Absolutely awful everytime. Drivers finish when they want even if over 20+ items still to be delivered. Never in the slot they give you. Online chat is atrocious and can never help.

If I could give 0 I would. Tracking is not recognised, supplier doesn't answer email. automated yodel help, is without the worse I have ever experienced, I will not use Zoya as a supplier & yodel as courier, ever again. I Feel conned

Worse company no updates late deliveries or not at all dump parcels wrong address tracking system not working CS don’t care just say go on tracking well I would if it worked give 2 hr slot in morning 9 hrs later still waiting still no updates

Ordered some stuff of temu YODEL didn't even bother to deliver or even bother to call me. Never had any problems with others delivery company. Can't even get in touch with YODEL. Worst delivery company

absolutely awful. i ordered a parcel off shein which was to be delivered to me by yodel, it was meant to come on the 17th of feb and didn’t come till the 20th which i wouldn’t have minded if i was kept updated. when it wasn’t delivered on the 17th, i received many emails saying my parcel was going to get sent back to shein and i have not given them the correct address and phone number, which i did and have never had an issue before when ordered off shein and my parcel being delivered by other companies. customer service is appalling, i tried speaking to 5 differed team members on a live chat and they each told me that there’s nothing they can do and cut me off the live chat. one of them told me i’d get an email about what is happening within 24 hours, i did not get an email until i received my parcel and the email just stated ‘your parcel has been received, let us know if you’ve not received it’. this was my first time having a parcel delivered by yodel and my experience was horrific.

Absolute shower of a delivery company. Was meant to be delivered on 18th Feb. Still waiting. App does not give a delivery time. 4 times i called the help centre and they are totally clueless. Worst delivery company I have ever delt with

Still awaiting my parcel in Cardigan Keeps telling me on their tracking site further info needed on my address, They keep posting this up every day but still no deliver Can’t get hold of a human Absolute rubbish company ( look at the reviews) You would go out of business in no time using this shower as a delivery service!! No stars

If I could give a rating in negative stars I would. There is no communication, parcels are delivered late,no human beings to speak to, a complaint policy but noone available to take your complaint. This service is an utter disgrace

I was expecting my parcel to be delivered last Saturday that failed and they rebooked it for today and that also failed as well. Now I can't bring myself to trust them again. This is a joke,they make excuses as well why they didn't deliver as well

Modern Slavery in the UK delivery sector If you are thinking of working here, stay away. HKR Express (Sutton-in-Ashfield depot) exploits drivers to the extreme. I delivered thousands of parcels for Yodel through this company and was paid far below the legal minimum wage. No contract, constant threats of financial penalties, and total lack of respect for workers' rights. Yodel has been officially notified of these practices. It is shameful that such a large brand allows this to happen under their logo. Legal action and HMRC investigation are already underway. You have to pick them up yourself at the depot (for HKR Express, it’s the one in Sutton-in-Ashfield). You need to be there as early as 6:00 AM. But be warned: although they call you 'self-employed,' you have zero control. They dictate your route, your hours, and you can't leave until every parcel is delivered. In my experience, after all the hours worked, the pay ended up being around £2.29 per hour, which is illegal. Plus, they threaten you with £380 fines if you don't follow their strict orders

The delivery driver delivered my parcel yesterday ragged it out of his car ripped the bag open put 3 big holes in my £17 top ..he knew what he had done and thought it was funny the absolute MORON ..I'm absolutely furious

I gave them one star because their call centre in India picked up call. However then lied on two separate calls. I waited in two days then they said it was in delivery drivers van this as a. Lie. Same again two days later. Then on 4th day after due delivery date they had the temerity to send a photo of the house it had been left at. It wasn’t mine. Wouldn’t order off Dunelm again because they use Yodel. Yodel should be shut down.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Parcel Marked as Delivered but Never Arrived I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Yodel. My parcel has been marked as “delivered” in their system, yet it has absolutely not been delivered to my address. We were at home all day at the time the delivery was supposedly made. In addition, we have security cameras which clearly show that no delivery driver attended our property at any point. This leaves only two possible explanations: either the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, or it has been falsely marked as delivered and is now missing. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of accessible customer support. There is no straightforward way to access their web chat, and their customer service phone line is fully automated. It simply repeats the message that the parcel has been delivered and then disconnects the call. There is no option to speak to a human being, raise a proper complaint, or have the issue investigated. While I understand that delivery issues can happen — these companies employ human drivers and mistakes occur — the key difference is how those mistakes are handled. Other delivery companies at least attempt to resolve problems when they arise. Yodel, however, appears to have created a system that makes it virtually impossible to report or resolve delivery failures. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding retailers that use Yodel as their courier. A company should not be permitted to operate in a way that prevents customers from addressing serious issues such as missing parcels. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

Almost every time when I should recive the parcel - is missing or I have to go out arround and ask few neighburs before I found it. Recently order dissapear....not recommend at all‼️
