Yodel have incompetent drivers that turn up at thr wrong address???!!! And then leave with your parcel.
Their helpline staff are equally useless and unhelpful. I spoke to Wasim, Dinesh Sharma and Harish (the last one is a supervisor, who simply ended tge live chat because he didn't have the answers).
