They have had multiple parcels arriving to them at different time over this month and they haven’t mange to deliver a single one to me. They update their system saying we weren’t in, but no attempt has been made, we have cameras all around our property. You can’t ever speak to a person, the customer service is awful. You get told it’s been escalated, but don’t receive any communication and they can’t tell you where they have escalated it to. Very poor.

Despite the picture showing delivery to an unknown destination they insisted it was delivered to me. They repeated that and did nothing to find the parcel and insisted to the seller I had it. Absolutely useless

They are scum!!!!! They chuck parcels away and you never get them OR throw them at you if you’re lucky! MAKE THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS! AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL AND COMPLAIN!!!!!

Easily the worst delivery people I have ever had to deal with. I got a message from them yesterday that they attempted delivery and had left a card. Lies! I was home all day, sitting by the window, and no delivery attempt was made and no card was left. They made sit around again today, waiting for them; and just minutes ago, they sent me another "delivery attempted" message, while I was literally staring out the window waiting for them! Someone just sits up in their office sending "delivery attempted" messages to people they are not even making any attempt to deliver their parcels to! And this isn't even the first or the second time I am having this experience with these guys. The absolute worst delivery company in the UK. Avoid them if you can.

my yodel parcel has been stuck at hatfield hub for four days now their idea of tracking is we have it i honestly think yodel will cease trading soon

Avoid them like the plague. Ordered an item on eBay and the dispatch process stalled at the delivery hub for no reason.

Yet again another delivery carried out with Yodel that leaves me stressed. You can't talk to a real human at Yodel and my delivery hasn't changed for 4 days. Unless courier firm shouldn't be trading considering the problems I've had with them previously.

Terrible service, my parcel said it was at the local yodel sorting office in my area and took another 5 days to arrive, and they say delivery will be 2-3 days and it took 7 days, rubbish and you cannot get the company on the phone , beware!!!!!!

Despite booking collection day for door to door and being sent email and confirmation in yodel app - courier van went everywhere except my road - it has been two days now and apparently he still has two pickups before me. Customer service non existent and automated chat rubbish. Terrible company.

I ordered 3 items from a well known on line shopping company. Yodel did not deliver. What a complete waste of money and time. Yodel did not even leave a card or a photo. Nope, no sign of my parcel 😠 . .

Yodel inpost this is the worst company i have ever had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with i had a parcel arriving on the 13th november however the driver couldnt be bothered to deliver so this day was skipped appologys from there customer service were prompt but they meant nothing . Friday 14th november parcel due as i was at work i arranged for my parcel to be left with a neighbour or re-delivered on the monday the 17th this was confirmed however (apparently) the driver turns up at 16.53pm and dumps the parcel on my porch (even though i dont have a porch) then i have to leave work early finding this out to safeguard my parcel no photo evidence of delivery was provided either so no proof of delivery !!! When i got home there was no parcel i checked with my neighbours they hadent seen it and it was knowhere in sight ive reported this to thd seller and yodel inpost but it looks like either the parcel has been stolen or misplaced or given to the wrong person address all i can say to anyone is (AVOID) using yodel inpost at all costs !!!!!!! They are lazy unproffessional dont care about your parcel and customer service is abismal iam left now claiming the money back £165.00 through my credit card on a section 75 which could take weeks it a cruel process but one that could have been avoided if only thr seller hadent gone for the cheapest poorest last mile post company (Yodel monkey inpost)

It has been over a week and I still do not have my parcel. Drivers do not even come near my address, as I sit looking outside waiting for them. They lie, saying I wasn't in, despite having special instructions for the driver to call me when they arrive, along with my phone number. I was told it will be delivered, so I can only hope it actually will be. I want my mail.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Yodel is a joke! They have incompetent drivers. I paid for a next day delivery, here I am, a week later, still waiting for my parcel. I placed an order consisting of 2 items. Funny enough 1 was delivered and the other one was marked as The driver was not able to locate your address! How the hell can you not locate an address when you have delivered 1 item??? Talk to some people in chat, they reassured me it would be delivered the following day. That is today. I have waited and waited, guess what? Again, the driver was not able to locate the address! Although when I talked to them I left specific instructions, even a 2 year old could follow! Again, they reassured me I would get it tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath! The driver doesn't seem too bothered to deliver the parcel! They take your money for next day delivery, but never ever deliver the next day! It's the worst company and I will make sure I will file a complaint, this is absolutely unacceptable!

Yodel are a joke. Left my parcel by front door, on busy road. Worse still it was pouring with rain. Spoke to Customer Service and not interested at all.

I am going to be honest very disappointed with yodel as well as being 1 day late they also lied and said they attempted to deliver parcel, I was sat in the front living room when I got the message from yodel no one knocked on my door very poor service don't use them avoid yodel at any cost.

A disaster, avoid at all costs!! Booked for a parcel to be collected on a specific date. Waited in 7am-9pm, no updates and no collection of said parcel. Got in touch via live chat early the next morning, useless, was told I could drive the parcel to a depot which I did, parcel scanned, failed parcel, drove the parcel all the way home. Decided to call this time, the live chat person misinformed me and I couldn't take it to a depot after all as the shipping label was for door to door. Was informed it would be collected between 1-3pm, surprise, surprise nobody showed to collect. Further calls and emails (we are now on day 3), parcel is still with me and the service being received from Yodel is extremely poor, 3 different people have told me they are dealing with my case so far 🤣 person 1) standard apology told my parcel would be collected today, person 2) my tracking number is not recognised, person 3) Dear Name🤣, I am dealing with your case, I have forwarded it to the escalation team....all standard templates, time wasting nonsense and not one of my questions have been answered when I have replied. The service is the worst I've experienced from a delivery company.

Absoulty s h i t i have been waiting for packages nearly one week they give me one part of my sofa and nothing its digusting customer service are the worst same bs they say over and over fed up 0f them i personally think they steal iteams.
