Dreadful is politest word I can use
Received a parcel on 16th - live plants. Externally box wasn’t damaged and clearly stated ‘this way up, live plants, handle with care’. Might just as well not bothered! Absolutely trashed inside - must have been thrown around at every point in its journey. Still waiting to hear from company that shipped but why anyone uses Yodel for any item that needs even slightest bit of careful handling I cannot understand.
They should be called LLoD - Lost, Late or Damaged as this would describe them better
