One star as it won't let me do none A truly disgusting company. Lie about deliveries being attempted and have no real functioning routes to log compliants.

The delivery driver delivered my parcel yesterday ragged it out of his car ripped the bag open put 3 big holes in my £17 top ..he knew what he had done and thought it was funny the absolute MORON ..I'm absolutely furious

I gave them one star because their call centre in India picked up call. However then lied on two separate calls. I waited in two days then they said it was in delivery drivers van this as a. Lie. Same again two days later. Then on 4th day after due delivery date they had the temerity to send a photo of the house it had been left at. It wasn’t mine. Wouldn’t order off Dunelm again because they use Yodel. Yodel should be shut down.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Parcel Marked as Delivered but Never Arrived I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Yodel. My parcel has been marked as “delivered” in their system, yet it has absolutely not been delivered to my address. We were at home all day at the time the delivery was supposedly made. In addition, we have security cameras which clearly show that no delivery driver attended our property at any point. This leaves only two possible explanations: either the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, or it has been falsely marked as delivered and is now missing. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of accessible customer support. There is no straightforward way to access their web chat, and their customer service phone line is fully automated. It simply repeats the message that the parcel has been delivered and then disconnects the call. There is no option to speak to a human being, raise a proper complaint, or have the issue investigated. While I understand that delivery issues can happen — these companies employ human drivers and mistakes occur — the key difference is how those mistakes are handled. Other delivery companies at least attempt to resolve problems when they arise. Yodel, however, appears to have created a system that makes it virtually impossible to report or resolve delivery failures. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding retailers that use Yodel as their courier. A company should not be permitted to operate in a way that prevents customers from addressing serious issues such as missing parcels. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

Almost every time when I should recive the parcel - is missing or I have to go out arround and ask few neighburs before I found it. Recently order dissapear....not recommend at all‼️

If only he could of made the effort to of opened the letterbox and then push the small jiffy bag through that which would of seemed large opening instead of leaving on doorstep i might of thought he had a brain 🤔

Everything went wrong, especially the courier side of it,3 attempts at delivery to a locker system which I thought would be better but was I wrong, faulty locker system but couldn't yes his initiative to travel 200 yards up the road and ring the bell.Has for web chat they were totally useless,very uncooperative and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying to them so they decided to return parcel to sender, their answer to everything so overall the worst courier service I've come across and can't believe they're still operating unbelievable and shocking service to the public.

Yodel are the only courier that have twice taken photos of part doors - delivering to a wrong address and purposefully leaving photos of door numbers off. Again today and Ive traced the door but cant retrieve the item. No number shown - see door scuffed (kick marks) y bad address (door is smashed in by police actually) A place you dont want to see your package dwlivered to Are traders ok these guys lie and cause stress ? Once they even posted to a door claiming a photo receipt. That was from an address, a few years old (outofdate) I had to take the address current photo which was I had matched due to a door mat pattern inside this house. I couldnt retrieve the item. How is falsifying delivery okay? Yodel webchat purposefully made contact difficult

Would give them 0 rating if it were available. Waited in all day, took time off expecting them to collect an item within an allotted time period. They never turned up. On the tracking system they claim they tried to pick up but totally untrue. I never heard the door bell or knock on the front door. I do not have a problem with my hearing. They are liars. Have to wait another 3 days for them to collect item back to the supplier. Totally useless company!!!

My package has been at yodel depot for several days without been delivered. Very slow service. My daughter had a parcel left outside on the front street and it wasn't there when she got home so either a passer by took it or yodel delivery driver took a picture then stole it .worst company ever . This company should be shut down

Absolutely diabolical delivery to wrong address on wrong postcode. No follow up customer service. I will not order anything to be delivered by these cowboys

Terrible terrible company !! Should be shut down no update can’t get through to an operator absolutely pathetic. It’s been now over two weeks and package apparently still at depot !
