Absolutely terrible service. No notification about when to expect delivery. No options to redirect the parcel or contact the driver. No way to speak to a human. Keep going round in circles with automated services.

Company is a absolute joke parcel marked as delivered but they don’t have any proof of delivery or gps and now being told I need to wait upto 24hrs for a investigation then upto 14 days after that to get compensation WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Absolutely terrible company delivered item to wrong address 😕. When you try & report the phone line cuts you off. The picture they sent us wasn't even our address & all they say is the items were delivered. Only they know where it was delivered, because we certainly don't. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely abysmal service. Tracker shows driver in the same spot for over two hours. Contacted them had webchat first which was useless then an agent which said it had been delivered which it hadn't no card or anything. Hadn't been left in the safe place either. Said it MIGHT be delivered tomorrow. What a shower of a company.

Ordered a gift on behalf of my kids for their nans bday. Got a delivery notification even though I was home. No one knocked. That’s fine. Said it was left behind the gate. Right, my gate is 7 foot high with only a small gap (an inch or two) at the top. Ok, I’ll check anyway. Nothing. Checked front garden and my neighbours front gardens. Nothing. Contacted them. Customer service rep was rude, wouldn’t let me explain and just asked for tracking number. Explained their delivery service doesn’t knock. I explained have ring camera (motion detectors!) at the front and side of my house and they detected nothing. He cut me off again and asked for tracking number. Said it would be resolved in 24 hours. It’s Sunday tomorrow. Their nans birthday. I don’t expect I’ll be hearing anything :) Terrible service!! There was no option to use any other service. Will avoid company if they use yodel from now on. Based on the other reviews, they need to be shut down. Hermes 2.0

LEEDS SERVICE CENTRE YODEL, one of the most worst depot. Gap of 2 weeks my 2nd parcel won’t deliver and parcel lost. Same incident last year as well, I assume Inside LEEDS SERVICE CENTRE YODEL MANGERS & SOME MANAGEMENT STAFFS & DELIVERY DRIVER all of them involved for all expensive parcel theft because particular Yodel Service Centre worst Review Score for all websites. Yodel top management need to aware of that.

Absolutely a waste of time been waiting 2 weeks for my parcel to turn up keep being told will be delivered tomorrow what a joke stay clear of yodel completely a waste space don't believe anything they say

Wish I could give zero star on my comment parcel stated as posted through the letterbox its a dress for a wedding in 9 days shein confirmed it was sent no footage of parcel delivered on my ring door bell how do you put a dress through a letter box ?????? Thank you yodel absolute rubbish !!!!!!!

Told me delivery was made but not true was outside all day and never saw or heard from them, then received a message saying I needed to pay a delivery charge for the order to be redelivered as package was now at their depot went on link but unable to pay. Terrible customer service

Two days running I was told my goods were about to be delivered (I was at home waiting) and on both occasions I was then emailed to be told I was not in - this was an absolute lie. No attempt was made to deliver the goods. Disgusting people.

Utterly hopeless, they said they tried to deliver, they didn’t we were in. They said they left a card, again they didn’t and trying to contact them is impossible. If Yodel have no intention of delivering I wish they would just say so from the beginning it would save a great deal of wasted time.

Rubbish company. Have got two non deliveries by them at the moment. One saying nobody was in when in fact we were in all day and the other saying it was left on the back porch - we don't even have a back porch and the photo taken wasn't even of our house. Not had any reply from them still waiting. Do not deal with this company

Yodel couldn't deliver to their own front door! I mean the layers of incompetence are astounding. Delivery that just don't show up and lie about it. I have waited around across 3 days for an item that i was told is being delivered, or someone has tried to deliver it...where no attempt has been made to deliver it AT ALL!!! They seem fine wasting people's time. Live chat staff...yes I'm taking about you Reubent and Jai, who apologise and then do things to literally not rectify anything, and in fact add to the problem. Yodel you suck.

Awful service from yodel in post Received 4emails from eBay saying parcel arriving today but didn’t, chatted to yodel and updated delivery with extra directions flat above a shop. But still no sign of delivery the directions I gave honestly, ?were to say the least very very easy to find Parcel still not delivered.

Three days they pulled the "we missed you" trick with no attempt at delivery. Ended up just returning to sender to get a refund. If I knew they used Yodel I wouldn't have ordered with them
