They tell you they've tried to deliver your parcel when they haven't..These guys are possibly the most inept spastics I've ever had the misfortune to have dealt with

Running around from last 45 minutes all the convenience store they're showing on the Google map not taking the parcel only few points in Birmingham where you have to drive to pay by your patrol and deliver to them

Awful company who just mess you about, they mess payments up constantly, move you around constantly and send you miles away with minimum parcels. Having left they falsely accused me of stealing parcels (got the wrong name apparently) then to top it off they didn’t pay my last wage and made up some charge I apparently owed them, disgusting way to treat someone my advice stay well clear of yodel!

I was looking to get a diesel heater from ebay and needed it "yesterday". Found a seller that uses a delivery service Yodel 48 which sounds like it would a 48 hours service. This was ordered on the 3rd of March around 2pm. Was scheduled for delivery on the 6th of March in the afternoon. I was watching the tracker and waiting for the driver, only 3 deliveries before mine. Was sat indoors all day just so I don't miss the delivery. I check the tracker again and I see an update where it says they missed me and that it will be rescheduled the following day. Spoke to customer service, first AI and then a real person, was promised that it will be delivered next day. Asked if I can go and collect myself from the depot and was told that this is not possible due to the missed delivery being escalated. I checked the tracker the following day and no updates on delivery. Again, customer service, AI and then a real person. Was told that it would be delivered that day (yesterday). Again, waited for delivery and nothing. Today, same thing, no updates, no delivery time. A delivery that was supposed to be completed in 48 hours is taking more than 120 hours.

I think it's the worst courier company on the market... misleading approx times of delivery. Few times I wasted all day to wait for parcel that wasn't delivered.

they suck! Had parcel for ages but haven't delivered! then said will deliver today, but it has now disappeared from the page saying that, and now no delivery date again! they have had it for over a week!!!

Their delivery window is pure lies. Never came on time still updates that a card was left. We cctv outside driver came after 2hours from given delivery window, people have other things to do so please give right information and don't lie. Been waiting for a parcel from 3 days now.

I recieved a parcel today it arrived within the time yodel had informed me of and the delivery driver was so cheerful n happy he certainly put a smile on my face

I really hope this sham of a company goes bust!!! The most unreliable people ever! Constantly messing up my deliveries and very poor communication! Drivers are heavily unreliable, not even bothering to press my buzzer on the intercoms so I can let them in, then just leaving it in unsafe place or taking it back to the delivery station! Customer service is as much is as a chocolate fire guard!! They bring me so much stress! Vile company!!

Another terrible delivery company. InPost is terrible and Yodel is exactly the same. Multiple issues with InPost saying parcel was at the locker when it wasn't, when trying to contact you get a generic response each time that gives no help. Yodel exactly the same. Parcel missing, they're claiming it's delivered according to their satellite and proof of delivery. Proof of delivery photo is a picture of the branding on a box. No picture of it in situ. I have resorted to only ordering from places that use DPD or DHL, and each time tell the vendor that for as long as they use Yodel/Inpost or Evri, I won't order off them.

WITHOUT A DOUBT WORST COURIER IN UK!!! BE WARNED. Sat at premides watching counter go down from 10 drops before yours down to 1 then all mapping info disappears and a 'we have a problem with your address'. There is no problem as the building has been here for 40yrs and the driver was 1/2 a mile away on map. Yodel are liars and a waste of space.

Been told every single day for a week my parcel will be delivered today and guess what still no parcel! I have never had this trouble with any other delivery company! I will NOT use or recommend yodel to anyone! They do not care! Pay for a service that you don’t receive! Just don’t bother using them ! Awful experience! There’s no button for zero stars so giving one is to much but no choice!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely useless, it's like they don't even try to deliver your parcels. How anyone actually uses them to deliver is beyond me.

Routinely bad experiences with this company. They've "delivered" a parcel to me today but the photo is of a door I don't recognise an that certainly isn't mine. Trying to get access to POD requires installing an app and creating a login, trying to speak to someone on thei live chat is impossible as the link disappears or routes you back to the start of their help pages every time. I genuinely don't understand why any business would work with Yodel given their well-known poor reputation.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Yodel. My parcel was marked as “delivered,” but it was not delivered to the correct person or address. There was no proper confirmation, no attempt to ensure it reached the intended recipient, and now I’m left trying to track down a package that should have been safely handed over in the first place. This kind of mistake is unacceptable. Delivering to the wrong person shows a serious lack of care and attention. I trusted them to handle my parcel responsibly, and they failed to do so. Customer service has also been unhelpful, offering little reassurance or clear resolution. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Reliable delivery should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, that standard was not met.

Tracking says delivery will be 27 February and given a time slot. Before the time slot has lapsed the app states failed delivery due to further details required regarding the address (not true). Dispatched again on 28 February, exact repeat of the previous day. Web chat said delivery would 100% be delivered next day (Sunday), checked tracking again but parcel still in the depot. Another online chat said they don’t deliver on Sunday; therefore will have to wait until Monday! This is not a one off, it happens each time they have a delivery for my area. I would avoid if I had the choice.

This company should be shut down and people working there should be jailed. A had a very important meeting and had to cancel to wait for the item to be delivered and at the end didn’t ever turn up. I didn’t even receive a message to say it’s not coming why are we giving business to this waste off space people.
