Absolutely the worst delivery company. They are the only delivery service that is never not once been able to deliver to my house or they deliver to a completely random house and tell you that your parcel has been delivered, shocking!! Their customer service care is beyond pathetic. Why any retailer would want to use them is beyond me. 19 days later and I am still waiting on my delivery

My parcel was delivered to the wrong door. The delivery photo doesn't even show the flat number, and customer support was no help at all. Terrible service - I do not recommend it.

Absolutely useless company. Waited in all day but”could not find the address”. Ridiculous been in the same property for 25 years and no one has ever failed to find it. Live on a main road with 8 houses over 100 metres all directly facing the Main Street. Will try and reducer at some point - maybe today maybe not. Why retailers use them is beyond me.

I sent two parcels with Yodel, both were collected and thats where the tracking ends at a Yodel parcels building. The webchat is a joke it’s either a poor AI robbot or people with a poor understanding of English, I can’t really tell but it’s dreadful. I made a complaint and a reply come back telling me to contact the seller, I am the seller did they even read my complaint, ebay automatically refunded both buyers while I am £170-200 out of pocket. I have contacted the Yodel ceo complaints twice with no reply. A dreadful company to deal with no real way to contact them. I am about to take it to the small claims court now. They are the worst courier company in the UK by a long way and best avoided.

Trying to get in touch with Yodel is like asking Trump to stop posting garbage on social media. The AI gatekeeper on the phone couldn't understand my voice replies so cut me off (I don't have a speech impediment), the live chat was as dead as Monty Python's parrot, and no reply to my email. Absolutely useless customer service. I've only given it one star because there's no alternative if I want to write a review

The usual Yodel standard. They said my package had been delivered put through my letterbox. It was a large bag so the package wouldn't even fit through a letterbox. It was delivered, NOT to me but left on the flat downstairs on their doormat. They only noticed it when they were coming out and gave it to me. As I was about to go out to search the whole building and outside to look for it. Yodel may want to employ delivery men who aren't complete liars and can read addresses that are correctly and clearly printed. What is even worse is that you can't contact them to speak to anyone. All you get is a recorded message saying your package has been delivered. As I have said before Yodel and Evri are an absolute disgrace. But when you order on Ebay sometimes sellers use these companies. I NEVER have these problems with Royal Mail.

Dreadful is politest word I can use Received a parcel on 16th - live plants. Externally box wasn’t damaged and clearly stated ‘this way up, live plants, handle with care’. Might just as well not bothered! Absolutely trashed inside - must have been thrown around at every point in its journey. Still waiting to hear from company that shipped but why anyone uses Yodel for any item that needs even slightest bit of careful handling I cannot understand. They should be called LLoD - Lost, Late or Damaged as this would describe them better

Worst company for deliveries. They have had my parcel at local depot for 3 days now and still not delivery . Say it will be next week now because of bank holiday. Can't see the monitor being in one piece by the time it gets here

Tracking no 87RLK269583A002 been in̈ all morning waiting for delivery,no door knock, received email saying item delivered to my safe place shed. THERE IS NO SHED ON THIS PROPERTY what they want to tell me is the driver placed my item in a cupboard which does not close correctly. Found parcel hanging out of open cupboard. Yodel has by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered something recently and missed the first delivery — fair enough. But they never left a note. Then, they claimed they attempted a second delivery, which is simply untrue — I was home the entire day and no one ever came. I redirected the order to be delivered to our local store, and for days, the tracking just said “on its way.” Then out of nowhere, I received a message saying I failed to pick it up and it’s being returned to the sender. I never even got the chance to collect it! This whole mess was created by them. I wasn’t made aware of any updates, and trying to get support was a nightmare. The automated phone line didn’t recognise my tracking number, and there was no option to speak to an actual person — it just hung up on me. I tried the online chat, and while they kept apologising and saying my parcel was “on its way,” it never showed up. They promised someone would contact me — no one ever did. I get that people deal with worse issues, but I just had to share how frustrating this was. It’s truly horrible service. I honestly wish I could avoid ever receiving anything through Yodel again, but I’m not even sure if that’s something I can request. And it’s not just me. My husband ordered a pair of shoes once, and the package never came. He actually went to their office in the nearby town, only to be told the parcel had just “disappeared.” I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still operating

Waited since Monday, now Wednesday for them to collect - lied to me continuously and my parcel is still in my porch (as it's a return). Can't get out my house with it there - live chat don't want to help and continuously lie - now have to wait 48 hours for it to be investigated. Awful service !

Marked as delivered when it hadn't been. Random photo taken of some sorting office as proof of delivery? An hour waiting on the phone to be told 'We'll investigate and our team will get back to you within 24 hours' and that was now 4 days ago. Live service chat just told me it's still being investigated after chasing up. Asked for some kind of complaint or incident number only to be told they don't do that lol. Wonder why! Truly terrible company, avoid like the plague.

Not a great experience. They will say delivered but you will not have your parcel. They will not provide you with proof of delivery!! They will say find it find it, in my case, they said it was on a green box and we don’t even have a green box! Crazy

My parcel has been swapped in yodel network. Expensive printer went missing and small box off stroberry plants has been delivered with label and tracking nr off printer stuck on top orgonal label. Customer support not care . Been told to wait until 9pm next day still nothing happened. Can't contact anyone to resolve the issue. Live chat and phone line not working next day . Still waiting for response. Not recommend to anyone.

Courier marked package as delivered took a picture then picked it up and walked away with it (yes I have it all on cctv and ring doorbell) I will be contacting the police as he clearly nicked it!!!

For 11 months Yodel have been leaving parcels right outside my front door instead of in my safeplace which is clearly described, with a photo in the YODEL app. The CEO team is a joke and all they do is send stock responses and tell me to contact the sender even though the problem has nothing to do with the sender but their depot and drivers.

Lost my parcel, and before they confirmed that, they made we wait for the estimated delivery date, while they had no updates on the tracking for days. Very rare item is lost due to their incompetence. Avoid as the plague, if you value your items.
