I was expecting parcel im 1 week now nearly 3 weeks heard nothing from them not even tracking i won't be bying from anywhere that uses yodel for delivery I don't know i.havent received parcel

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Yodel, and unfortunately this latest one confirms a pattern of poor service and misleading updates. My parcel was marked as if I had changed the delivery time, which is completely false. This kind of inaccurate tracking shifts the blame onto the customer and prevents any proper accountability. The same thing happened with a previous parcel, where it was claimed that I had changed the delivery address — again, not true. What’s even more frustrating is that customer service keeps repeating the same scripted response, saying the parcel is “with the driver” and will be delivered “today,” yet it was not delivered yesterday despite being told the exact same thing. This is not just a delay — it’s repeated failure combined with incorrect and misleading information. As a customer, I expect honesty and accurate tracking, not excuses that place fault on me. Very disappointing service, and I would not trust Yodel with important deliveries.

I have never experienced such bad customer service. Sent me an email to say they had delivered my package and left it by a garage (with no photo as proof) I don't have a garage They refuse to help me as they can't confirm my identity as the recipient eventhough they sent me the confirmation email They don't read the content of emails when you ask for assistance, they just send a stock response that doesn't answer your questions at all. Appalling

Had a Yodel delivery for Mothers Day. the driver was amazing. wished me a Happy Mothers Day. Really friendly and considerate. Heckington Lincolnshire. he was Portuguese

Every time I book express and pay ghd extra they always deliver part of the order on time then suggest I use in post for rest of order of for future orders nog everyone can leave the house to get delivery's there customer sefvicecis rubbish I havd yo go back yo merchant each time I have cancelled 4 delivery this year from ghe merchant because of poor yodel service at weekends and fridays

They was supposed to deliver my parcel today and the van was on my street and there excuse was they couldn’t find the building when my full address was on the delivery instructions and they’ve never had a problem finding it before I let them know that it’s my little sisters birthday and the packed was her presents and they said they couldn’t do anything about it but they could send it back out on the next working day I think it’s absolutly disgusting

I requested that my Ebay item be delivered to a local Usave store. Yodel claim that the store doesn't exist so they can't deliver there despite it being a famous, prominent shop and easily found on Google. I then requested it to be sent to my home address. No, they said, you can only collect it from our warehouse which is in a remote small town in suburbia miles away from my home. How can they get away with this?

Idiots employing idiots should be yodels slogan. They can't even read simple numbers and anything with more than one digit just confuses the hell out of them. Children would do a better job of delivering parcels.

Yodel sent an email they were delivering my parcel between 11am and 3pm. After 2 hours I received an email saying my parcel was delivered , there was no photo or house number or instructions followed as I had stated they call me 5 minutes before they arrive so that I can open the main door.In my house .They left my parcel behind a green bin which we dont have,looked everywhere with neighbors could find it ,raised the issue with them,they sent a picture that doesn't show on the delivery email my parcel behind a Grey bin not green as stated.That was so unprofessional leaving a parcel in unsafe place.my parcel hasn't been found and I can never recommend Yodel to anyone.

I would give zero stars if i could, complete waste of time and thats puting it mildly, parcel was out for delivery tuesday but the driver had in their words a ‘SHORT DELAY” 2 days later no parcel no updates, garbage, use them and ruin your business

Of all parcel courier services Yodel are just simply the worst by far, it is not possible possible to give them -5 stars, if it was, that is exactly what I would award them. Received information that my parcel was out for delivery today, LIES. False tracking information that the courier was less than one mile away, LIES. Waited here all day, NO PARCEL DELIVERED, NO INFORMATION RECEIVED, UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM. This has happened on a number of previous occasions with this same company. Just dreadful, appalling service.

Every delivery without fail has been a disaster, no delivery, delivery to a 'neighbour' miles down the road, being cut off from the live chat, then waiting over an hour to be reconnected - still waiting by the way - says can't deliver, then doesn't allow me to pick an alternative. If I had a choice, I wouldn't deal with them - I've already emailed the retailer saying I won't purchase again while they are still using these cowboys!!
