I sent a parcel for my dad's birthday, he lives In secured flats. I messaged the driver as advised to do so ask to kindly ring My dad upon arrival at the flats and he would meet him at the entrance to collect the parcel. On all 3 days of attempting to deliver an email was received to say they couldn't deliver as the coudlnt gain access to the property! *bangs head against wall
Now my dad's bday present is over a week late and he has to drive 20miles to collect from the depot.
