Absolutely horrible! Have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks now and what’s even more annoying is to receive 5 emails with ‘We are sorry, we’ve missed you / card left’ when in fact no one ever arrived. Every time I contact the customer services, they send me the same pre-scripted messages asking me to give them further instructions as the driver cannot locate my property. Yodel, do something about your sat navs / drivers. This is totally and utterly unacceptable!
