Had issues every single time Yodel has been used as a courier for my parcels. From losing parceld, not delivery when I paid next day delivery to completely lying and saying they couldn't access my property twice! Even though I was in both days, actively looking and watching the tracking. The driver didn't even get to my street!
They have got to be the worse courier service there is. Customer service is useless, only telling you things you can see yourself.
I dread everytime I see they have been used to deliver my parcels.
