“The worst service ever. Driver throws parcel from van to front door. On a busy road so unfortunately someone has taken it. Had they rung the bell I was at home. Now granddaughter without personalised Christmas gift. Yodel say have to contact seller and take NO responsibility.”

“Absolute shambolic service,Total incompetence is a understatement.I have been waiting a full week for delivery of a parcel,It just needs to be posted in one of your locker pick ups and yodel can’t even do that simple.This is not the first time I have had a pathetic joke of a delivery service from yodel.”

“Worst deliver I've ever had. My parcel was delivered to a wrong building that's 45 meters away. It was not even delivered inside that building but was left outside where many people were passing by. Because of that, I had to walk around to locate the building - which was really hard to do because the "image" of proof of delivery only shows the wall brick and the floor :) so I had to walk to several different buildings to search for my parcel like an idiot. Mind you, the names of the 2 buildings are not even similar, one starts with R and one starts with M. Absolutely the worst, would never recommend.”

“Absolutely appalling service! I was home waiting for Parcel door didn't even knock door bell wasn't even pressed so had no idea it had been delivered. Called customer service once had email to say it had been delivered and they stated it had the image showed my drive way not my porch which is the safe place I had requested! When explaining this they took no responsibility and kept repeating it had been delivered to location when it had actually been stolen due to being left on the drive way.”

“The goods I ordered had my phone number as well as the delivery address on them. No one called me and checking my cameras no one attempted to deliver it however, I received an email saying that I had refused delivery as apparently I said I hadn’t ordered it. Then next I get an email saying it’s been delivered to some random address the other side of the country and it’s asking me if I’m happy with my delivery. Trying to contact Yodal is a nightmare just an automated system with no option to register my challenge. Absolute rubbish company”

“Rubbish. Disgusting. I give one star as I can't give no stars. I will never buy again from any seller that uses Yodel as it's chosen courier. Pathetic and criminal "service"!. Email said item had been delivered. My question is WHERE TO. Certainly not to me.”

“Never have I had a parcel delivered to my own house. Its ALWAYS dropped off somewhere random. This time it was dropped off 7 miles from my house. Luckily they were honest this time and brought it to me this evening. When I contacted Yodel they told me they had proof of delivery and if I couldn't locate it from neighbours, I should contact the sender. Absolutely no accountability, zero help or customer care. Would never recommend this company ever.”

“What went wrong ? Stayed in all day on Thursday 11th December to receive plants from Gardening Express, obviously time sensitive. I was quoted a delivery time between 14:18 to 16:18. I watched the tracker. It showed the driver coming very close and then going miles away finishing up at around 10 pm in Heatherton village with 8 drops still to make. Having experienced lousy service before from Yodel I am confident in saying that, in my experience, they are absolute rubbish. Totally incompetent. Whoever is responsible for routing the drivers needs a lesson in map reading.”
