Yodel hopeless company you get tracking number But Yodel can't get parcel left at local shop or neighbour or left in safe place 🤔 HOPELESS

The worst service and customer service by far. Late delivery, the tracking link is not updated. When I called customer service he said that the best he can tell me is that it will be delivered today. When I said it is already late and how much longer I am expected to wait and this is a bad service he said the driver is working from 7 am till 10 pm. So why is it my problem that you over work your drivers.

Absolutely disgusting service. Yodel is hands down one of the most incompetent delivery companies in existence. I’ve spent 4 days going back and forth with agents on live chat, wasting my time, explaining the same simple thing over and over again and nothing has changed. Drivers repeatedly claim they “can’t find the address,” which is a complete lie or pure laziness. The entrance is directly from the main street, impossible to miss. I even added preferred neighbours AND my phone number with clear instructions to call me yet no one ever bothers. Customer support is beyond useless: empty apologies, scripted responses, zero action. Clearly no communication with drivers and absolutely no accountability. It feels like no one at Yodel actually cares whether parcels are delivered or not. This level of incompetence is infuriating. Time wasted, patience exhausted, still no parcel. If you value your sanity or want your delivery to actually arrive, DO NOT use Yodel. An absolute joke of a company.

What a useless company. Delivery marked as put in post box. I dont have a postbox or safe place. Deliveries are via intercom entrance only which is recorded. Nope none there as well

Yodel used to be very good at delivering parcels but lately driver don't even attempt delivery ,somehow get to the building without ringing the bell and leave the parcel anywhere he wants ,don't even get photo to see where parcel is ! Happened few times since before Xmas ,hols you improve the service ,so far been very bad .

I arranged a collection for a package and the driver did not get in touch when they got here. Instead they marked as a failed collection. I arranged another collection and the same thing happened.

Just want to mention Jason who delivers in Salisbury. My neighbour’s incomplete address was on her parcel but Jason went over and above to make sure it was delivered to the correct address. I know there are lots of complaints about delivery drivers but Yodel’s Jason is one of the good ones.

What went wrong?? Well, I ordered three packs of water from Amazon, two packs of still and one pack of sparkling. Thursday 15 January my husband answered the door and was handed two packs of still water and the driver took a picture of my husband holding the water. I was upstairs but when I came down I saw only two packs. On my Amazon account it stated all delivered and signed for. Nothing was signed for. I got in my car immediately and drove around to try to spot the Yodel van but insuccessful. So now it’s a case of ringing the help number and contacting Amazon. The robot at yodel customer services said all delivered. Unbelievable.

Bad service. First attempt it said that they tried to deliver but nobody ring the house. Second attempt, supposedly the next stop and suddenly the delivery stop.

I ordered something from Robert Dyas. I got an email from Yodel saying it was out for delivery when I was at work, so rescheduled it for delivery today (Saturday). The Yodel app says contact retailer for information there's been a delay. Spoke to Robert Dyas customer service who said parcel is due to be delivered today. No idea whom I'm supposed to believe!!

would suggest avoiding this company or when ordering online try avoid them handling your order. If the online store show yodel, cancel the order or contact to see if a different courier can be used. On a previous orders they failed to deliver, truthfully they never tried we were in all day but their customer service insisted it had been attempted rather than get into a fight I opted to change the address from mine to their suggested inpost locker which is literally across the road from my house 😅 but This solved the problem, ok , perfect got my stuff. Then come to this order. Order was submitted January 1st 2026. 4th of January- item too big for locker failed delivery, returning to sender. Online store asked if i wanted it reshipped. Obviously yes. Spoke to yodel staff they requested I change the address back to mine. Ok..i gave permission ,did that. Then low and behold no delivery. They said failed delivery due to noone home. 😅 contacted yodel straight away after recieving that update asking how they came to that logic when again we are home. They said oh your address is still showing inpost locker, ill update it. the stupidity of this situation has been ongoing and to this day 14th of January i still do not have my item. Yodel customer service are no help with empty promises of delivery. Driving by my home does not count as attempting to deliver a package. 🤡🤡 The incompetence of the drivers that believe that they can deliver without stopping, off loading and ringing a doorbell is shocking. The village clearly has idiots. Long and short avoid the circus and try to keep to the more reliable services .

Awful, rubbish company. I was supposed to receive my delivery on the 9th, but their website shows they tried to deliver on the 10th — liars. We have a doorbell camera and everything is recorded; nobody came to deliver. For the last two days, their website has been showing that it will be delivered on the 12th, but again nobody came. Today I rang them and had to deal with their bot, which is even more useless than they are. After 30 minutes of struggle, I finally managed to get the bot to connect me to a human. The human said he couldn’t do anything except raise a concern and that I would get a response in 48 hours. Totally useless. 😡😡

They left my parcel on the court entrance which is a public area though there are TWO elevators available in the building if they feel lazy to come to first floor. Anyone could take my parcel. The customer service is out of date so it's a time wasting ti get in touch with them.

First attempt at deluvery they claimed not to be able to find the address even though according to the app they were 16 stops away. The redelivery was scheduled for the next day - they van arrived but the driver couldn't find the parcel - it was apparently still in their warehouse. Now awaiting next redelivery attempt - sometime to be determined by Yodal - with little hope of a satisfactory outcome
