Same as everyone else, the driver scans as 'attempted delivery' when they never, just so they can maintain their delivery metrics. I have cctv and no one came at any point in the day plus I spent most of the day on the front garden. The main problem comes when you try to contact them. Phone - automatic voice call which is just horrible and very stressful and I never got through to anyone, cut me off. Chat - It's an Indian in another country, say no more.
As an e-commerce manager for a major brand myself, I can assure you we have and never will use Yodel, it's well known within my industry to stay away from them.
Unfortunately, companies are all attracted to the cheap prices of shipping goods through them.
It's sad in this day and age with the technology, we are actually going backwards in quality, not fowards.
