My last delivery from yodel genuinely turned up dumped at the side of the road 4 miles away. Yesterday they tried to deliver to our business on an industrial estate on a Saturday after 5.30pm. We are closed. We have no trouble with other couriers only when bits are sent to us via Yodel. CLOWNS.

Got told my delivery slot was 12.19 - 14.19 checked at 13.40 and was 23 stops away. Checked again at 19.25 and im still 23 stops away. Tracker doesnt seem to be moving either! Worst delivery service ive seen

Dreadful company, don't know why people use these, useless, should have delivered my parcel to lockers, they said they'd tried 3 times but lockers were faulty, this wasn't true as I'd had another parcel delivered no problem from another company at the same time with no bother. Sent parcel to local depot for collection...14 mile away. I really think the driver didn't even try to deliver it.

I had a router failure from Virgin Media, they sent me a new one out via Yodel for next day delivery. I was given a 2 hour timeslot of 12:30 - 14:30 for which I was home. I watched my parcel drop from 20 stops away down to 3. Then, the driver turned his tracker off and went home for the day without bothering to deliver my parcel. I'm left with no router, no internet, and cannot work. Now I can't get an answer on when it's going to be delivered, and you cannot talk to a human at all. Absolute joke of a company.

If you can use an alternative postal service then I would strongly recommend this. Awful problems in the last three weeks with 3 parcels!! Dropped off one parcel damaging my property. The parcel had to be picked up the following day by Yodel and the wrong parcel was picked up! They decided to pick up a recent AMAZON delivery instead so we had to locate this. We have been waiting for another parcel for three weeks and they cannot locate it! Reports back to me this morning to say that they are now having problems with the Parcel scanner! Please use another delivery company as my recent experience has been a nightmare!

supposed to deliver within a certain window but they never showed up, tracking says they couldn't find my address even though the tracker shows it perfectly - had to redirect to a local inpost locker and I'm still waiting 5 days later for it to be available.

Would give 0 stars if I could, totally useless courier. They don't deliver to your door, throw parcel anywhere they have access to with other people's parcels as well. Parcel's are stolen as a result of unsecured delivery. Customer service contact is automated and pointless also. Live web chat doesn't work or fobbed off if you're lucky to chat with a human. How on earth do they still exist and why are they still allowed yo operate!

I would have given zero if I could. Extremely frustrating customer care, actually no care. If you post your parcel with yodel thee is a high chance of being stolen or lost by yodel. Sender or recipient are not protected, once you lost your parcel no possibility for compensation

Yodel must be the worst delivery company ever. Not just in the uk. I'm fact the universe. Last year I ordered a dehumidifier from very. £250. Out for delivery 3 times. No attempt to get to my house. Item back at depot. I even drove 20 miles the depot. No sign of it there either. Complained to yodel and very. Then they suddenly marked it as delivered. No proof or anything. Took me a month to sort this out with very. Last week ordered something from very. Out for delivery. Nothing arrived. Then no tracking for 3 days. Complained to very who cancelled my order and reissued. The new order Out for delivery today. Nothing again. Disgraceful. I raised issue with yodel 'customer care' . Said they'd escalate. But no they didn't. How are you allowed to operate yodel

After downloading the Yodel app and filling in all the information for a safe and secure delivery and taking a photo of the designated delivery place, imagine my horror when I received an email informing me it has been delivered, NOT AT THE REQUESTED PLACE but left on the front door step. Luckily it was still there when I arrived late in the evening. Yodel need to get there act together.

They did not deliver my parcel and their chatbot system is rubbish and when I rescheduled the date of my delivery they did not deliver, they should be shut down.

Claimed they attempted delivery last night, they did not. Cctv does not show them 'attempting delivery' at the time claimed. Dreadful delivery company. Not the first time this has happened

Their drivers are a bloody disgrace. Three times they claimed they couldn’t find our house, and they even claimed this on the third attempt when they had another parcel to deliver at the same time….but they managed to deliver the other parcel…explain that one Yodel. They are the disgrace and basement of the UK carrier industry- a shambles with a pathetic customer service chat facility and a telephone number which cuts you off after it has told you go online. I steer clear of any retailer that uses them as their carrier.

Absolutely no tracking information at all. From 7am when yodel ‘had my parcel’ to mow, 7pm, no status updates have appeared. I’ve used the web chat and got absolutely nowhere. Answered security questions, was told I didn’t answer correctly so they couldn’t help. Answered the same again and got told to wait for my 2 hour window. It’s 7pm now, how late can this possibly be delivered if I haven’t even been given a slot yet? Why couldn’t I be told at 7am that it wouldn’t be a morning or afternoon delivery? How can anyone be expected to sit in for 15 hours on the off chance it might arrive, in this day and age? A total waste of a day with very unhelpful Yodel employees on the Web chat and absolutely no information still on the App.

Absolutely horrendous courier service! My experience is exactly the same as all the other reviews. So if we are all having the same problems then we must be right. Why did they change their company name a few years ago, because they are incompetent and they will be changing there company name again. That's how operate. They are an absolute disgrace!

Terrible service they failed to Deliver with their usual excuses. In the end they sent the parcel back to the sender. Everyone needs to Avoid this courier they are still bad if not worse.Ive spoken to other suppliers who have had problems with them and the problem lies with Named properties the Drivers are to lazy or cannot read them and prefer numbered ones instead, they also get overwhelmed with work and make no attempt to make a delivery and then blame the property as not accessible. STAY AWAY from them especially with Xmas coming up.
