat or on the phone, the outcome rarely changes — parcels go missing, get delayed, or are delivered to the wrong address.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability. If a mistake happens, they’re quick to pass the blame elsewhere instead of resolving it. I had a parcel picked up incorrectly, and despite me locating it and explaining everything, I was still left chasing them around for days with no action.
If you’re looking for a reliable courier that respects your time and takes responsibility when things go wrong, Yodel is not it. Avoid if possibl
