Worst delivery service I've ever used.
Tracking says parcel on the van ready for delivery then nothing. 2 days later says the same. Contact customer services say it's on another van the next day.
Out for delivery. Then nothing for 2 days again. Contact my customer. Still not been delivered?? What is going on? I've paid nearly £7 for delivery of a pair of shoes. It really can't be that difficult. Spoken to customer services again and tell me it's in the depot. So lied to the whole time. Still waiting for delivery.
