We always get the same driver and he his polite and very helpful and usually the parcels arrive sooner than expected. I can't praise him enough. I don't know why this company get such bad reviews, it is a mystery to me. Maybe all the other drivers are rubbish, i don't know. We live in North Wootton, Somerset just in case his boss see this review.
