Got more chance of your parcel 📦 being delivered by Post Man Pat and his Black & White Cat than these clowns at Yodel, waiting in all day after booking day off from work got an up date at 18.10 saying delivery between 19.00 & 21.00 absolute no show by 22.15 so went on live chat and received the Same bs apology and investigation rubbish

Item due for delivery with additional instructions left should no one be in. I then get an email saying, "We tried to deliver your Etarget parcel today.". We have been in the whole day with 2 cars in the drive, so the delivery driver lied. Contact via web chat, the usual lame apology with no guarantee it won't happen again tomorrow. Shocking customer service, and I hate liars!

Yodel is by far the WORST delivery company ever. Do NOT use their door-to-door service — it’s an absolute joke. I’ve sold items on Vinted several times and when the buyer chose Yodel, they NEVER showed up to collect the parcel. Not once! They completely waste your time and only tell you at the very last minute that they’re not coming. Then you have to try and call them to rebook, but of course, no one ever answers the phone. You just get some useless automated message telling you to check the website — and then it hangs up on you. The chat is just as pointless; they never have a clue what’s going on. They always say you’ll receive an email within 24 hours, but that email NEVER arrives. It’s an absolute disaster. Don’t ever use this service. And to make things worse, after you leave a bad review, they send you some pathetic email saying they’re “investigating your case.” It’s all fake — they don’t care at all. It’s a complete waste of time and money. Avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely the worst delivery company on the planet. Ordered something from Zara (who are just as guilty for using Yodel and haven't been any help whatsoever) which they said they'd delivered. No sign of it. They sent a picture of where it had been left. It wasn't my front door, can't find it along the street. Their response 'our co-ordinates show it was delivered correctly, end of'. Don't ever use them!

Another Yodel delivery low .. delivery now received only found after looking out some windows on a garage roof DONT USE YODEL THEY ARE RUBBISH .. it’s a joke 🤦‍♂️😡

Three failed deliveries over eight days. Each time with zero communication about what went wrong. On the third attempt, I explicitly told their escalations team not to deliver that day as no one would be home. They ignored this and attempted delivery anyway - completely predictable failure. Their live chat initially refused to give me complaints information until I threatened regulatory escalation. Then just kept saying they’d “opened an investigation” while doing nothing. After ignoring my instructions and failing three times, they returned the parcel to the sender without asking me. When I requested compensation for wasting over a week of my time, they told me to contact the sender instead. Zero accountability. Pursuing through small claims court now. Avoid Yodel - if a retailer uses them, shop elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible company 😑can't believe they are still going deliver to wrong address website chat not working and phone number is the biggest joke of all should be ashamed to call themselves a delivery company they couldn't deliver a cold !!!!!

Delivery did not happen. photo taken of delivery was not of our house, so where it went is anybody’s guess. Yodel definitely deserve the bad reputation they have.

This was not stipulated by the sender - I know because I asked. That would have been the straightforward thing to do. But no. Because: Yodel. Also note that Inpost locker wasn't an option either. Or was it? Because that's where it eventually ended up. But whereas DPD are literally next day in most cases, likewise Royal Mail are usually 48 hours - both allow the recipient to update delivery options should circumstances change. But no. Because: Yodel. I ordered on the 3rd, Yodel took from the 4th to the 11th to deliver and is at odds with itself over what delivery options are available - plus - don't give the recipient any facility to update delivery days or places. My circumstances were different after more than a week of waiting. Perhaps let me choose home delivery now that I'm home? But no. Because: Yodel. On the 6th (Thursday), they indicated that it would be delivered that day, so for that reason I clicked the Inpost locker via the Yodel app. However, when I checked progress of the parcel - it clearly states Inpost locker 'service unavailable for this parcel'. Which is it? 🤷 So I better change it to home delivery then, right? But no. Because: Yodel. In future I'll be very careful to avoid ordering anything where Yodel are the couriers, especially anything of value. Fun fact: Stuff arrives from China quicker than Yodel. 🤦 Buying cool stuff from RCModelShopDirect? But no. Because: Yodel. My item arrived after a week of mystery and intrigue. Avoid! In the interests of transparency and fairness, The Inpost side of the business seemed to work flawlessly. Text message, email with QR code. 5 seconds to retrieve parcel from locker. What a shame the logistics side of things were an omnishambles. Not what you need when you run a: Logistics company! 🤣

In the last year I have not had an on time delivery from Yodel, Of the 7 deliveries that I have had this is what happened to them - delivered to the wrong town and then returned to sender - delivered 4 days late - delivered 5 days late - delivered 5 days late - awaiting delivery - expected yesterday, no attempt made to deliver - awaiting delivery - details on their app said it would be delivered 4 days ago but no attempt was made, now the parcel is missing. - awaiting delivery - they have had this for a week in their depot and no attempt has been made yet. Yodel's customer service is dire, the details they provide in their app is unhelpful and the delivery service just does not work. If you have the choice of not using Yodel in a delivery service then I would always avoid them. If I could give less than 1 star I really would.

A group of dishonest people working as yodel. My parcel was stolen for 19 days, after many attempts I made for collection from the store, half of content , was missing. A torn box was handed over to me. When I claimed for compensation, I was told I am not entitled because content was walnuts, smart thieves

Told delivery would be between 19:00-21:00hrs tracked driver from 16 deliveries onwards stoped at 4 deliveries away for 2 hours then failed to deliver when 5 minutes away.

Paid extra for delivery today, waiting in between 7am - 9pm only to be told on online chat, there were too many parcels allocated for the day and they couldn’t get round to delivering mine, told me to wait in between 7am and 9pm tomorrow and to wait for it to show up.

I could give 0 stars I would. I got a email at 10:54 saying my parcel was delivered at 10:52. I opened the email to see a statement left at your back door along with a phot. The photo wasn't of my white patio doors but a solid black door with a matt. I contacted yodel on the live web chat to speak to customer services only to be told to check with my neighbors. Which I did despite all my neighbors having patio doors too. I even posted on my local community page along with the photo asking if anyone had received my parcel, to no avail . On Saturday evening I contacted Yodel again via the live web chat as the phone number is an automated system that redirects you to the web live. I told them that I've asked my neighbors. No one has got my parcel. I just want to know where my password is. The customer service person on the chat said they would speak to the driver. They've escalated this to the correct team and someone should be contacting me with the next 24 hours. On money the 10th after waiting for someone from yodel to contact me, I again reached out to yodel via the live web chat to be told again to check with neighbors. I told them that I had checked and no one has my parcel. And their service was good enough as I had paid for a parcel to be delivered to my house not dumped at a random house claiming to be my address. Well Yodel then blocked me on the live web chat stopping me from contacting them any further.

OMG, something is very wrong with this company. Dreadful dreadful. On a number of occasions deliveries from yodel, I wait and guess whether the item will arrive from the text msg and time wasted awaiting delivery from Yodel. I feel exhausted with this company, just writing about them. Gonna stop,not worth my time. I will cancel any order when I learn YODEL is the delivery partner!

Worst delivery service. Ever. They lost 3 parcels of mine in 1 month. They leave parcels at the front door of an apartment building, don't call, don't ring the intercom and the parcels are stolen. The 3rd time, i requested for a signed for delivery and I don't know who they got it signed by but it wasn't me.
