Worst delivery company ever. When I received an email to say my parcel was being delivered by Yodel I just KNEW immediately it would not arrive.
Apparently it’s been out for delivery since 6:19am and has it arrived - No of course not!
I don’t understand why companies use them or how they even exist.
What’s worse is their system doesn’t give you any clue what’s happening with your parcel and you can’t ever contact anyone to find out what’s happening.
The most embarrassing company ever. I have no idea how they get people to even work there! Shocking.
