On Monday 24th March I requested a change of delivery date to Saturday 29th March. Through the Yodel app, I received a message on Friday 28th March that the parcel was at the delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route. I was genuinely thinking this would happen soon and I would receive a notification with the delivery times Saturday morning. As our neighbours are away (so they can't take delivery currently) and we had instances of packages disappearing, I was waiting at home. The weather was beautiful, I cancelled a meeting with friends to ensure I'm home when the package arrived. I waited THE WHOLE DAY and nothing. This morning I contacted Yodel, but their agents are useless and all they can say is "your package has been assigned to a driver and you will just have to wait for then to send you the delivery window" which is clearly untrue. First of all, I've checked back on the Yodel app and the message is still the following "your parcel is at the delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route". Secondly, I work with delivery companies and know that the delivery schedule for this week is normally done the previous week Friday or this week Monday, worst case scenario, on the last working day (Friday) for the weekend. It is very unlikely that a package which is not on the schedule is delivered on a given week. So it's either the Yodel agent lying and my package will not be delivered or they don't update the app properly on the Friday for the weekend. So either way, they keep the customer in the dark. I'm very disappointed and sad as part of the delivery is a birthday present for Monday.

This delivery company is absolutely disgusting, my wife ordered clothes for our six month old baby. They then sent a picture as “proof” that they delivered it, once looking at the picture we realised they have left the items inside the rubbish bin. Who the hell does that!! Yodel you are disgusting people.

Worst delivery company in the world!! They just leave it anywhere and everywhere. They don't care at all and neither do the higher ups or something would have been done about it by now with the amount of complaints!!

JJD0002232854728220 Yodel is an absolute disgrace! I told them to leave my parcel at my doorstep, got an email confirming it—yet they dumped it in the lobby instead! Now it’s missing, and customer service is useless. What’s the point of instructions if they ignore them? Avoid Yodel at all costs! And no one bother to contact me .

Parcel delivered to the Yodel local distribution centre...then disappeared from their system. I contacted Yodel and was told to get in touch with the sender! Why? Yodel's own tracking record clearly shows the parcel was accepted by them: "23/03/25 14:57 Received at MORRISONS DAILY LL41 3HD" Only to disappear: "26/03/25 16:55 Parcel problem please WebChat us 26/03/25 09:19 Received into HUYTON VAN" Would I be recommending this Organisation? I certainly do not think so. Date of experience: 26 March 2025

I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this delivery company at all costs. The driver uploaded a photo of the wrong parcel and falsely marked it as delivered. The help chat was impatient and unhelpful. A truly awful experience. I ordered an air fryer, but does this package look like it? It’s clearly a SHEIN package. How could such a mistake even happen? Completely baffling.

Yodel delivery is the worst kind of delivery service experience I have ever had, bought 15 items from SHEIN and parcel was split into two and Evri has delivered the other half but yodel said attempted delivery failure meanwhile I have been home all week and when I call them it’s just lies and lies and I haven’t received any update about 3 days now on the rest of the 13 items left with yodel which is so bad and heartbreaking.shame on you yodel update your service

VERY POOR SERVICE. I was at home on the expected delivery day to avoid drama, only for me to receive mail that the parcel has been delivered. I checked everywhere and asked neighbors, but nothing. When I contacted them some days after, they said the item was put in the bin and I was not notified. The bin had already been cleared. Coming online to see all these reviews shows this is their attitude.

Very poor performance, parcel delivered to wrong shop 7.5 Miles further, and then went missing. Nobody knows where it is. The shop that it was initially delivered doesn't have it, though confirmed they received it. Apparently sent to right destination, but no electronic trace of it. Impossible to track.

YODEL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! NEVER USE THEM! Very very bad experience. They sent me emails the parcel has been delivered I went outside but couldn't find a parcel. I contacted customer service today and they send me a picture of delivery address. It was completely different house and address, not even my neighbour house. I ask to help to get my parcel, they told me cannot help go back to the sender! Clearly driver has made a mistake and they don't care. Will never use them again. Worst experience!

I placed a Temu order for 5 items. One item was despatched from a Uk warehouse via yodel and the rest despatched from china. I tracked each part of the order and yodel tracking states we have your parcel. It still says we have your parcel a week later. Meanwhile my items from china have arrived safely via Evri . I have tried 16 times to contact yodel. Web chat just says rest assured we will deliver your parcel but it is just delayed. Twice I waited 40 mins on a phone to speak to customer services and was then cut off. I would not trust yodel to do a two piece jigsaw puzzle. They are the very worst company I have ever dealt with. I have resorted now to asking vendors who they use to deliver and refuse now to buy from a company who use yodel.

Absolutely terrible company. Sent 2 parcels at a cost of £11.76. The recipient said they had tried to delivery them which the hadn't, there was no card left. They tried to get the parcels redelivered asking for them to be left at the computer shop next door, still not delivered. Got an eBay message from buyer saying they were on the way back to me. Reason 1 not in reason 2 moved house? Parcels back with me so sent them again with Evri £13.20 lost. Phoned Yodel (waste of time) 20 to 30 minute wait on phone 1st call - guy said it looks like the van driver did not go anywhere near the address I will prepare a report and email you it will take 24 hours, 3 days later no email? I have given up I have spent too much time and effort on it eventually it becomes futile. I even nearly rejected the parcels when they were returned but the van driver said "you can reject them if you like but in about 10 days they will be back to you. Oh well we live and learn. The lady who bought the items offered to pay the 2nd postage as well but I declined her kind offer because it's just not fare why should she have to pay twice.

We didn’t receive our delivery. The parcel was delivered to another house of which I do not know. The yodel chat said it would rectify the issue but today I have been informed that I need to notify the provider of said package that I haven’t received it. So yodel is being paid to deliver a parcel to the wrong address and it’s now my responsibility to rectify their incompetence. Unacceptable.
