Appalling service and even worse customer service. Tracking showed delivery was for the 25th November. I was at home waiting for the delivery but it didn't arrive. Tracking showed " sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel today"I assumed that maybe they were running late and would deliver the following day. No parcel the following day so i phoned Yodel on the 27th only to be told they couldn't have access to my property (think i have seen this poor excuse on another review) but would deliver today (27th) Waited in all day , no delivery. Phoned again on the 28th and was told i would hear back from them in 24 - 48 hrs . No response by the 2nd December so i phoned again only to be told to wait another 24 - 48 hrs for them to look into it. Needless to say 5th December came and still no response. Tracking at this point still showed they have the item. I then contacted the store where i purchased the item from by email and explained the issues i have experienced and within a few hours they sorted out a refund for me. If like myself you seem to be going around in circles just contact your seller and save yourself the hassle of trying to deal with this awful company !!

My item was marked as delivered by Amazon, however I did not receive any contact from Yodel and eventually found the package stuck behind a garden pot it was soaking wet and had been left there 2 days previous, that’s not delivered! Disgusted that the delivery person thought it was. Going to raise with Amazon.

Useless delivery company cant get any help the live chat sends you round in circles and calling just tells you to check back in a few days

I wrote a day or two ago wanting to give them minus stars. Changed the delivery address to a neighbour as it was the only option available. NOTHING!! It's a xmas gift for my grandson. NEVER known service like it!! TERRIBLE!!

I would not even give a star pathetic I got told my parcel was delivered and they had chucked my parcel in a totally different street which did not sound anything like my street name they took a picture and said no your parcel is at your house I did not request my parcel to be chucked outside they said outside your white door we have photo evidence funny that because my door is blue !they contacted me back blaming my seller saying they didn’t receive any parcel after they realised there mistake luckily I went to the next street and seen my parcel thrown on the floor in the rain so not even a apology blaming my seller knowing there mistake do not get yodel as your delivery you won’t receive it it will probably be another country there hopeless ! !!!!!!!!!

Literally tracked my parcel on the map until it said I was the next stop. Next thing I know the app said they missed me. I WAS WATCHING OUT THE WINDOW THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY DELIVER IT!!! Extremely frustrating they are ruining Christmas!!!!!

Absolutely awful! Impossible to get hold of the company - spent hundreds of £s on gifts for xmas for the family, all of which has dissapeared. Yodel do no answer the phone, do not answer emails, do no offer webchat on their website (despite claiming to) One month later, still no contact, still no parcels, still no refund, now I've nothing - Thanks for ruining my Xmas :( So stressful, I can barely describe - please avoid at all costs. The worst thing is I literally cannot get through to them in any way at all!! Awful awful awful :(

A package to be delivered to my house that was clearly marked was delivered to wrong address, a nasty neighbour. I had given specific instructions not to deliver to this neighbour’s address. I had even given the What3Words code to make for a foolproof delivery but this was not to be. I emailed this Isle of White Distribution, who you subcontracted the delivery to expecting at least a smidgeon of an apology. As they never replied I can only assume that this is the standard of service that Yodel and Isle of White Distribution strive to achieve.

Delivered to wrong address, I phoned yodel who insisted it had been delivered correctly. The photo of the door shows a flat , I live in a house . The person who signed for it is a different name . Yodel said they would email me but they haven't. This was my granddaughter christmas present, but they don't care they just said contact seller .

Tracking shows attempted delivery - we are home with 7 CCTV cams - nobody come, then showed item delivered. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact yodel, the menu just runs in circles, loop - no way of complaining. YOU ARE DISGUSTING - all the words you can have in your narrow minds - multiply it and you not going to get what I am going to say

Absolute waist of time worst delivery service out there. I'm not one for writing bad reviews but yodel is the pits twice this week I've had delivery's due via yodel first one said I had refused the delivery,the courier never came near my house and I had door camera footage to prove this two days later the courier left the parcel on the doorstep. Now today another package was supposed to have been delivered today by 15.36 so used the yodel tracking app followed it until it said one more delivery before me then surprise surprise the tracking app said we need more information about your address and no delivery attempted. I'm boiling with rage and there is no way of contacting yodel,you can try to use the chat bot great if you like going around in circles. From now on I will check with the supplier what courier service they use is yodel I won't be purchasing that item.

Never deliver, always pretending they attempted delivery yet no one calls and im sat here all day, so now thats another day i have to sit in again. Happens every week, lazy drivers and theives. Wish companies didn't use them.

I would give them minus stars if I could! Had an email to say they had my parcel, then absolutely NO communication. I rang the number to contact them. It was all automated. I was just sent round in circles. I have sorted my issue out to some degree, but not as I would have liked. Very frustrated. Poor. .

Had a home collection scheduled for a Vinted item. On the day, they sent me a message with a tracking number and an expected time slot for collection. I was at the house all day. I saw the courier coming all the way to my building, then my collection was next. The tracker went right to the building (probably delivering something), then the link became invalid and the tracking disappeared. The time slot passed, and no show. Asked their support chat what happened, the vague reply was that "the driver could not find the parcel" and that it was not possible to reschedule the collection, "not our problem" vibe. I understand unforeseen circumstances, not blatant lies. This company is a void of competence and accountability.

What a terrible delivery company. I have had two parcels collected from my house to be delivered. Despite them being well packaged, bubble wrapped and in strong cardboard with duc tape AND Fragile tape all over it. Both parcels were delivered broken. I witnessed the collection driver throw the parcel in the back of the van to start so I didn’t have much hope of them getting there in one piece right from the start. I will never ever use this service again. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Ordered from Timberland. Delivery from Yodel. Message that they tried to deliver. I was in all day. Then arranged to collect from depot. No parcel at depot and staff clueless. Aylesham depot. Timberland refunded. Ordered again the following week but this time to a local collection point. Received message that they tried to deliver and then parcel returned to Swansea depot all within an hour of each other. I live 6 hours from Swansea. Guess what they haven't a clue where the parcel is. Please do not ever use Yodel. Shocking company

My experience with Yodel has been extremely poor. The level of service has consistently fallen far below reasonable expectations. Communication has been unreliable, collection windows have not been respected, and tracking updates have been inaccurate to the point of being misleading. Based on my experience, the service feels disorganised and poorly managed. Drivers have marked attempts that did not happen, and collections have been missed without explanation. The customer experience has been frustrating, time-wasting, and entirely inconsistent. I am expressing my personal opinion as a customer, but I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on Yodel for time-sensitive or important deliveries. My trust in the service has significantly declined, and I do not consider it dependable.

I was looking out my kitchen window yesterday afternoon and saw what I thought was some waste paper that had blown over the back garden fence after the bins had been emptied in the morning. I went out to pick it up, only to discover it was two parcels which had been thrown over the fence by a Yodel driver. It was raining, so it was lucky that I spotted them before they got soaked. My partner and I were in the whole day and would have heard if someone had knocked at the front door, so it's pretty obvious that the driver hadn't bothered trying to deliver at the front door after failing to gain access through the locked back gate.

I had two deliveries today and I was in all day the frist it said unable to deliver the second was deliveries without a problem so why did the frist say they couldn't deliver but the said they had tried witch I know for a face they had not as like I said I was In all day and the second was delivered without a problem

Had my children's advent calenders for over a week, still no delivery date and it's the 2nd December so useless now. Spoken to 2 different customer service agents online who were no help, also made an official complaint with no response. At least the company I ordered from gave me a refund so I've been able to go to out and buy some more
