Two deliveries in 4 days by this company have both arrived late wasted 2 afternoons waiting in at my expense and cost for them not to arrive. No updates, location coincidentally stops working for where the driver is. Cannot get through on the phone and live chat is as much use as a chocolate teapot!. If they give a delivery date and time, dont believe it....

The package was supposed to be delivered on April 2, 2026 between 14:58 and 16:58 and it has not been delivered to date on April 13, 2026, I have also not received any notifications or updates and I have not received the package. The attitude of the staff is 0, I am very disappointed. I will never use Yodel services again in my life

Bloody useless. Its been at some depot close by for four days. I could have walked there and collected it faster. DO NOT USE THEM.

Yodel do not "deliver" they drop things at your door( quite often in poor weather) and leave without ringing or knocking at the door. Their delivery ethos? Cheap and nasty.

Third time I have bought goods to be delivered by Yodel (through Ebay) and the third time the delivery has sat at a depot less than an hour from me for a week or moved around various depots steadily getting farther away from the final destination. All deliveries were consequently delivered long past the anticipated delivery date. I will now not buy from anyone who uses Yodel and have made a complaint to Ebay, who I have suggested stop promoting them as a preferred carrier. No carrier is perfect, but in my experience Yodel are the worst in the UK by far. The only way they will improve is if people boycott them, but I'd prefer they just went out of business.

Tracking of my item from Yodel states it was delivered to my property and left in a safe place ( Front Porch ). My property does not have a front porch since the property is a Victorian terrace ! Consequently the item has not been received despite my partner and myself being present at the property all day to take delivery! Useless company.

Several times I have had a parcel delivered by yodel. The driver is a lovely friendly man always has time to talk and pet my 2 dogs. It's a pleasure having such a friendly delivery man. Well done his name is Peter and delivers to Co9 1ug

Given a delivery window so stayed in to receive it. Checked the live map tracker and no movement all day. No live chat available (despite it being plastered all over their website) and no way of chasing the delivery. Also, because it is now "out for delivery" (despite no movement in over 12 hours!), I now cannot update the delivery option to leave with a neighbour as I will not be available tomorrow. Horrific service

Very bad The worst delivery services ever I have waited the whole day for an Argos parcel with a time window 12-2 and it did not come Very hard to be able to talk to a human on chat Very difficult to talk to them on phone The agent I talked to was very unhelpful and not understanding or supportive at all. And until now parcel is not received.

Absolutely dreadful....2 days in a row i got a load of lies saying why it hadnt been delivered....first saying delivery attempted nobody home.....second day they said i refused delivery.....utter lies.....ive now directed them to deliver to a locker....at least they cant use those excuses,but god knows whats next.....save yourself a headache and use a different courier....these guys are cowboys

Absolutely shocking service from Yodel. Avoid this company for deliveries at all costs if possible. Over the last 4 weeks, Yodel have “delivered” 4 parcels to me which have all mysteriously gone missing. I have been at home on all 4 occasions specifically waiting for the parcels, and not one of them has actually been delivered to my home address. The first parcel – I received a notification saying it had been delivered. I live in a block of flats with 8 flats in total, and no one rang my buzzer or attempted to knock on my door. A picture of the parcel against a white brick wall was sent to me and it was marked as “delivered to front porch”. Firstly, I do not have a front porch — I live in a second floor flat with an outside balcony. I contacted Yodel and after their “investigation” they could not determine the location of the parcel and I was told to contact the retailer for a refund. The second time this happened, it was the same situation. I waited in for my parcel to be delivered, no knock at my door or attempt to ring my buzzer. I then received a notification saying my parcel was in the “HALL”. A random picture of my parcel left on a floor was uploaded and sent to me. I searched all communal corridors and the parcel was nowhere to be found. I made another complaint to Yodel and nothing was done. The exact same situation has now happened two more times, including today. Today I spent half an hour on the phone to customer services speaking to a manager who didn’t seem to care at all. I genuinely don’t understand how this can happen to me four times. At this point I believe the driver may be stealing my parcels and I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this company. Every other delivery company, including Evri and Royal Mail, deliver to me with no problems at all. I don’t understand how they can let this happen four times and show no interest in properly investigating or speaking to the driver. Are they just going to let it continue? It certainly seems like it. Every time I just receive the same generic email saying they cannot locate the parcel and I have to contact the retailer myself. Disgusting delivery company with absolutely shocking customer service.

⚠️ WARNING ABOUT YODEL / INPOST UK ⚠️ I’m sharing my experience so others don’t go through the same situation. My parcel (tracking: 87W345519135A) has been stuck in their network for over 7 weeks. The tracking repeatedly shows “misrouted” and the parcel is constantly moving between depots instead of being delivered or properly returned. What’s worse: They avoid answering direct questions They do not provide the exact location of the parcel They keep sending the same generic responses They try to shift responsibility onto me by telling me to contact Vinted The reality is simple — the parcel has been lost within their network. In 7 weeks, a parcel could be delivered anywhere in the world, yet mine is just circulating between depots. My patience is gone. I have full tracking evidence and will be taking this further. Yodel is so terrible that when i see someone using yodel and royal mail i just pay extra for it not to come with yodel. They have broken so many of my parcels, stolen so many, and even mark stuff as delivered then deliver it two days later opened. Shame you yodel, i wish you shut down.

Ordered something over a week ago. Saying they have had it for 4 days but no way to get through to them. I needed it to go on holiday tomorrow but that’s not gonna happen. Shocking customer service. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge poll.

That's the worst delivery service in UK ever forever. I was expecting my parcels, checking their online delivery track service, I was home. Theirs driver came along no knocking, no pressing the doorbell, no phone call, just made a photo of my doorstep and left with my parcels. Shame On You!!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL !!!
