Absolutely terrible service. After waiting a long time for my parcel, today was the first time a courier actually attempted delivery. I was not at home, but I had clearly authorised the parcel to be left in my front porch, which is a safe place. Despite this, Yodel decided to return the parcel to the sender immediately, instead of leaving it as instructed or giving me the option to collect it from the depot. I was informed that I had time until 9 February, so there was absolutely no reason to return the parcel now. No previous delivery attempts, no card, no proper communication — just straight back to the sender. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I do not trust Yodel deliveries anymore and would not recommend them to anyone.

Should read NO STARS!!!!! Waiting for something urgent for my grandson had someone else’s parcel delivered from 4 miles away. Obviously drivers are unable to read!!! Rubbish company.

Shocking. Lost parcel just before christmas. Two more parcels in January. One small electrical auto accessory, then two smart watches. The second one was to replace the first one that had gone missing. There appears to be massive issues with this delivery company.

Before Christmas we had a parcel from Smyths due to be delivered. We live in a little village on the main road with not a lot of space from the front door to the main road. Luckily I was in, as the door bell rang around 6pm… I had my 6 month old baby in my arms, I went to the door straight away as I knew the package (which was a large item worth nearly £100) was due to arrive. The series of events that unfolded was unimaginable. I opened the door and the packages had been dumped on the front mat and the disgusting human being of a driver was walking off to get back in the van. I said to him “excuse me but next time don’t leave things on my front door step, it’s a busy road” to which his response to come back over my front wall, yell in my face and snatch the big box off me. With my baby in my arms I let go but what followed was a display of disgusting behavior… my dad who was visiting and over 65 tried to take the package back off of him. To which he doubled down and grappled with my dad not letting go of the box. He’d already marked it as delivered and was now trying to take it back! The struggle got so bad that he twisted his body and shoved my dad over the wall and into the main road!!! If the van hadn’t been blocking the traffic, he most certainly would have been hit by a car! I handed the baby to my mum, and went out to help. I was now fighting to get the box off of him, whilst he was shouting and pushing me. Whilst this is happening, my 3 year old is crying at the door because he looked like he was hurting me. He subsequently had bad dreams for a few nights following this and kept asking me “the bad man isn’t coming back mummy” Seriously?!! Pushing me is one thing but making a child being frightening? Inexcusable. This vile cretin still works for inpost / yodel. They have “investigated” and don’t see any wrong doing because there’s no evidence. My ring door bell didn’t face the incident, so him dragging my dad and the box over the wall in a rage and breaking the wall wasn’t captured. I’m now being made out to be a liar when I have sent videos of the sound where you can hear what’s happening, a picture of the disgusting man with his eyes popping out his head in rage and the damage caused. I’m now being brushed off. I will not order from Smyths, who are a CHILDRENS toy store because they use inpost/yodel to deliver their products. Any other company that I know uses them won’t be getting my custom either for fear this man will come back to my house. I want people to be aware of the type of people they employ, and that when wrong doing is done, especially to this level, that nothing will be done. No accountability AT ALL. Disgusting

This company needs to be gone of the map ! I will never use this YODEL IN MY LIFE EVER AGAIN IT WASNT MY CHOICR TO TECIEVE A PART THROUGH YODEL IT WAS THE SENDER BUT IT WAS THE LAST TIME! I’ll suggest everyone if you ever buy products online MAKE SURE YOU ASK THE SELLER WHI THEY SRE USING IF YODEL FORGET IT ! They don’t give you a window or tracking to know what time you have to be in rather just wait for this RUBBISH COMPANY TO COME WHENEVER THEY WANT ! Waited from 7 am to 10 pm only to find out they close at 9pm I was lied to by an agent DAMISH, he assured me that I will receive it on the 31 100% You Rubbish I hope your time gets wasted like that AVOID AVOID ABOID YODEL

if i could give 0 stars i would. not received my parcel for a month, asked to return to sender as i was going back home from overseas, and they dropped it off at the wrong address without saying anything. lost a good chunk of money with no compensation at all. yodel, i am disappointed and sad.

Yodel is a prime example of how NOT to run a courier company. Deliver to the wrong address constantly (even though with 'What3Words' they give the client the option of inputting their location via the MOST ACCURATE gps locator available). Their India based chat function leads you to very rude and dismissive operators. My advice, don't use Yodel, there are plenty of other fit for purpose companies available

I'm trying to send a parcel back to very, yodel was arranged to come and collect it, 1st attempt, nobody came, 2nd attempt, he looked at the package (a christmas tree) said "my van is full in will come back at 8" he didn't come back, the 3rd attempt, he parked out side my house for 30 seconds and drove off. This is discussing behaviour

Carrier pigeon would be more likely to deliver a package correctly. Constantly messaged about the delivery attempt failing despite no one even trying to deliver.

Worst courier ever DON'T BRING MY PARCEL TO MY FRONT DOOR they leave it outside of the main entrance of my block of flats in what ever weather I can hardly walk up and down the stairs have ask them and still the same

We got a message saying your parcel has been delivered,we were out at the time and after making some enquiry s we're told it was delivered to an address within 100 meters of our home and to go knock on some doors

3 days running my parcel has been out for delivery and 3 times it has ended up back at the depot customer service is non existent and hides very behind an AI telephone answering system. Exacerbated beyond belief with this incompetent operation how they stay in business beggars belief shocking service avoid at all costs.

Customer support beyond useless. Live chat function not available, multiple phone operators put the phone down on me when I proved they were lying about attempting delivery and the supposed support email address produces a non-deliverable message. Pathetic company.

Appalling delivery. Rang doorbell, left parcel in a flowerpot in the rain and then just left the house despite me opening the door. I asked where it was. He pointed to flower pot. Delivery was just from an old saloon car; no livery. Delivery person just ignored me and drove off. No card in letter box. They are by far the worst delivery service, and that's in a field of terrible delivery companies.

Parcel delivered at 14:52PM. Received an email at 17:00PM that my parcel was delivered on the safe place "STAIRS". Received a follow up email to manage my delivery and select a neighbour or a safe place at 19:00PM. When I went downstairs to get the parcel at 17:00PM the parcel was gone. Yodel refuses to compensate me and says the seller is liable for the parcel going missing.

It would be quicker to strap a parcel onto the back of a snail with disability issues than these people. If it were free , I wouldn't use them.

2 times have had a delivery paid for the extra Saturday delivery and has not gone out and customer service was no help felt like talking to a robot who had not idea wha to say I believe yodel should shut all their warehouse and go out of business as they cannot do what they are paid to do and is to deliver

Discusting company never delivered my parcel just write delivered on safe place outbuilding I live on second floor in flat so where is the safe place outbuilding?!!.rubish company lazzy staff and worst driver !!!!! Red flag for this rubish company.My parcel never was delivered to me
